In Australia, Antisemitism Now Sky-High

The latest news from Down Under bodes ill for the nation’s Jews. The land of Botany Bay and We of the Never Never and Crocodile Dundee has become a place where Jews have been subjected nationwide to a sustained increase in harassment, vandalism, and arson. This includes recent incidents such as a Jewish family’s home in Adelaide being vandalized with swastikas and painted slurs.

The worst attack took place on Hanukkah, when Jews celebrating the holiday were mowed down on Bondi Beach on December 14, 2025, in a mass shooting. Two Muslim gunmen opened fire on the crowd, killing 15 and wounding 40. The Islamic State claimed responsibility for inciting the attackers.

These attacks on Jews have almost always been the sinister handiwork of Muslims who have in recent years been allowed into Australia in great numbers; there are now close to one million Muslims in the country. They have brought with them, and then spread, the virus of antisemitism. That pathological condition has now risen to vertiginous levels, and as a consequence more Australian Jews are making aliyah to Israel or moving to North America. Australian antisemitism ‘passed point of no return,’ Jewish leader tells ‘Post’ after emigrating

Australian antisemitism “has passed the point of no return,” former president of the Australian Jewish Association, Dr. David Adler, told The Jerusalem Post on Thursday. Adler recently relocated to Israel, citing the surge in antisemitism in Australia.

While the family only arrived on July 9, Adler told the Post that aliyah has been in “preparation for a long, long period of time.”

“We’ve seen a general deterioration in Australia for a long time,” he told the Post. “Australia has essentially outsourced its manufacturing. Its defense capacity is down. National identity is being lost. Education standards are down. There is a crazy socialist activism, left-wing activism. Those things have been building gradually. But no doubt October 7 unleashed a level of antisemitism and anti-Israel extremism that I didn’t think could occur in Australia.”

“On October 8, there were some leaders of the Muslim community and some Muslim groups in Australia celebrating on the streets. On October 9, we had the riots in front of the Opera House.”

What Adler found the most shocking was that the authorities “failed to act” after these incidents.

“There was not a single arrest from the riots at the Opera House, despite a number of laws being broken. And that area, I know from security experts, is covered by high-definition CCTV. However, the authorities chose not to act and instead warned the Jewish community not to go there,” he explained.

These Muslims, remember, appeared in force on October 8, 2023 to demonstrate in front of the Opera House in Sydney, one of the most famous buildings in Australia. They came out to celebrate the orgy of torture, gang rape, mutilation (genitals cut out or off, eyes gouged out), and murder that Hamas had carried out the day before. And the police did nothing.

The next day, a pro-Palestinian mob marched from the Sydney Town Hall to the Opera House. Chants heard at the rally included “f*** the Jews” and “f*** Israel.” Other chants called for the destruction of the Jewish state and the establishment of a state of “Palestine” to replace it: “From the river to the sea/Palestine will be free.” And there was also a call to exterminate not Israelis, but all Jews: “Gas the Jews.” Again, the police did nothing. There were no arrests. The authorities “chose not to act and instead warned the Jewish community not to go there.”

Australia’s finest poet, the late Les Murray, who seldom commented on current events, made an exception when he championed Israel’s right to take part in the Asian Games. How would he react if he saw his country today?

Australian government rejects ‘Islamophobia’ envoy’s recommendation to discount role of religion in terrorist acts

Australia’s “Islamophobia” top dog, Aftab Malik, recommended that the government discount religion as a motivating factor in terrorist acts. This was clearly an attempt to prevent the Australian government from discovering or shedding any light upon the role of Islam in the motivations of jihad terrorists. Anyone who dared to note that jihad violence was being committed in accord with Islamic texts and teachings would have been dismissed as “Islamophobic.” Surprisingly, Albanese rejected this recommendation, but Aftab Malik will no doubt keep pushing.

Anthony Albanese releases government’s response to Islamophobia report

The Albanese government’s long-awaited response to its special envoy’s report on Islamophobia has rejected calls for an overhaul of counter-terror laws, focusing instead on a new education task force and expanded community liaison teams for police.

The government has committed to a package of new measures across education and awareness, protection and support, social cohesion, and accountability.

The response includes a review of the education curriculum to strengthen racial and religious tolerance, new multicultural grant programs and additional mental health support, especially for Muslim women.

The government’s response comes 10 months after special envoy to combat Islamophobia, Aftab Malik, released his report with 54 recommendations.

The author of a landmark report on Islamophobia in Australia says the federal government is taking too long to act on the issue.

Releasing the government’s response in Sydney on Saturday, Prime Minister Anthony Albanese defended his decision not to adopt all of the recommendations.

“We’ve said it’s independent advice. What we don’t do is we don’t contract out government,” he said.

“Some of [the recommendations] we have adopted in full and are acting on already. Others we’ll give further consideration to.”

Mr Albanese also sought to explain why he rebuffed a push to water down the importance of religion and ideology in defining terrorism in federal laws over Mr Malik’s concerns they could lead to discrimination.

“We operate our terror laws on the basis of appropriate advice from national security agencies,” Mr Albanese said.

“But primarily, we sit in the National Security Committee of the government, and we take advice from our security agencies. I have confidence in them.”

Mr Malik’s submission to the Royal Commission into Antisemitism and Social Cohesion in June made 17 recommendations, including amending the definition of “terrorist act” in federal laws, “to reduce a reliance on ideological, political or religious motivation as a central criterion to the offence”….

Muslim Migrants Test the Limits of Denmark’s Tolerance

In Denmark, long famous for its easygoing tolerance, Muslim migrants have tested the limits of that tolerance. The Danes — both on the right and even more now, on the left — have put in place a series of measures to keep Muslim immigration to a minimum. Hollywood used a misquote from an aborted 1975 moon landing—“Houston, we have a problem”—to make the movie “Apollo 13,” and in doing so, it became memorialized; the movie demonstrated NASA’s success in using teamwork to solve an issue that could have devastated the mission. It is an approach Denmark’s politicians adopted to tackle their own problem.

In 2018, Danish leaders had an “aha” moment, recognizing a major issue. In Apollo 13, the astronauts and NASA operated as a team from the outset; however, it would take a few years for the Danes to be able to mirror that dynamic on a political level to solve the issue about to devastate their own mission.

The problem Denmark faced was only recognized after its leaders analyzed what immigration data were telling them. A podcast by Dr. Steve Turley does an outstanding job of highlighting both Denmark’s problem and its solution.

Denmark opened its borders only to later discover that Muslim immigrants were taking advantage of that open door. By 2018, data revealed Muslims making up 14% of the country’s population accounted for over 30% of its violent crimes. Of interest too was that the conviction rate for Danish citizens was only twelve out of every one thousand while the conviction rate for Somalis alone was 114 per 1,000.

Additionally, non-Western immigrants and their children were costing the Danish government $4.2 billion annually. Shockingly, the data showed that Danish was no longer the primary language spoken on the street; Shariah-compliant social norms were enforced by Muslim communities; women leaving their homes unveiled were harassed; young men questioning the Islamic faith were threatened; Muslim school children told their infidel schoolmates their country, culture, and civilization was inferior; etc.

Turley explains “these were not parallel societies in the sense of harmless cultural diversity” but “enclaves operating under a different legal and moral framework than the Danish constitution.” Muslim immigration was creating “a state within a state.” The assumption Muslim immigrants would assimilate as other immigrants had done in Denmark was not playing out….

The Danes have now recognized that Muslims had no intention of assimilating into the larger Danish society. After all, Muslims know from the Qur’an that while they are “the best of people,” the native Danes, as non-Muslims, are “the most vile of created beings.” Why, in that case, would the former want to become like the latter?

Denmark also acted to educate children in these designated ghetto areas concerning Western society. It mandated they attend at least 25 hours weekly at state daycare centers. There they learned Danish values, Christmas traditions, democratic norms, gender equality, etc. Parents refusing to comply lost their welfare benefits.

The Danes now insist that children living in Muslim neighborhoods be required to take instruction for at least 25 hours in Danish values, including democracy and gender equality. Any parents not complying with this re-education of their children will lose their welfare benefits. Many Muslim parents, not wanting to subject their children to such an education in Infidel values, but unwilling to forgo those welfare benefits, will likely choose to settle in other European countries that are less determined than Denmark to replace Islamic values with Western ones.

The left in Denmark has not only accepted what the Danish right has done to discourage Muslim immigration, but has even gone beyond the left’s policy, acting against Muslim clerics, imams, and scholars who teach Islam not just as a religion but as a political ideology, which the Danish left decries.

The left in Denmark has always stood for an expanding welfare state. But now it realizes that the Muslim economic migrants, who are determined to enjoy all of the benefits that the generous welfare state provides — free or subsidized housing, free medical care, free education, family allowances, and more — are costing the Danish state many billions of dollars, and that is money that is no longer available to provide benefits to the indigenous Danish poor. The left is thus determined to slash to the bone the number of these Muslim recipients of welfare benefits.

The left in Denmark has thus chosen to keep funding its welfare program for native Danes by slashing the number of Muslim economic migrants to a rock-bottom level, in 2025, of fewer than 1,000.

Yet even if Denmark cuts way down on Muslim migrants, there will still be hordes of Muslims streaming into other European countries, some of whom will continually be trying to enter the Danish state which, as a member of Schengenland, may be forced to allow them in.

The example of Denmark shows that the political left and right can unite on the need to limit Muslim immigration, and that, furthermore, the left, once made aware of the supremacism and misogyny of Islam, and of the sums spent on welfare benefits for Muslims that are no longer available to support the Danish poor, can even go further than the right in stopping this demographic conquest from within.

It’s not at all surprising that he would hit the flight attendant. The Qur’an teaches that men are superior to women and should beat those from whom they “fear disobedience”: “Men have authority over women because Allah has made the one superior to the other, and because they spend their wealth to maintain them. Good women are obedient. They guard their unseen parts because Allah has guarded them. As for those from whom you fear disobedience, admonish them and send them to beds apart and beat them.” — Qur’an 4:34

Muhammad’s child bride, Aisha, says in a hadith that Muhammad “struck me on the chest which caused me pain, and then said: ‘Did you think that Allah and His Apostle would deal unjustly with you?’” — Sahih Muslim 2127

It was the habit of ladies to support each other, so when Allah’s Messenger came, Aisha said, ‘I have not seen any woman suffering as much as the believing women. Look! Integration ‘Success Story’: Turkish Man Refuses to Sit Next to Woman and Strikes Flight Attendant in the Face,”

Not a day goes by without the incompatibility of Islam—and its archaic tenets—with free Western societies becoming glaringly apparent. It has now emerged that on June 1, a 29-year-old man of Turkish background, traveling on a Turkish Airlines flight to Düsseldorf, first refused to sit next to a woman and then struck a flight attendant in the face when she addressed the issue. Federal police were summoned to the aircraft upon its arrival at Düsseldorf Airport to file a report for assault; the case has since been handed over to the Düsseldorf police.

A spokesperson stated that, according to initial witness accounts, the man cited Sharia law when refusing to sit next to a woman. According to the newspaper *Bild*, he admitted to federal police officers that he had struck the flight attendant. This incident reveals the explosive aggression of Muslims in two ways: first, the man refused to sit next to a woman by invoking Islamic Sharia law—a code belonging to the Stone Age—and then, unable to express himself in any other way, he struck a flight attendant in the face.

Germany and large parts of Europe are witnessing a regression to a pre-civilized state. Such incidents have long since become commonplace; in the worst cases, they prove fatal when Muslims either deliberately target “infidels” or resort to stabbing, punching, or shooting during altercations. Just this Wednesday, an Afghan man chased children and passersby with a drawn knife in Ruhpolding, Upper Bavaria. Miraculously, no one was killed.

Another Afghan man stabbed a student to death in Trier, and in Dresden, a Turkish man shouting “Allahu Akbar” opened fire on police officers before being shot down by them—all on a single day. In schools, Muslim students demand that everyone else observe their religious customs, insist on special privileges, and intimidate anyone who refuses to yield. The incident on the airplane fits seamlessly into this broader picture, illustrating the direction in which Europe is heading.
