The Islamization of Europe > Driver stops bus to pray in Germany

Germany: Muslim bus driver stops to pray, non-Muslim passengers just have to wait

The principle is always and everywhere the same: in Muslim countries, non-Muslims are expected to conform their behavior to Islamic sensibilities. And in non-Muslim countries, non-Muslims are expected to conform their behavior to Islamic sensibilities. The lesson is being taught that Islam always comes first, and everything else has to wait. The infidels in Germany will get used to it. They have to.

Bus driver stops to pray – passengers have to wait for minutes

translated from “Busfahrer hält an, um zu beten – Fahrgäste müssen minutenlang warten,” Welt, July 8, 2026 (thanks to Medforth):

A bus driver from Stadtwerke Landshut took a break on his route to pray in the direction of Mecca. This delayed the onward journey by several minutes. The municipal utilities explained that the right to religious freedom applies, but that driving operations should not be interrupted.

On the route to Landshut, the driver stopped at a stop in Ergolding. The passengers waited several minutes. The municipal utilities are responding to the incident.

In Ergolding, a bus driver was late on the way to downtown Landshut – not because of traffic, but because of an unusual stop: The man parked the fully occupied bus at a stop in Ergolding to pray.

The regional news portal Idowa and Sat 1 Bayern, among others, report on this. Accordingly, the driver suddenly stopped the bus, went to the back, rolled out his prayer mat and prayed.

“The passengers were surprised, but also unsettled,” says Sat 1 Bayern. This delayed the journey by several minutes.

According to the TV station, the municipal utilities emphasize the right to religious freedom. Of course, driving operations should not be interrupted. It is still unclear whether the driver will face any consequences.

Surely, at least a warning; Do that again, and you're fired! But I seriously doubt that will happen.
