Shocking body cam footage shows a crazed New York man suddenly lunging at a cop outside a California precinct — repeatedly stabbing the officer before finally being shot dead.

The newly released footage shows Deyaa Abdelhadi Halaibeh, 28, first knocking over and attacking a Target employee while stealing an eight-inch chef’s knife he used to attack the cop.

Halaibeh — thought to have traveled to California from the Empire State just days earlier — then hustled over from the Target to the nearby Santa Monica Police headquarters, buzzing a call button to speak to an officer as two other people waited ahead of him.

“What’s in your jacket?” the responding officer asks as the nervous-looking caller keeps his right hand in his jacket breast pocket. “I’m kind of nervous with your hand in your jacket like that.”

Halaibeh responded, “You’re nervous?” — before taking at (out?) the knife and lunging at the cop, the video shows.

The chaotic footage then shows the officer making a mad dash from Halaibeh, who managed to stab him multiple times before being fatally shot, police said while releasing footage of the Oct. 5 horror.

“I’m hurt — I’m stabbed,” the officer tells colleagues who rush out to the sound of gunshots.

“Without warning, the individual attacked the officer while pulling a knife from his clothing. The suspect slashed and stabbed the officer,” Santa Monica police said in a statement….

“Investigators are examining the suspect’s background, including his mental health history and possible motivations for this targeted attack on law enforcement.”

The possibilities:

He's a raving lunatic!

"Clairvoyant" suspected of exploitation

The 63-year-old Marion K., who is suspected of exploitation of two women for years, has accused one of the suspects of rape and "year-long abuse" in the court in Lelystad on Friday. K. did this during a discussion with the court about the progress of her trial. The court was forced to postpone the hearing for the second time on Friday because K. fired her lawyer on Thursday afternoon.

K.'s case was scheduled to be heard in detail on Friday. However, it did not proceed in March because K. and her lawyer challenged the court (in vain).

The unexpected accusation from K. towards the victims led to outrage and a lot of emotions in the court. The victim's lawyer said that she and her client are contemplating pressing charges against K. for slander. While K. was being escorted to the cells, she continued to shout that it was "really true."

According to the Public Prosecution Service's charges, K. pretended to be a clairvoyant and brought the victims under her spell. One of the women was allegedly used as a house slave between the beginning of 2005 and the end of 2020 in Almere, Weesp, Amsterdam, and Kampen; she was also reportedly severely assaulted and repeatedly locked up. As a clairvoyant, K. is said to have claimed that she could help the victim "clean up negative energies" and resolve traumas.

Another woman was allegedly under K.'s spell for five years and was also exploited during that time. She was allegedly stabbed by K. in 1996. The victims were pressured, and their bank cards, telephones, and keys were reportedly stolen. They were also isolated from their family and friends.

K. doesn't sound very much like a victim of rape.

The court is very displeased about the new delay in the case, mainly because of how difficult this is for both victims. One of the victim's lawyers said they were not surprised by this development. "We saw this coming. My client says it is yet another sign that the suspect wants to control the situation."

The prosecutor is also not surprised. "She keeps everyone in her grasp. It fits the facts of the case; it fits the results of the behavioral research. She wants maximum control in every situation."

Treatment of the case has been moved to February 14 next year. An interim session will occur on December 20 because K. is in pre-trial detention.

A federal court in Australia on Monday removed an injunction placed on X forcing to remove video of a stabbing that happened last month at the Good Shepherd Church in the Sydney suburb of Wakeley.

May 13 (UPI) -- A federal court in Australia on Monday lifted a temporary injunction placed on U.S. social media giant X to force it to remove videos of last month's violent stabbing of a bishop in a terrorist attack in Sydney.

The country's eSafety commissioner, Inman Grant, was awarded the injunction on April 22, requiring X to ensure the removal of the video of Bishop Mar Mari Emmanuel being stabbed during service at the Christ The Good Shepherd Church in the Sydney suburb of Wakeley on April 15.

However, a federal court or(sic) Monday rejected the government's application to extend the injunction, the commissioner said in a statement.

"Not trying to win anything. I just don't think we should be suppressing Australians' rights to free speech," X owner Elon Musk said in response to the ruling on his social media platform.

Police have declared the stabbing in which Emmanuel and three others, including the accused 16-year-old suspect, were injured a terrorist attack.

The service was live-streamed, and footage of the stabbing quickly spread online.

The eSafety commissioner said it worked with Google, Microsoft, Snap and TikTok to remove the video, but on April 16 issued what it called Class 1 removal notices to Meta, which owns Facebook and Instagram, and X seeking removal of the material from their platforms.

How is hiding the extreme violence committed by Muslims considered an act of safety?

While Meta complied, X did not -- at least not to Grant's satisfaction. X has geo-blocked the video in Australia, meaning that residents of other countries can still access it through its platform and those in the Oceanic nation with the use of a VPN, meaning a virtual private network.

Musk last month had said X's concern with the Australia's request is that "if ANY country is allowed to censor content for ALL countries ... then what is to stop any country from controlling the entire Internet?"

Following the attack, Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese told reporters during a press conference that social media companies have a responsibility to take action when such videos are published on their platforms and that they shouldn't need the eSafety commissioner to seek legal intervention.

"The social media companies that make a lot of money out of their business have a social responsibility. And I want to see social media companies start to understand their social responsibility that they have to others as well, because that's where they get their social license," he said April 19.

"We are prepared to take whatever action is necessary to haul these companies into line. We've made that very clear because of the damage that a failure to act can have."

The astonishing stupidity of not just Albanese, but all left-leaning world leaders to protect violent Islamists from being outed, places the entire non-Muslim citizenship of their contries in elevated danger from stabbings, rapes, beatings, and all sorts of violence. It's morally obtuse and completely unjustified.

Police have arrested a man at the scene of stabbings in Reading in which three people are feared dead and two are in critical care in hospital.

The Telegraph understands the incident is being treated as terror-related.

A source told the Telegraph there were three individuals declared dead at the scene and two transferred to the emergency department of Royal Berkshire Hospital, where they are receiving resuscitation.

Thames Valley Police said: "A number of people sustained injuries and were taken to hospital. A police cordon is in place in Forbury Gardens as officers investigate. We are asking the public to avoid the area at this time."

Eye-witness accounts on social media have reported paramedics and police tending to wounded people in the park.

Medical Student, Audrey Coignard, 27, was stabbed to death on September 16th allegedly by a man believed to be an immigrant and ex-partner who was staying at her home.

Coignard was brutally stabbed fourteen times and found in a pool of her own blood at her home in Saint-Ouen, near Paris.

Coignard, a medical student in Caen, volunteered for activist causes, offering assistance to migrants at different locations in Normandy, Northern France.

According to the local outlet, Ouest-France:

Former medical student at the University of Caen, she was also very committed to migrants from Caen and Ouistreham “she helped and treated.” A tribute could be paid to him in the coming days in Caen and a Leetchi kitty has already been opened to support the family. Colleagues of the young woman greet “an adorable woman” and a professional “who invested 300% in everything in which she believed”.

Aside from providing direct assistance to migrants, Coignard had also worked for causes opposing deportations.

Sadly, this isn’t the first time a pro-immigrant activist in the Western World paid dearly for the causes they support.

A Norwegian socialist said he felt guilty for the deportation of a Somali man who had raped him.

In Colorado, earlier this year, a pro-immigrant activist, Sean Buchanan, a father-of-five, was killed by an illegal immigrant who was awaiting deportation.

Last year, a Swedish feminist mother refused to report an Afghan man–27 years her junior–she was dating to authorities after he molested her daughter.

How utterly insane that these people would want these child molesters and rapists to remain in their countries so as to enable them to rape and/or murder more innocent people. What is the difference between them and Catholic Bishops who simply moved paedophile priests from one parish to another when they got caught?

Coignard’s funeral was due to be held on September 25. Coignard’s murder was the 107th ‘femicide’ (female spousal murder) of the year, in France.

Finally, the murderer is required to have a legal psychiatric examination.

Now, it would be nice if Swedish courts would expel immigrant rapists from the country.

'Insults' to Islam were Motivation for Afghan Man's Attack on 2 Americans in Amsterdam - Prosecutors

The man who stabbed two American tourists at Amsterdam's busy Central railway station says he was motivated by insults to Islam in the Netherlands and that he chose his victims at random, according to prosecutors.

The 19-year-old Afghan national, identified as Jawed S., said he traveled to Amsterdam from Germany – where he has residency – to carry out the attack, citing what he believes to be repeated insults against Allah, the Koran, and Islam's Prophet Mohammad in the Netherlands, the Public Prosecution Service wrote in a statement. 

The attacker specifically mentioned the name of the anti-Islamist Dutch politician Geert Wilders. However, he declined to mention the Prophet Mohammed cartoon contest that Wilders had planned on holding but recently canceled due to security concerns. Drawing the Prophet Mohammed is considered blasphemous in the Muslim faith.

And devout Muslims don't understand that what happens outside the faith is none of their concern. A Muslim drawing Mohammed should be a serious moral lapse; but a non-Muslim drawing Mohammed should not concern Muslims at all. 

The man also said that he chose his two victims at random at the train station on Friday. He added that he did not know they were American tourists when he picked them. Both victims are still in hospital but are expected to recover.

His point was, obviously, to make a statement. However, by choosing Americans, his statement is one of complete incompetence and stupidity.

The attack took place at Amsterdam's Central railway station on Friday, with police shooting and arresting the attacker after it occurred. Multiple devices belonging to Jawed S. have been seized and are under investigation. A search has also been carried out at the suspect's home in Germany, at the request of Dutch authorities.

Meanwhile, the suspect is still in hospital where he is being treated for his injuries. He will also be "examined psychologically and psychiatrically," the Public Prosecution Service wrote in its statement.

Radical Muslims are all insane, but that should not be an excuse to keep him from being segregated from normal people. In my opinion, all radical Muslims should be locked up until they reach some level of sanity.

Woman, 18, Severely Wounded in Apparent Terror Stabbing in Israel

An 18-year-old woman was stabbed and seriously wounded in the northern city of Afula on Monday in an apparent terror attack, authorities said.

Police arrested her suspected attacker, who had fled the scene, after a brief manhunt. The suspect was identified by police as a Palestinian man in his 20s from the northern West Bank city of Jenin.

“Police shot the suspect in the leg after calling upon him to stop,” a police spokesperson said. “The suspect was arrested with a knife in his possession.”

Police said they were still investigating the motive for the stabbing, but were working under the assumption that it was a terror attack.

“The main line of investigation is that this was a terror attack, however the investigation is continuing in order to rule out other motives,” the police spokesperson said.

Later in the day, Hebrew media reported police were closer to determining the attack was nationalistically motivated.

The Palestinian suspect, reportedly from the West Bank city of Jenin, was in Israel without a permit, police said.

Videos of the suspected terrorist’s arrest were quickly posted to social media by bystanders.

The victim was identified as Shuva Malka, an 18-year-old resident of Migdal Ha’emek.

She was stabbed shortly before noon on the street and collapsed outside a local coffee shop, police said.

“When we arrived at the scene, it was very chaotic. There was an 18-year-old girl sitting on a chair at the entrance to a store. She was conscious and suffering from multiple stab wounds to the upper body,” one of the medics who treated her said.

She was taken to the nearby HaEmek Medical Center in serious condition, according to the Magen David Adom ambulance service.

Hospital officials said that her condition had stabilized but remained serious.

One of two Wisconsin girls charged with stabbing a classmate to impress the fictitious horror character "Slender Man" will plead guilty in a deal that calls for her to avoid prison time, attorneys announced Friday.

Morgan Geyser, 15, will remain in a state mental hospital under an agreement announced in a court hearing two weeks before her trial was set to start. The deal calls for Geyser to be evaluated by doctors who will report to a judge for a determination of how long she should remain in treatment.

Geyser and Anissa Weier were charged with attempted first-degree intentional homicide in the 2014 attack on classmate Payton Leutner. Weier pleaded guilty to a reduced charge last month, and a jury later concluded she was mentally ill at the time of the crime. She faces at least three years in a mental hospital.

All three girls were 12 at the time.

"It's been a tragic experience for everyone" Geyser's attorney, Donna Kuchler, said after the brief court hearing. "Our hearts go out to the victim and her family. And we're very grateful that the district attorney's office gave this case the considering it deserves," she said.

A plea hearing to make the deal official is scheduled for Thursday.

Prosecutors alleged the teenage girls stabbed Leutner 19 times in a wooded area following a sleepover, then left her. The girls planned to walk hundreds of miles north to meet Slender Man in a forest.

Leutner was able to crawl out of the woods in the park to a path where she was found by a bicyclist.

Both girls are now presumed mentally ill at the time of the stabbing. Were they mentally ill before and after the stabbing? Were they so influenced by Slenderman that they became mentally ill? At 12 years old we should have some grasp of reality. Were they pot smokers? Is there an investigation into Slenderman? Did someone controlling Slenderman encourage the girls to do this evil? There are many unanswered questions to this story.

Judge Who Spared ‘Privileged’ Oxford Student Jail Now Under Investigation

Justice: not for everyone!

The judge who spared an Oxford University student from jail after she admitted to stabbing her then boyfriend is being investigated by a judicial watchdog. It comes after he ruled the young woman was simply “too clever” to be behind bars.

A spokesman from the Judicial Conduct Investigations Office (JCIO) confirmed on Friday that it had received a complaint against Judge Ian Pringle QC, who earlier this week handed Lavinia Woodward a suspended sentence for her crime, citing her intellect and potential.

“The JCIO can confirm they have received a complaint against HHJ Ian Pringle QC,” the spokesperson said, as quoted by Sky News.

“Any findings of misconduct against judicial office holders are published on the JCIO website at the conclusion of investigations,” he added.

Woodward, 24, was on trial for stabbing her ex-boyfriend with a bread knife, punching him in the face, and hurling a glass and a jam jar at him during an alcohol-fuelled rage in December 2016.

The victim was Cambridge PhD student Thomas Fairclough, whom Woodward had met on the dating app Tinder.  Fairclough needed three stitches and suffered cuts to his fingers following the attack, which took place at Woodward’s student accommodation at Christ Church College.

Woodward admitted unlawful wounding under section 20 of the Offences Against the Person Act 1861 at Oxford Crown Court, but received just a 10-month prison sentence, suspended for 18 months. This means she will not serve any time in jail unless she commits another offense or violates the conditions of her release.

Pringle described her as being “too clever” to be behind bars, having previously called her an “extraordinarily able young lady.”

He also let her off the hook for breaching her bail conditions by texting her victim to apologize, choosing to praise her for expressing remorse.

However, it has been alleged that the attack was not the first time Woodward had assaulted Fairclough, having done so on two previous occasions. Woodward has denied the previous incidents.

Meanwhile, Pringle’s ruling has sparked outrage among many who claim it fails to take the issue of domestic violence against men seriously. Others have said Woodward was let off the hook because she comes from a privileged background.

Despite such concerns, the JCIO says on its website it can “only deal with complaints about a judicial office holder’s person conduct - it cannot deal with complaints about judicial decisions or about case management.”

An Afghan asylum-seeker who stabbed a five-year-old Russian boy to death in the German town of Regensburg was wearing an ankle monitor after being convicted of arson in 2009 and serving time in jail, local media report.

The 41-year-old Afghan refugee who stabbed a five-year-old child to death at a refugee camp in the Bavarian municipality of Arnschwang had a criminal record and carried an ankle monitor, the local prosecutor’s office and police said, according to local media. 

In 2009, the refugee was convicted of arson in Munich and was given five years and ten months in jail.

Following his release in January 2015, he was required to wear an ankle monitor, as the authorities wanted to prevent the man from leaving the refugee camp in Arnschwang, where the stabbing took place.

Claims of conversion

According to Die Welt, the Munich administrative court and the Federal Agency for Migration and Refugees (BAMF) tried to expel the Afghan man back in 2014. Yet, he won a court battle, claiming that he converted to Christianity and faced persecution if deported to Afghanistan. 

And I wonder if the judge sought out confirmation of his conversion or if he just took the guy's word for it. Because, after all, we know a Muslim and an arsonist would never lie!!!! I wonder if his lawyers are sleeping at night?

The incident took place on Saturday, when the knife-wielding man captured and lethally injured a five-year-old boy at Arnschwang camp.

Before being shot dead by police, the assailant also injured the boy’s mother, a 47-year-old Russian asylum-seeker, who was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Her other child, a six-year old boy who was present at the scene, was deeply shocked but physically unharmed.

Michael Multerer, head of the Arnschwang municipal council, told the Mittelbayerische Zeitung he was appalled by the brutal attack, noting that the authorities had no negative experiences with the refugee facility in the past. 

Multerer said the boys, who he knew personally, have been living in the refugee camp for several years, adding that both of them have good command of German. He described their mother as “a quiet and a nice woman.”

40% of Refugees in Austria put Religion Above Law – Study

Some interesting statistics, but nothing terribly surprising

A new study from the Austrian Academy of Sciences shows that:

40 percent of refugees in Austria believe religious commandments take precedence over the nation’s laws, prompting the country’s foreign minister to push for a rigorous new integration package.

The survey, which was conducted on behalf of the country’s Department of Integration (Integrationsressort), found that:

90 percent of officially recognized Austrian refugees believe democracy is an ideal form of government. The study also found that 

80 percent believe in the equality of men and women, and 

83 percent have no problem with other religions, Austrian Die Presse reported this week. 

Yet, 

40 percent of the same people questioned for the study said that religion is a more reliable guide for behavior than secular state law, with 

80 percent supporting adherence to religious law in the public sphere. At the same time, only 

61 percent admitted to being religious, while 

45 percent don’t believe all religions are equal.

OK, 'a more reliable guide' does not exactly indicate that a person would choose Islam over state laws if it came to one or the other. Just trying to be fair here.

Some 900 Austrian refugees – 

43 percent Syrian, 37 percent Afghan, and 20 percent Iraqi – took part in the survey during the summer and autumn of 2016. Slightly more than half were 18 to 30 years old, and 80 percent were male.

About half of those surveyed thought the lifestyles of Western people are too liberal and that they have too much freedom. In addition, despite the majority acknowledging women and men as equals, nearly all wanted to see Muslim women covering up in Austria. Some 37 percent also said they wanted separate gym classes and swimming lessons for boys and girls in schools, and one in five even said women should not be allowed to work.

Finally, 

88 percent of the interviewees said they accept the living habits of the Austrians in general, but

38 percent admitted that they were too free-wheeling for them.

The obviously contradictory findings prompted Sebastian Kurz, who is both Austria’s Foreign Minister and Minister of Integration, to push for expanding integration courses for refugees at the second international integration conference – ‘Vienna Future Talks’. Though these courses have been vehemently criticized since being launched in the beginning of 2016, Kurz said the study shows they are still a necessity, as they have only partially fulfilled their purpose so far. The Austrian integration minister also visited one such course with an international delegation as part of the conference.

“We can see from this study that there is consent among refugees to abstract basic values. But that does not mean that these people have internalized these principles, neither that they are ready to live by them,” Kurz told the press on Monday.

The minister called the integration process a “major challenge,” while noting the importance of showing Austria’s newcomers the country’s basic values and helping them “clearly define boundaries” for their behavior.

“If there are violations against our laws or our basic values, we do not react with exaggerated tolerance, but show that the regulations in Austria must be strictly adhered to,” the minister stated, (obviously not Swedish) while mentioning a number of new proposals that he said would “hopefully soon become integration laws.” Among other measures, these include a ban on full-face veils, such as the burka, and a ban on Quran distribution projects, as well as a compulsory low-wage employment for refugees. These and other initiatives still have to be agreed to by Kurz’s coalition partners, the Social Democrats, who have been speaking out against the burka ban and €1-per-hour employment.

The integration courses, known in Austria as “orientation and value” courses, are 8-hour seminars where refugees learn about Austria’s behavioral standards and societal values. Around 15,000 asylum seekers have taken part in them since their establishment last year, according to statistics from the Austrian Ministry of the Interior. 

Woman attacked for reading Bible

Austria has been tightening its migrant policies since a number of incidents involving migrants. In the latest case, a woman in her 50s was stabbed by an Afghan migrant while she was reading the Bible in asylum accommodation. The attacker later told police that he had assaulted her because he had “personal problems.” 

In November of last year, the Austrian Interior Ministry admitted that there has been a steep jump in the number of crimes involving asylum seekers over the past few years. This has bolstered the nation’s anti-migrant sentiment, which led to a cap of 37,500 asylum claims being imposed last year. Austria took in 90,000 asylum seekers at the peak of Europe’s migration crisis in 2015.

Of course, a steep jump in the number of migrants would necessarily lead to a steep jump in the number of crimes involving migrants.
