Zuckerberg seems to be reacting to the criticism on X. There are still many things he has to answer for, but it seems he may be trying to position himself in a less vulnerable posture should Trump win the election. Just my guess. We can always hope that he is beginning to wake up to the evil that Meta has done and is still doing.
