Shots were fired at a Jewish elementary school in Toronto on Saturday, on the morning of Yom Kippur, Judaism’s holiest day of the year.

According to police, the incident occurred just after 4 a.m. near the school, located at Dufferin St. and Finch Ave. A motor vehicle “discharged a firearm at the Bais Chaya Mushka Elementary School,” police said in a post on X.

Police found evidence of gunfire at the scene. It was not known how many suspects were in the vehicle.

The school was empty when a window was smashed after being hit by a bullet, according to Insp. Paul Krawczyk, the Canadian Press reported. There were no injuries. Police will continue to have an increased presence in the area, he said.

“We understand the fear and pain this causes, especially on Yom Kippur,” police said in another post on X Saturday afternoon. “To Toronto’s Jewish community: We stand with you.”

Police urged residents to share any relevant videos or dash-cam footage of the area with authorities.

Michael Westcott, CEO of Allies for a Strong Canada, said in a statement to the National Post over email that the incident was the “latest in a long string of violent, hateful attacks on institutions in the Jewish community.”…

 

Samidoun, group behind ‘death to Canada’ chant,

listed as terrorist entity

Canada has listed Samidoun, a pro-Palestinian group behind a rally where people chanted “death to Canada” and burned the Canadian flag in Vancouver earlier this month, as a terrorist entity.

Public Safety Minister Dominic LeBlanc made the announcement on Tuesday and noted that the listing was made alongside the U.S. Treasury Department’s own decision to list the group as a specially designated global terrorist entity.

“Violent extremism, acts of terrorism or terrorist financing have no place in Canadian society or abroad,” LeBlanc said in a statement.

“The listing of Samidoun as a terrorist entity under the Criminal Code sends a strong message that Canada will not tolerate this type of activity, and will do everything in its power to counter the ongoing threat to Canada’s national security and all people in Canada.”

Samidoun has been previously listed as a terrorist entity by Germany and the Netherlands and, in a release, Public Safety Canada, said the group has “close links with and advances the interests of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP).

That group is also listed as a terrorist entity by Canada, the U.S. and European Union.

MPs denounce Pro-Palestinian group chanting ‘death to Canada,’ burning flag at Vancouver rally

Being a listed terrorist entity carries severe consequences. It is illegal to contribute to any activity of a listed group, and its property can be seized and forfeited.

The listing comes just over a week after MPs in the House of Commons condemned the group after supporters chanted “death to Canada, death to the United States and death to Israel” and burned the Canadian flag at a rally in Vancouver.

The masked speaker at that rally who uttered the chant over a microphone also told the crowd “we are Hezbollah and we are Hamas.”

Both Hamas and Hezbollah are listed as terrorist entities.

The Conservatives during question period last Tuesday called on the federal government to list Samidoun as a terrorist organization.

“Samidoun has been fomenting these violent and horrific protests and mob actions, this organization is a front for an already banned terrorist group,” Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre said last week.

Vancouver Police say they are also conducting an investigation into the pro-Palestinian rally in which the chant and flag burning took place, where law enforcement say speakers expressed “solidarity with terrorist groups.”

The police force has previously investigated Samidoun, having arrested its director Charlotte Kates last year in a hate-crime investigation. She was released from custody on an undertaking, but the hearing which she was to appear at was cancelled, and her court-ordered conditions along with it.

And Canadian media is not interested in finding out why.

B.C. Premier David Eby, who previously condemned the chants made at the pro-Palestinian rally, said in a statement Tuesday that he agreed with the designation as it gives authorities more tools to take action against the group.

He went on to say there has been a “disturbing rise” in antisemitic and Islamophobic incidents since the Oct. 7, 2023, attack by Hamas on Israel which killed 1,200 people.

“There is no place in British Columbia for groups inciting and glorifying violence,” Eby said.

Is there a silent majority of Arabs in Israel that actually dream of Israel destroying the radical Islamic terrorists that are fighting against Israel? No. But there indeed are many Arabs who see things differently than the majority of Arabs who are unified in their pure hatred to everything Jewish or Israeli.

What drives most Arab young men? Are they more driven to be terrorists and kill Jews or to have upward mobility, financial stability, and a happy family? The real answer in the case of Israel is that being an Arab terrorist is the most effective method towards upward mobility, financial stability and a happy family. Of course, it is dangerous to be a terrorist, and sometimes ends with an afterlife of bliss – in the minds of young Arabs. But more often than not, deciding to enter the world of terror leads to a major influx of cash for Arab terrorists. And if the terrorist is imprisoned, then the family of the terrorist is well taken care of by the corrupt Palestinian Authority.

The pay-to-slay policy of the Palestinian Authority is not a hidden policy, but a publicly stated norm that has existed in Israel for decades. It is perhaps the most important aspect of funding terror that must be squelched if Israel wants to put a dent into the major incentives that are driving Arab terrorism against Israel.

So, must Israel destroy Hamas and the terrorist infrastructure in Gaza? Of course. But even that is not enough. Israel must also make a few basic strategic decisions. Israel must destroy any form of financial incentives towards terror. Israel must outlaw any textbooks that encourage hatred of the State of Israel. And lastly, Israel must mass produce their own weapons in order to never be left in the lurch without the weaponry needed to defeat its enemies.

Authorities have given full parole to an ex-high school teacher from British Columbia who strangled his pregnant wife to death, killing their unborn child and subsequently burning her body. 

Mukhtiar Singh Panghali, a 51-year-old former Surrey, B.C. high school teacher was granted full parole by the Parole Board of Canada after being sentenced to life for the 2006 murder of his pregnant wife, Manjit Kaur Panghali. The incident occurred in their Surrey home, and her charred remains were later found on a beach near Roberts Bank in Delta, B.C.

After killing Manjit, who was four months pregnant, Panghali made a distressing and tearful public appeal seeking assistance in finding his then “missing” wife. The murder was executed while their young daughter was left unattended at home.

Panghali was initially arrested and charged with second-degree murder in 2007. He was convicted and sentenced to life in prison in 2011 with no possibility of parole for 15 years. He lost an appeal on his life sentence for second-degree murder in 2012. He was then eventually granted day parole in July 2022, after which he secured full-time employment with an undisclosed company, according to the Parole Board of Canada.

Angela Marie MacDougall, the executive director of Vancouver’s Battered Women’s Support Services, voiced her concerns about the parole decision.

“This tells us everything we need to know about how ineffective the criminal legal system is in meeting any kind of justice for victims of intimate partner and domestic violence,” she told Global News.

Even though the Parole Board found that Panghali had “accepted responsibility for (his) actions and choices.”

“You are assessed as a high risk of violence towards a partner,” stated the Parole Board’s release decision issued on October 6th.

“Should you involve yourself in a relationship, this would be the high-risk situation for you and must be monitored closely by your (case management team) through the relevant special condition to restrict you from initiating relationships with women without the permission of your parole supervisor.”

Several conditions have been imposed on Panghali’s parole, including abstaining from alcohol, participating in a domestic violence treatment plan, and reporting any relationships with women. He is also prohibited from contacting the victim’s family, including his own daughter, who is now being cared for by Manjit’s sister.

Judges in both Canada and Australia have fixed their attention on the rights of criminals and seem to completely disregard the rights of Canadians and Australians to live in relative peace and safety. Major changes are needed in the justice systems of both countries otherwise "Justice System" is just a joke, a bad joke.

The Australian citizenship of convicted terrorist Abdul Nacer Benbrika has been restored by the nation’s highest court.

The High Court ruled on Wednesday that the Home Affairs Minister’s move to strip Algerian-born Benbrika of his citizenship was against the law.

Benbrika was arrested and convicted over plots to attack Melbourne landmarks in 2005, including the AFL grand final at the MCG.

The self-proclaimed Islamic cleric had also called on his followers to kill at least 1000 non-believers to force the Australian government to withdraw troops from Iraq and Afghanistan.

His 15-year sentence was due to end in 2020 but the government was successful in obtaining a continuing detention order, with a court ruling he posed an unacceptable risk to the community.

The order extended his detention until this month.

In addition to plots to blow up Melbourne landmarks he also plotted to target Sydney’s Lucas Heights nuclear reactor, and was discussing assassinating then-Prime Minister John Howard….

The Palestinian Authority has doubled the terror “salary” it pays every month to Khalil Jabarin, the murderer of Israeli-American father of four Ari Fuld, according to the Fuld family’s attorney.

Jabarin is serving a life sentence in an Israeli prison for the fatal stabbing of Fuld, 45, and attempting to murder three other people at the Gush Etzion shopping area on Sept. 16, 2018….

Since the attack, Jabarin’s family has received a monthly stipend as part of the P.A.’s practice of rewarding those who kill and wound Israelis. The amount will increase the longer Jabarin remains in jail, Ramallah confirmed in 2018.

“Yesterday, the Palestinian Authority doubled the monthly salary it pays the terrorist murderer of Ari Fuld, [of blessed memory], from $522 to $1,044,” Israeli attorney Maurice Hirsch announced on Monday, noting that the P.A. has already paid Jabarin $25,726.

Iran foils terror plot, defuses 30 bombs in Tehran, arrests 28 terrorists

Authorities in Iran released a statement claiming that they had neutralised 30 explosives that were meant to go off simultaneously in Tehran and also detained 28 terrorists that had connections with the terror group Islamic State and were involved in the terror plot, Iran’s Tasnim news agency reported on Sunday (September 24), citing the intelligence ministry.

“Some of the members are of Islamic State (IS) and the perpetrators have a history of being affiliated with Takfiri groups in Syria, Afghanistan, Pakistan and the Kurdistan region of Iraq,” Iran’s intelligence ministry added in a statement.

The militant group has claimed several attacks that have taken place in Iran in the past, including the deadly twin bombings, that targeted Iran’s parliament and the tomb of the Islamic Republic’s founder, Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini in the year 2017.

Last year, in October, the Islamic State took responsibility for a mass shooting incident that took place at a Shiite Muslim shrine in Iran’s central city of Shiraz, leaving 13 people dead and 30 wounded.

At the UN, Brunei demands increased action against ‘Islamophobia’

“Justifying religious hatred, even under the pretext of freedom of expression, is unacceptable,” said the minister after stating that the Sultanate joins the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation, the UN Alliance of Civilizations and UN member states that have called for increase action against religious hatred.

And yet, it is Islam that hates every other religion and even half of Islam. Hate to the degree the murder and massacres are not only acceptable, but expected.

“Our pursuit for peace will only be worthwhile if we address the root causes of such acts, especially those promoting discord, intolerance and hatred,” said the minister, referring to “deliberate actions, like the burning of the Holy Quran, the very centre of Islamic faith”, adding that such actions, “provokes disharmony, erodes trust, underminds [sic] efforts towards sustainable peace and threatens unity”….

Which one of Islams 600+ wars in the past 1400 years was about peace? Which one of the genocides being practiced in Africa are about peace? All of them, of course. Because once all Christians, Hindus, and wrong-headed Muslims are dead and gone, there will be peace. Except, there has never be peace in Islam, not in 1400+ years, not even in devoutly Islamic countries!

Several attacks on festivals in the planning?

In September 2015, the accused traveled with her husband from Germany to Syria to join IS there. She is said to have joined a women’s battalion, volunteered for suicide bombing and completed gunnery training. She was also accused of planning attacks on music festivals in Germany, so a music festival for children near Frankfurt was under discussion, and a festival in the Hildesheim area could also have been the target of an attack. According to the federal prosecutor, the attacks did not occur because the IS fighters selected for them were unable to leave the country.

The accused had the idea “that parts of the German population should be mass murdered,” said presiding judge Ralf Günther in his almost two-hour verdict. Abbas could no longer hold the Grand Vermeil medal after he "justified the extermination of the Jews of Europe" in World War II, her office told AFP.

"The comments you made are contrary to our universal values and the historical truth of the Shoah," Hidalgo said in a letter to Abbas sent on Thursday. "You can therefore no longer hold this distinction."

The text of the letter was published on X, formerly known as Twitter, by Yonathan Arfi, president of the Representative Council of French Jewish Institutions (CRIF), an umbrella organisation representing French Jews.

"This important decision honours Paris and the city's ongoing commitment against anti-Semitism," he wrote.

Abbas, 87, claimed Jews had been murdered in the Holocaust because of their "social role" and not religion, saying it was "not true" that "(Adolf) Hitler killed the Jews because they were Jews".

Echoing anti-Semitic tropes, he claimed Europeans "fought (the Jews) because of their social role, and not their religion. Because of usury and money".

Abbas made the remarks during a speech late last month before senior members of his Fatah party in Ramallah, and a video of the event surfaced this week.

"I vehemently condemn your remarks, no cause can justify revisionism and negationism," she added.

A spokesperson for the European Union said "the speech... contained false and grossly misleading remarks about Jews and anti-Semitism".

France's consulate in Jerusalem called the remarks "totally unacceptable".

Police in Britain were searching for escaped terror suspect Daniel Khalife in a park in southwest London Friday.

Sept. 8 (UPI) -- Police in Britain on Friday searched a London park near where Daniel Khalife escaped from prison as the manhunt for the 21-year-old former British soldier continued.

Richmond Park in southwest London was closed as authorities carried out the search and stationed officers at key entrances and exits while a pair of police helicopters surveyed the skies.

The park is miles away from Wadsworth prison and Sky News reported his mother and sister are believed to have lived in an apartment in the area "until a few years ago."

Richmond Park re-opened later in the day and the BBC reported that the search was not conducted based on specific leads or intelligence but rather due to its location near the prison.

Police were investigating whether guards helped Khalife, who was awaiting a terrorism trial, escape from the prison.

Authorities said Khalife worked in the prison's kitchen and slipped through security at the prison Wednesday morning by dressing as a chef and hanging on to the bottom of a food truck.

Metropolitan Police Counterterrorism Commander Dominic Murphy said he believes Khalife is using the skills he learned as a soldier to evade not only capture but even being seen.

"This was a really busy area of London and we've had no confirmed sightings in any of that information, which is a little unusual, and perhaps a testament to Daniel Khalife's ingenuity in his escape," Murphy said.

"It's important that we remember that we have some of the best militaries in the world here in the U.K. and he was trained. He was a trained soldier -- so ultimately he has skills that perhaps some sections of the public don't have."

Metropolitan Police Commissioner Mark Rowley declined to confirm if notebooks were found in Khalife's cell or how the soldier made the straps he used to attach himself to the underbelly of a food truck that took him out of the prison.

Prosecutors charged Khalife with violations of the Official Secrets Act and the Terrorism Act, as well as with planting a fake explosive device. They accused him of working on behalf of a hostile foreign state while working at the Ministry of Defense's Stafford station.

Khalife disappeared from Stafford in January after reportedly planting a fake bomb but was captured several days later.

It's curious! Daniel is a Judeo-Christian name but Khalife is Muslim.

IDF: Palestinian killed after infiltrating West Bank settlement

A Palestinian man was shot and killed Friday by a member of a local security team after infiltrating into the Teneh Omarim settlement and trying to stab an Israeli at the entrance to the community synagogue, the military said.

There were no reports of Israeli casualties in the incident that came as residents of the southern West Bank settlement were gathered for morning prayers on the Shavuot festival.

Video from the scene showed the man sliding under the community gate and then walking into the community with what appears to be a knife in his hand….

The Israeli military sent forces to the area as an infiltration alert sounded in the community, and was carrying out searches in the area south of the West Bank city of Hebron….

According to an initial investigation, the assailant crawled under the main gate of the community while the guard was on patrol. He then walked several hundred meters into the settlement, passing a crowded playground.

He was then spotted by a resident who alerted security. One of the members of the security team intercepted him as he approached the synagogue and opened fire, killing him.

The IDF doesn't mess around with terrorists.

Chikkaballapur: A group of Muslim men attacked a Hindu youth on Thursday in Karnataka’s Chikkaballapur for eating snacks with a Muslim woman, after they spotted the two eating snacks at a food outlet. The Muslim woman was also attack(ed) by the group for visiting the food outlet with a Hindu man, police said.

The accused had noticed them when the youth and woman were having snacks at Gopika Chaats and realised that the man accompanying her was Hindu.

They started thrashing the youth. The woman came to rescue him and told the group attacking the youth that she knew him “very well”.

The group then started questioning her and told her that going out to a food outlet with a Hindu man was wrong and she should apologise for the same…

Plateau State Residents Confirm Over 200 Persons Killed,

32 Communities Displaced In Herdsmen Attacks

There is palpable tension in the Mangu local government area of Plateau State as armed Fulani herdsmen reportedly sacked 32 communities, forcing nine Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) Camps to spring up.

Community sources told SaharaReporters on Thursday, that 200 people were killed between Monday May 15 and Wednesday May 17, 2023 with millions of properties destroyed including several houses.

Lamenting the killings and destruction of the communities, one of the sources told SaharaReporters that 37 people were killed on Monday night, while accusing the security agencies of aiding Fulani herdsmen in the attacks.

The source said “I attended a meeting yesterday (Wednesday), about what is happening in Mangu local government area. Over 200 people were recorded killed between Monday May 15 and Wednesday May 17, 2023. Thirty two communities have been completely displaced with nine Internally Displaced Persons Camps (IDPs) with over 15,000 people.

“From the record 1,292 households with 3,951 children, 2,701 women and 2,140 men were all displaced. There are no security agencies there, the securities are only going there to visit for a few minutes and go.”…

Governor Simon Lalong, has confirmed the incident which he had described as a sad development, while directing security forces to ensure that the killers were apprehended to face justice.

How can this be anything but genocide? Genocide that has the full cooperation of the state. Why is this being ignored by western media and governments? Is it because most of the victims are Christians?
