Mentally ill or a jihadi? This is generally presented as an either/or, but it need not be. It is easy to imagine a psychically marginal Muslim individual, in his inner torment, fixating upon the idea that if he kills for Allah, he will receive a great reward (as per Qur’an 9:111).

Dortmund – After a homicide in a psychiatric facility in Dortmund, the mentally ill suspect was transferred to forensics in Lippstadt-Eickelborn.

According to the Dortmund public prosecutor’s office, nurses discovered the 42-year-old kneeling on the chest of another patient on Saturday evening.

He shouted prayers out loud. The 67-year-old from Lünen fell into a coma and later died in hospital.

According to the autopsy results, the respiratory tract injury was the cause of death.

Manslaughter is being investigated. The public prosecutor’s office currently assumes that the 67-year-old was probably a random victim.

There is no evidence of a dispute between the attacker, who was born in Syria and lives in Mülheim an der Ruhr, and the man from Lünen.

As I have mentioned many times, all radicalized or devout Muslims are mentally ill and are capable of murder at the slightest provocation.  Thus, they can and should be segregated from sane society and returned to Islamic countries.

The language is edited but still disgusting in this next piece as are the statements by the Muslim lunatic. It's such a shame that France puts up with this evil.

Then Leftists are outraged when some people begin to inquire about what the Qur’an actually says that inspires this hatred.

An off-duty CRS officer was attacked yesterday in Vélizy Villacoublay (78) while he was returning home by car, we learned @Valuers from a police source.

(Republican Security Corps), abbreviated CRS, are the general reserve of the French National Police. They are primarily involved in general security missions, but the task for which they are best known is crowd and riot control.

A motorist stopped on the road (the future attacker) started to reverse, forcing the police officer to back up with his car. Another motorist, behind the police officer’s car, then honked his horn. The first vehicle behind the maneuver believed that it was the off-duty police officer who had honked, and told him: “you are not going to do your CRS here.”

This same virulent driver finally followed him and parked behind him, before getting out of his car to say the following: “I’m going to f*** your mother, there’s no camera here, dirty cop.”

The attacker subsequently adds, facing the police officer who tries to calm the situation: “on the Qur’an of Mecca, I will f*** you and your family, we know who you are.” The latter then hit the CRS while repeating “I’m going to f*** you, I’m going to f*** you.” The police officer was finally able to walk away, pursued by his attacker, who filmed him while declaring to the public: “see it’s him, he’s a cop!”

At no time, according to the victim’s version, did the police officer mention his profession. The author was finally identified as a certain Chikine D., born in the 1990s, who lives in the same neighborhood as the police officer, and worked as a deliveryman/courier as an individual entrepreneur, according to administrative information online.

Day of anxiety in Cortaillod, in the canton of Neuchâtel. Teachers and students at Corneilles primary school saw a man enter the establishment in the afternoon. He allegedly made threatening remarks, notably uttering the words “Allahu Akbar” (God is greatest in Arabic) according to witnesses on site, and this is confirmed by the police. The 300 students were held in their classroom until the arrival of the police and the arrest of the individual. No one was injured and everyone was able to leave the establishment around 4 p.m.

In addition to his threatening remarks, the man was visibly unbalanced. At this time, police have not been able to determine whether he was armed. An Amok procedure (alarm intended to alert emergency services in the event of an attack or threat to the community) was initiated at the time of the intrusion – a first in the canton – which allowed the police to intervene quickly. “The teachers reacted in an exemplary manner,” said Neuchâtel police spokesperson Georges-André Lozouet on RTS. Parents were able to pick up their children when they left school. The tension was high and a psychological unit was set up.

Identification in progress

For the moment, the police have not provided additional information on the person who entered the establishment. “An investigation is underway to identify this man,” said Georges-André Lozouet. “Obviously his desire was to scare people,” he continued. The police have yet to determine the precise path of the individual and whether he was able to enter a classroom. One thing is certain: he managed to get inside the building. The link with the federal reception center for asylum seekers in Boudry, located very close to Cortaillod, has not been ruled out, said the spokesperson for the Neuchâtel police, still speaking to RTS.

The opening of a criminal investigation is being considered but at this time, the Public Prosecutor’s Office has not yet made a decision.

One of two Wisconsin girls charged with stabbing a classmate to impress the fictitious horror character "Slender Man" will plead guilty in a deal that calls for her to avoid prison time, attorneys announced Friday.

Morgan Geyser, 15, will remain in a state mental hospital under an agreement announced in a court hearing two weeks before her trial was set to start. The deal calls for Geyser to be evaluated by doctors who will report to a judge for a determination of how long she should remain in treatment.

Geyser and Anissa Weier were charged with attempted first-degree intentional homicide in the 2014 attack on classmate Payton Leutner. Weier pleaded guilty to a reduced charge last month, and a jury later concluded she was mentally ill at the time of the crime. She faces at least three years in a mental hospital.

All three girls were 12 at the time.

"It's been a tragic experience for everyone" Geyser's attorney, Donna Kuchler, said after the brief court hearing. "Our hearts go out to the victim and her family. And we're very grateful that the district attorney's office gave this case the considering it deserves," she said.

A plea hearing to make the deal official is scheduled for Thursday.

Prosecutors alleged the teenage girls stabbed Leutner 19 times in a wooded area following a sleepover, then left her. The girls planned to walk hundreds of miles north to meet Slender Man in a forest.

Leutner was able to crawl out of the woods in the park to a path where she was found by a bicyclist.

Both girls are now presumed mentally ill at the time of the stabbing. Were they mentally ill before and after the stabbing? Were they so influenced by Slenderman that they became mentally ill? At 12 years old we should have some grasp of reality. Were they pot smokers? Is there an investigation into Slenderman? Did someone controlling Slenderman encourage the girls to do this evil? There are many unanswered questions to this story.

Two Teens Planning ‘ISIS-Inspired’ Attack Arrested in Germany

Authorities in the southern German state of Baden-Wurttemberg have detained two teenagers aged 15 and 17 who allegedly plotted to stage Islamic State-inspired attacks on “public institutions.”

The arrests of the teenagers took place during raids on Thursday near Aschaffenburg and Mannheim, Baden-Württemberg, all in the vicinity of Frankfurt.

Both teens “were planning an Islamist-motivated attack on a public institution in the district of Aschaffenburg, for which they wanted to procure firearms,” Karlsruhe prosecutor's office announced on Friday.

While the identities of the arrested teenagers have not been disclosed, the prosecutors did point out that at least one of those detained had displayed “indications” of mental illness.

However, the authorities said that there were no signs that the accused “at this time had been able to implement the suspected plans.” However, they noted that the very planning of an attack still amounts to a crime.

Police said that during the arrests, they recovered extremist propaganda and ISIS flags. The suspects’ electronic data storage devices and mobile phones were also confiscated, but no firearms were found.

Germany has been on high alert following a number of terrorist attacks on its territory and across the EU this year.

On July 24, 15 people were injured in a suicide bombing outside a wine bar in Ansbach. The bomber, identified as Mohammad Daleel, was a 27-year-old Syrian refugee who had pledged allegiance to Islamic State.

Prior to that, some nine days earlier, Pakistani national Riaz Khan Ahmadzai attacked passengers on a train in Wurzburg with an ax and a knife, wounding five.

Anti-terror raids across the country have intensified since then and have led to arrests of suspected IS operatives and people believed to have been influenced by jihadist ideology.

Overall, Europe remains on guard, especially for the holiday season, following a series of deadly terrorist attacks stretching back to 2015.

Afghan President Ashraf Ghani has called for an investigation after a mob beat a woman to death in the capital, Kabul, and then set her body on fire.

The woman had been accused of setting fire to copies of the Koran in a nearby mosque.

President Ghani said no-one had the right to stand in judgement and use violence to punish others.

At least four suspects have been arrested in connection with the incident.

The family of the woman, named by Afghanistan's Tolo news agency only as Farkhunda, said she had been mentally ill for some years.

Her parents told Tolo she had not intentionally burnt the Koran.

The BBC's David Loyn in Kabul said some bystanders tried to hold the mob back as the woman was dragged from the Shah-Du-Shamshaira mosque.

After she had been beaten to death, her body was thrown down the bank of a river and set alight.

A number of police from different forces were close by, our correspondent says, including anti-terrorist officers protecting the centre of Kabul.

The head of Kabul's criminal investigation division, Mohammad Farid Afzali, said officers had fired into the air to try to disperse the crowd, but had "reacted too late".

Mr Ghani said in a statement: "No-one has the right to take it upon themselves to act as judge and court, nor to commit violence against anyone for any reason."

He ordered an inquiry into the attack to be conducted by the interior ministry together with the Ulama Council - which oversees religious issues - and the leadership of the mosque.

An Ulama Council member, Ahmad Ali Jebreili, condemned the attack and said it was against Islamic law.

An inquiry and even prosecutions will make not one wit of difference in Islam. This is another example of the hair-pin triggers many Muslims have. Their ability to go from the "religion of peace" to hysterical murderers in seconds makes them dangerous and untrustworthy in any society. Western countries who import these potential, lunatic assassins are importing a whole lot of trouble.
