Austria: 38% of Muslims do not want to obey Austrian laws

if they contradict the Qur’an

MAY 15, 2023 9:00 AM

Only 38%? The number is likely higher, but people being polled often answer the way they think the pollster wants them to rather than saying what they really think.

Not to mention that Muslims have been given permission in the Quran to lie to unbelievers.

Fatal ‘Muslim study’: 38 percent follow the Koran and not Austrian law

translated from “Fatale “Muslime-Studie”: 38 Prozent folgen Koran und nicht österreichischem Gesetz,”
Unzensuriert, May 11, 2023

A study brought to light a fatal attitude of Muslims to the Austrian constitutional state. Politicians and the mainstream are sharply critical – not of the results, but of the survey methods.

Quran is above the law

The study carried out by the University of Vienna under project manager Endnan Aslan revealed, for example, that 38 percent of Muslims do not want to obey Austrian laws if they contradict the Koran. Accordingly, this group could also be referred to as state refusers. But what about politics and the media? They do not talk about the frightening content of this study, but rather that the “Muslim study” is controversial.

My question is, if you don't want to live under Austrian laws, why are you in Austria?

Fetched from regular classes for questioning

ÖVP Minister of Education Martin Polaschek immediately distanced himself from this survey via APA – he rejects the methods of this investigation, according to Polaschek, who showed solidarity with the Muslim Youth Austria (MJÖ) and the anti-racism NGO ZARA. According to an APA report, both organizations criticized the “tentative questions” and that Muslim students in the 9th grade were taken out of regular classes for questioning.

Is that a problem? Why?

Do miniskirts signal sexual readiness?

For example, it was asked whether Muslims should only be friends with their own kind and whether women should be punished for immoral behavior. Students should also decide who goes to hell and make an assessment of whether men are weak if they don’t use violence. “The sight of disabled people bothers me,” is another statement that should be evaluated. Another: “When women wear miniskirts or revealing clothing in public, they signal sexual readiness.”

Anyone who questions the content of the Koran faces consequences

ÖVP Minister of Education Martin Polaschek should worry less about the survey methods used by the University of Vienna than about what comes to light in studies. As reported, just yesterday, Wednesday, a study presented in Linz about “Mosque Lessons in Upper Austria” caused sheer horror. Because according to the teaching materials used in mosques in Upper Austria, Islam is the only true religion. Other religions are not valid. It also teaches that Muslim children should only have Muslim friends and that believers who question the content of the Koran will face consequences. In addition, it is never explained why girls have to wear a headscarf at all.

Integration prevented by mosque lessons

In this study one could come to the conclusion, said Upper Austria’s deputy governor Manfred Haimbuchner from the FPÖ, that integration is apparently undesirable and that integration is actively prevented by mosque classes. Haimbuchner literally said:

We stand by the practice of religion within the framework of religious freedom. However, if an ideology that is not compatible with the value structure of Austrian society is spread under the cloak of religious freedom, the state must take measures.

It would be really nice to have the responses to these statements? Hopefully, that will come soon. At any rate, Austrians, at least some of them, are beginning to see the impossibility of Muslims integrating into Austrian or European society. The longer they wait to address this issue, the more difficult and violent will be the consequence.

Sweden: Representative of tax-funded Muslim group demands

more tax funding for Eid party, threatens riots

MAY 15, 2023 5:00 PM

Non-Muslims paying for the upkeep of Muslims is a Qur’anic dictate:

“Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, nor hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, nor acknowledge the religion of Truth, (even if they are) of the People of the Book, until they pay the Jizya with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued” (Qur’an 9:29).

The caliph Umar said the jizya payments from the dhimmis were the source of the Muslims’ livelihood:

“Narrated Juwairiya bin Qudama at-Tamimi: We said to `Umar bin Al-Khattab, ‘O Chief of the believers! Advise us.’ He said, ‘I advise you to fulfill Allah’s Convention (made with the Dhimmis) as it is the convention of your Prophet and the source of the livelihood of your dependents (i.e. the taxes from the Dhimmis.)’” (Bukhari 4.53.388)

UK jihad preacher Anjem Choudary said in February 2013:

“We are on Jihad Seekers Allowance, We take the Jizya (protection money paid to Muslims by non-Muslims) which is ours anyway. The normal situation is to take money from the Kafir (non-Muslim), isn’t it? So this is normal situation. They give us the money. You work, give us the money. Allah Akbar, we take the money. Hopefully there is no one from the DSS (Department of Social Security) listening. Ah, but you see people will say you are not working. But the normal situation is for you to take money from the Kuffar (non-Muslim) So we take Jihad Seeker’s Allowance.”

When I was growing up, there was little in the way of welfare, and those who took advantage of what there was had an air of shame about them. Muslims in Europe seem to have an attitude of pride about living off the work of non-Muslims as a God-given expectation. This is not the God of the Bible >

2 Thess 3:
10
For even when we were with you, we gave you this rule: "If a man will not work, he shall not eat."
11
We hear that some among you are idle. They are not busy; they are busybodies.
12
Such people we command and urge in the Lord Jesus Christ to settle down and earn the bread they eat.

Didn’t get extra allowance for Ramadan party – threatened riots

translated from “Fick inte extra bidrag till ramadanfest – hotade med kravaller,”
Fria Tider, May 11, 2023:

DOMESTIC. A representative of the tax-funded Muslim study association Ibn Rushd threatened riots due to non-payment of extra contributions for a Ramadan party, Sydsvenskan reports.

Eid - Malmo - 2018

The man has been reported to the police for illegal threats by the city of Malmö.

The reason is that he wrote in an email that there could be riots because a contribution to a festival in connection with an Eid festival to mark the end of Ramadan was not granted.

The city of Malmö has contributed financially to the Muslim festival in Folkets park since 2013, but this year the city’s contribution of SEK 200,000 (about $19,000 USD) was not enough to guarantee the security of the event.

The employee from Ibn Rushd announced in the email to the municipality that Muslims dissatisfied with the allowance would cause significantly greater costs for society than the 200,000 kroner.

The district manager at Ibn Rushd, Malin Novén, announces that the man has now been suspended.

Malmö City’s security officer Per-Erik Ebbeståhl says that it is the individual employee, not Ibn Rushd as an organization, that is behind the email.

“Unfortunately, he has crossed the line of what is acceptable,” says Per-Erik Ebbeståhl.

What? A Muslim crossed a line? Seriously!

Terrifying study of mosque lessons: ‘Islam is the only true religion,'

And, Muslim children should avoid making friends with non-Muslims

translated from “Erschreckende Studie über Moschee-Unterricht: „Islam ist einzig wahre Religion“,”
Unzensuriert, May 10, 2023

Manfred Haimbuchner and Michael Gruber

“Mosque Lessons in Upper Austria” is the name of a study presented today, Wednesday, in Linz. With this teaching content, the alarm bells should ring in parties, authorities and the media.

Muslim children should only have Muslim friends

Hard to believe: according to the teaching materials used in mosques in Upper Austria, Islam is the only true religion. Other religions are not valid. It also teaches that Muslim children should only have Muslim friends and that believers who question the content of the Koran will face consequences. In addition, it is never explained why girls have to wear a headscarf at all.

Integration is prevented and undesirable

This problematic result of the study, which was carried out for the first time in Austria and in cooperation with the Islamic Religious Community, can be read between the lines, said Deputy Governor Manfred Haimbuchner and Member of Parliament Michael Gruber (both FPÖ) at the Press Club in Linz today. One could even come to the conclusion, according to Haimbuchner, that integration is apparently undesirable and that integration is actively prevented by teaching in a mosque. Haimbuchner literally said: “We stand by the practice of religion within the framework of religious freedom. However, if an ideology that is not compatible with the value structure of Austrian society is spread under the cloak of religious freedom, the state must take measures.”

Teaching content is tacitly tolerated

Apparently, according to Haimbuchner, there is a need for action if religions do not tolerate other religions or simply negate them. In Austria, children’s books and street names are banned because they are allegedly racist. The content in the mosques would be tacitly tolerated. If integration is systematically thwarted, it is doomed to fail. So it really shouldn’t come as a surprise if integration doesn’t work and there are noticeable parallel societies. Upper Austria’s deputy governor warned that other parties would deliberately turn a blind eye to these problem areas. And to the Federal President he said: “So Muslims should only be friends with Muslims. This is taught in the Upper Austrian mosques. What does Van der Bellen say about this? What is the President’s opinion on this fact?”

Not in line with notion of a free society

The state party secretary of the FPÖ, member of the state parliament Michael Gruber, called for commitments and actions “that the Islamic faith community in Austria sees itself as an open religion. In any case, the teaching content that has become known is not in line with the Austrian ideas of a free society.

Specifically, the FPÖ Upper Austria calls for a nationwide follow-up study “Islam in Austria,” teaching exclusively within the framework of the Austrian system of values and the German language as a commitment to integration….

More and more babies in Germany are called Mohammed

translated from “Immer mehr Babys in Deutschland heißen Mohammed,”
Junge Freiheit, May 8, 2023

BERLIN. The first name Mohammed has gained popularity in Germany in the past year. In Bremen, Hesse and Berlin, for example, it was one of the most commonly given names for newborns, as the Society for the German Language announced on Monday.

In Berlin, Mohammed was the most popular first name for boys in 2022. Last year, it had ranked third. Previously first and now second is the fashion name Noah. This is followed by Adam.

In Bremen, the first name Mohammed has moved up from third place to second place. First there is Matheo, third Finn. Last year the ranking was Finn, Noah, Mohammed.

Mohammed moves up to third place in Bremen

In Hesse, too, the name of the Muslim prophet is on the rise. There he fought his way from eighth to third place. Matheo has slipped from first to second and Noah is on top.

This year, short names such as Ella, Emma, Mila and Sophie dominate among the girls in the three federal states.

Babies are called Emil or Karl in the East, Noah in the West

A gap can be seen particularly between the eastern federal states and the west of the Federal Republic. While in North Rhine-Westphalia, Rhineland-Palatinate or Baden-Württemberg, male newborns usually bear the names Noah and Matheo, which come from the Hebrew, German classics such as Emil or Karl are cultivated in Brandenburg or Saxony.

Nationwide, the name Noah ranks first among boys. This is followed by different spellings of Matheo and Leon. For girls, the three most common first names were Emilia, Sophia/Sofia and Emma.

The rapid ascension of Mohammed in several German cities and states is a glimpse at what society is going to look like in 20-30 years. They will be dominated politically by Muslims and society will have to undergo a dramatic change to look more like Sharia than Germany. Just a few decades and Germany will be unrecognizable.

Why would Muslims integrate when they can simply take over the country through democracy.

Russia rejects Council of Europe demand to repeal country’s

so-called ‘gay propaganda law’ & accuses body of ‘abuse of power’

Russia has rejected calls from the Council of Europe’s Commission against Racism and Intolerance to repeal the country’s controversial ban on the dissemination of information about “non-traditional” sexualities among minors.

Speaking to TASS news agency, Ivan Soltanovsky, Russia’s Permanent Representative to the Council of Europe, called the commission’s demand an “abuse of power,” noting that Moscow does not feel it should follow recommendations it gives on the treatment of sexual minorities.

The Council of Europe is an organization of 47 European nations, including Russia. On Tuesday, it published a statement calling for Moscow to “abolish the legal ban on the provision of information about homosexuality to minors,” in line with a European Court of Human Rights ruling in 2017.

The Commission against Racism and Intolerance (ECRI) “exceeded its authority in preparing the report,” Soltanovsky said.

“Protection of sex minorities is not part of its mandate. In this regard, calls to repeal the legal ban on the dissemination of information on homosexuality to minors as a matter of priority are legally null and void and constitute interference in Russia’s internal affairs,” he claimed.

In 2013, Russia enacted what is known colloquially as the “gay propaganda law,” which implemented restrictions on the endorsement of “non-traditional sexual values among minors.” The legislation has been criticized internationally, its detractors both at home and abroad calling it an attack on LGBT rights.

Four years later, in 2017, three Russian activists brought a case to the European human rights court against Moscow, alleging that the legislation infringed on their freedom of expression. Six of the seven judges agreed with the complainant, with just Russian judge Dmitry Dedov dissenting. Moscow has not acted on the judgment.

According to Soltanovsky, this latest report by the ECRI is not the first time it has gone beyond its area of competence.

“In fact, the ECRI tries to deprive the states of their sovereign rights in the field of migration policy, which contributes to the growth of uncontrolled illegal migration and complicates the fight against human trafficking,” he claimed, noting that Russia would be happy to continue cooperating with the commission if he refrains from crossing “red lines” and instead focuses on the likes of discrimination against national minorities, Nazism and Christianophobia.

Polish court finds some EU Treaty articles unconstitutional,

but Brussels says its laws come first

7 Oct, 2021 19:10

Poland’s constitutional tribunal has ruled that some EU laws clash with the Polish constitution. The EU – already perturbed at Poland’s nationalist government’s policies – argues otherwise.

The ruling was issued on Thursday, with Judge Bartlomiej Sochanski stating that “The EU Treaty is subordinate to the constitution in the Polish legal system…and, like any part of the Polish legal system, it must comply with the constitution,” according to a Reuters report.

Poland’s ruling Law and Justice (PiS) party has attempted to implement judicial reforms that it says will rid the country’s courts of communist-era influence. However, the EU accuses the PiS of using these reforms to erode judicial independence, and has tied a coronavirus-related bailout package of €57 billion ($66 billion) from Poland to acceptance of the EU’s rule of law demands.

EU Economy Commissioner Paolo Gentiloni said last month that the outcome of the case could have “possible consequences” for the delivery of these funds. Warsaw called his remarks “blackmail.”

Warsaw and Brussels have also clashed on Poland’s policies toward LGBT people. The European Commission has threatened to sanction Poland over multiple towns and localities in the deeply conservative, Catholic country declaring themselves “LGBT-free zones.” The Commission has already moved to withhold funding from these jurisdictions, with some rowing back their declarations to keep the money flowing.

i.e. selling their souls for mammon.

Additionally, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen has begun drawing up plans for a bloc-wide effort to have same-sex partnerships in one member state recognized in all, and to make hate crime an offense under EU law.

Such efforts would depend on EU law trumping national law, as Poland’s court on Thursday found it doesn’t.

But Brussels disagrees. In a statement following the court’s decision, the European Commission said that it has “serious concerns” about the ruling, and insisted that “EU law has primacy over national law, including constitutional provisions.”

The Commission added that it would “not hesitate to make use of its powers under the treaties to safeguard the uniform application and integrity of union law.”

When the EU was first created, did the individual countries know that they had surrendered their sovereignty? I have my doubts!

Hungary’s Orban blames Brussels & its climate change policies

for soaring EU gas prices

"Brussels isn’t the solution today, they are the problem,”

The EU should withdraw its policies aimed at tackling climate change as they’re the reason for the record surge in energy prices on the continent in autumn, Viktor Orban, Hungarian Prime Minister, has said.

Energy bills have been spiking for customers across Europe because of bad decisions made by “bureaucrats in Brussels,” who are fighting for ecology by continuously raising the price of energy generated from coal and gas, Orban insisted in a radio interview on Friday.

“These decisions must be withdrawn... at present gas prices are where they should be in 2035. Brussels isn’t the solution today, they are the problem,” he said.

Poles, Czech and we Hungarians demand that the rules should be withdrawn.

According to the PM, the difficult situation on the energy market would top the agenda at the next EU summit, with Budapest, Warsaw and Prague to present a unified front at the meeting and offer their solutions to the crisis.

Orban again blasted EU climate policy chief Frans Timmermans, who is pushing hard for the EU to cut net greenhouse gas emissions by at least 55% by 2030. He recently warned that the rising emissions from Europe’s transport sector may prevent the bloc from achieving that goal.

“It’s a commissioner called Timmermans, who is posing the biggest threat to us,” the PM said.

The Hungarian leader already attacked Timmermans during his visit to Slovenia on Thursday, saying that “his calculations were incorrect and the EU residents must pay the extra price.” He also slammed the EU’s climate change policies as “foolish.”

Those not paying “the extra price” are actually the Hungarians, as caps on gas and power price hikes for households have been in place in the country after being introduced by Orban’s government in 2010.

The spike in energy bills in the EU, which the experts say was driven by rising gas prices and soaring cost of permits on the bloc’s carbon market, have only increased the split on green transition policies within the 27-member union. While wealthy nations see it as a sign to boost action against climate change, the poorer countries are voicing increasing concerns about the economic fallout of such measures.

Gas prices triple in one month

Midweek, European gas prices have set a scary record by rising above $1,900 per 1,000 cubic meters – nearly three times higher than in September. The price dropped significantly after Russia said that it was going to boost gas supplies to the bloc, but the situation still remains harsh.

EU condemnation of Russia-Belarus integration plan is illegal meddling

in action of sovereign countries, says Union State official

By condemning the integration of Russia and Belarus, members of the European Parliament are trying to influence cooperation between Moscow and Minsk, in what amounts to foreign interference in the internal affairs of two nations.

That’s according to Dmitry Mezentsev, the former Russian ambassador to Belarus, who now serves as State Secretary of the Union State.

Neither Russia nor Belarus are members of the EU, so, why do they think they have anything to say about either country?

Russia and Belarus signed the Union State treaty in 1999, but many of its proposals have not been realized. According to the document’s text, the two nations planned to create a joint parliament, court and cabinet. Moscow and Minsk also pledged to develop a shared currency, military and customs space, as well as share a flag, constitution and head of state. Although none of these proposals has been achieved, great strides have been made in recent months to finally increase integration.

Speaking on Thursday, Mezentsev slammed a resolution adopted by the European Parliament the previous day, which condemned Moscow for its support of Minsk and attacked the Union integration program.

“The European Parliament should consider how to develop and strengthen relations within the European Union, which is their own way of responding to modern challenges and threats,” he said. “There is no reason to believe that the competence of the European Parliament extends to the plans and strategic objectives that Russia and Belarus have defined for themselves as independent and sovereign states.”

In addition, the diplomat stressed that accusations the Union State would violate Belarus’ sovereignty are far from the truth and accused the MEPs of breaking the tradition of respect for the right of nations to determine their own goals and priorities.

They could always join the EU and have their sovereignty violated.

“It is naive to believe that the document passed by the European Parliament can somehow slow down the negotiation process,” he continued.

Last month, following a meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko, Putin revealed that both sides had agreed on 28 joint programs for the Union State, including the consolidation of the gas market.

Despite discussions on further integration, Lukashenko has denied rumors that Belarus will soon become a part of Russia. Speaking to CNN last month, the long-time leader called these proposals “an invention of the collective West.”

Bandits armed with assault rifles attacked a secondary school in Nigeria's northwestern Katsina State late on Friday, police said, and two local people told Reuters hundreds of students were missing.

The gunmen stormed the Government Science secondary school in Kankara district at about 9:40 p.m. local time, and police at the scene returned fire, allowing some students to run for safety, police spokesperson Gambo Isah said in a statement.

Police said they were working with the army and air force to determine how many pupils were missing or kidnapped, and to find them. One officer was shot and wounded in the exchange of fire with the gang, they said.

There were chaotic scenes at the school on Saturday as desperate parents and security personnel gathered to search for roughly half of the school's 800 students who were still missing, one parent and a school employee told Reuters.

Katsina, the home state of President Muhammadu Buhari, is plagued by violent bandits who regularly attack locals and kidnap for ransom. Attacks by Islamist militants are common in northeastern parts of the country.

Violence and insecurity across Nigeria have enraged citizens, particularly after scores of farmers were killed, some beheaded, by Islamist militants in northeast Borno state late last month.

Buhari, who arrived on Friday for a week in his home village some 200 kilometres from Kankara, was scheduled to brief the country's National Assembly on the security situation last week but cancelled the appearance without official explanation.

Jailed terrorist Hashem Abedi admits helping brother plan
Ariana Grande attack which killed 22

A convicted terrorist has finally admitted his role in planning the deadly attack in which his brother detonated a bomb at an Ariana Grande concert, killing 22 people and injured 800, many of whom were children.

On Monday, a public inquiry into the Manchester Arena bombing was told that Hashem Abedi, a convicted terrorist and brother of the Manchester bomber, had finally admitted his involvement in planning the attack.

The 23-year-old made the admission in the autumn as part of ongoing investigations into the atrocities which were committed on May 22, 2017.

The public inquiry’s legal team told the hearing that they had interviewed Abedi on October 22.

“During the course of that interview, Hahem Abedi admitted that he had played a full part, and a knowing part, in the planning and preparation for the Arena attack,” said Paul Greaney QC.

Abedi was arrested in Libya shortly after his brother carried out the suicide bombing. Abedi did not give evidence during the trial at the Old Bailey earlier this year and refused to face his victims’ families in court.

Instead, he provided a defence statement denying his involvement and spoke of his “shock” on hearing the actions of his brother.

In August 2020, Abedi was sentenced to 55 years in prison, the longest minimum term ever given by a British court.

Hashem's brother, Salman Abedi detonated a “large home-made improvised explosive device” in the foyer of the Manchester Arena during an Ariana Grande concert on May 22, 2017.

Twenty-three people, including Salman Abedi perished.

War profiteers: Danish pension funds accused of financing war in Yemen
11 Dec 2020 10:14

Smoke rises as people inspect damage at the site of air strikes in the city of Saada, Yemen
Reuters / Naif Rahma

New research by Oxfam IBIS revealed that Denmark’s 16 pension funds have together invested almost 3 billion Danish kroner ($500 million) in foreign arms manufacturers supplying weapons to countries like Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

Those weapons were most likely used in the war in Yemen, as Saudi Arabia and the UAE are heavily involved in the conflict there, said the report. It has accused the pension funds of "profiteering.”

One of the 21 companies that received Danish pension fund money is US missile manufacturer Raytheon. The fund that gave the money said it didn't invest in companies that produce so-called unconventional weapons, such as landmines and cluster munitions. Nevertheless, it assured that it “follows the situation in Yemen very closely.”

“I think many pension customers will be shocked when they discover that their pension savings right now are helping to keep the world's worst war alive. That is completely unacceptable,” said Kristian Weise, Secretary General of Oxfam IBIS.

He pointed out that the war and the accompanying humanitarian catastrophe in Yemen will only be kept alive as long as the flow of weapons to the warring parties continues. “In Oxfam IBIS' opinion, these arms deliveries should be stopped immediately. To that extent, the Danish pension funds have an ethical and moral responsibility that they should take on,” Weise added.

Denmark halted all exports of weapons and military equipment to the UAE and Saudi Arabia in 2018. However, “Despite the fact that there is a political desire in Denmark that we should not in any way contribute to keeping the war in Yemen alive, we are still part of it through our pension funds,” said Weise. “It must be stopped because, as it is now, several million Danish pension customers are helping to keep the war in Yemen running, and I think that very few Danes actually want to have their pension remunerated by contributing to war and murder in Yemen,” he added.

Nearly 230,000 people have died since 2015 as a result of the war in Yemen between the Saudi-led coalition and the local Houthi rebel movement. It is estimated that 80 percent of Yemen’s 28 million population requires desperate emergency aid. The United Nations has described the situation as the worst humanitarian crisis in the world.

Now, let's not forget that the Houthi's are backed by Iran, and that this is a proxy war. Iran would have Saudi Arabia half surrounded if they got control of Yemen, as they do Syria.

Germany: Muslim Migrant Hailed as ‘Model Refugee’
Murders Handicapped Man
DEC 10, 2020 6:00 PM
BY ROBERT SPENCER
Jihad Watch

Stand up and take a bow, Chancellor Merkel. My latest in FrontPage:

The facts at hand presumably speak for themselves, but a trifle more vulgarly, I suspect, than facts even usually do. The German-language news outlet Bild reported Monday that “the almost blind and handicapped ex-cook Helmut K. († 50) from Kaufbeuren made an appointment on the gay dating platform ‘Planet Romeo’ on March 14th at 4.30pm with the username wandalalaland.’” Then “at 9:01 p.m., the heavy metal fan was tied up and gagged in his bedroom, which is above the popular escape room ‘Countdown,” and was “gagged so hard that he choked on his dentures.” Helmut K. ultimately died, and “the man whom prosecutor Andreas Slach suspects to be behind ‘wandalalaland’ is now sitting in the dock at the Kempten Regional Court.” The perpetrator is a Muslim migrant who once won praise as a “model refugee.”

The 29-year-old Karam A., according to Bild, “has lived as a model refugee in Kaufbeuren since 2015, but is said to have killed people in his home country of Syria, according to investigators.” Why was he let in to Germany if he had been known to have killed people in Syria, and if this was not known, why wasn’t he deported when it was discovered? Bild doesn’t bother to take up such questions.

It does report, however, that the death of Helmut K. was the result of careful planning. “Together with Hazem K. († 21), A. is said to have forged the murder plot that cost the life of Helmut K., who was in need of care and had a heart condition. Hazem K. knew from the neighborhood that the early retiree was hoarding 8,000 euros in cash in his apartment.” It was Karam’s friend Hazem who “developed the idea for the robbery with a fake account. During the police interrogation, he confessed to everything, incriminated his accomplice Karam A. seriously, but then hanged himself in his cell in August.”

Karam puts all the blame on Hazem: “He screwed the police, religion and his lawyer.” Religion? What does his religion have to do with this? Were Hazem and Karam plotting to murder a homosexual because of Sharia’s death penalty on such activity? He doesn’t explain, and Bild once again doesn’t ask.

I suspect Karam was referring to the suicide, not the murder since his lawyer was included in the list. Hence, the police would have been 'screwed', and he would have missed out on Paradise for having suicided.

Bild was more interested in Karam’s flair for melodrama: “Theatrically he tried to convince the judge of his innocence: ‘Ladies and gentlemen, there are many things in life that are unbelievable, so that’s not impossible.’ Judge Christoph Schwiebacher ended this bizarre performance: ‘Don’t tell any more stories, stop the show!’”

One of the most commonly repeated elements of the Leftist/Islamic supremacist rap sheet against me,  (Robert Spencer) supposedly establishing that I am an “anti-Muslim extremist,” is that I said that there was no reliable way to distinguish between peaceful Muslims and jihadists, and no distinction between the two in Muslim communities. This statement doesn’t mean that all Muslims are terrorists; it means that peaceful Muslims aren’t separating themselves from the terrorists.

And that is demonstrably true. All too many jihadis have operated freely in American mosques without being put out. After a Muslim who supported the Islamic State shot a police officer in Philadelphia, the local mosque leaders initially denied knowing him, but then it turned out they were lying, and the jihadi attended the mosque frequently. The same thing happened after jihadis attacked our free speech event in Garland, Texas: the mosque they attended in Phoenix denied knowing them, but it turned out they were regular members.

In a similar vein, this Karam A. was hailed as a “model refugee” for his success in assimilating into German society. But it seems as if he still carried within him some of the attitudes and assumptions created by a culture of violence that mandates the execution of homosexuals.

This could be an overreaction in this particular case since it does not appear that it was an execution as much as a robbery gone wrong.

Yet no one could have predicted that this would happen, as there is, here again, no reliable way to distinguish between peaceful Muslims and violent ones. Instead of heaping abuse upon those who point this out, genuinely peaceful Muslims should be working hard to establish such a distinction, in Germany and elsewhere, because of course, no one would dream of actually doing something so radical as seriously vetting the migrants.

‘Deliberate stigmatization’: Austria’s top court overturns headscarf ban

Austria’s Constitutional Court has lifted a ban on wearing headscarves in primary schools that was in force since 2019, arguing that it targets Islam and hinders the integration of Muslim girls.

The court declared the ban unconstitutional in a Friday ruling, saying it violates Austria’s principles of religious and ideological neutrality. “The school is based, among other things, on the basic values of openness and tolerance,” the court’s president, Christoph Grabenwarter, said, adding that, by focusing on a specific religion, the legislation infringes upon this principle of equality.

The regulation… marginalizes Islamic origin and tradition as such.

Passed in May 2019, the law does not explicitly mention Muslim head coverings. Instead, it prohibits primary school children from wearing “ideologically or religiously influenced clothing, which involves covering of the head,” while making specific exemptions for the Jewish kippah and the patka headdress worn by Sikhs.

How did they ever think they would get that through the courts?

The legislation, supported by the Conservative People’s Party (OVP) and the right-wing Freedom Party (FPO), which at that time retained a majority in the parliament, was met with skepticism as its opponents called it “populist” while people ridiculed it on social media.

Austria’s Islamic Faith Community (IGGO) said the law violated religious freedom as well as parents’ rights to educate their children in their faith. The IGGO then filed a formal complaint with the court in January this year.

The government argued that the ban is aimed at protecting Muslim girls from “social pressure” when it comes to wearing religious clothing. The court, however, dismissed such reasoning as insufficient, and said that the legislature’s real effect is detrimental to the nation’s integration efforts, which is the opposite to what its authors supposedly sought to achieve.

“The ban on the Islamic headscarf, which selectively covers a specific religious or ideological clothing, deliberately stigmatizes a certain group of people,” the court ruled. “It carries the risk of making it more difficult for Muslim girls to access education or marginalizing them socially.”

The judges also rejected the argument that wearing headscarves in schools could lead to religious conflicts, adding that the ban applied to girls that “do not disturb the peace at school” anyway.

Seriously? It's been a while since the judges went to school, I think.

Following the court’s decision, the IGGO said that “our trust in the rule of law and our patience have paid off.” The news was also welcomed by most of Austria's opposition parties. The Social Democrats called on the government to “respect” the ruling as well as to develop an integration concept that “no longer sees integration as a populist plaything but as a socio-political task.”

The government, which is still led by OVP’s Sebastian Kurz, said it would “of course” accept the ruling. Still, Susanne Raab, the minister for women and integration, noted that she finds it “regrettable” that young girls would have to wear headscarves in school from now on. The OVP’s former coalition partners from FPO denounced the decision as a “sad day for children’s rights.”

There is obviously a significant difference of opinion as to what 'integration' means between the courts and the government.

‘Role play’? Swedish Schoolkids Made to Kneel in Gender-Segregated MUSLIM Prayer & Told to Listen to Koran in Arabic

When integration borders on indoctrination

A Swedish school decided to familiarize its fifth-graders with Islamic worshipping by having a teacher recite Koranic verse to them and having them pray facing Mecca, in a bizarre set-up the educators called “role play.”

An offbeat “religion lesson” was taught at the Bjurbäck school situated in the south of Sweden, according to Samhallsnytt news outlet. An outraged parent said pupils were told to face the Kaaba and kneel on prayer mats, while the whole class was divided by gender, with girls forced to the back of the room.

His daughters “did not even want to be there because they could not understand a word of what the teacher read from the Koran in Arabic,” the man, called Markus, revealed. After the “prayer,” the pupils “would dance to Arabic music and eat Arabic cake” in something used to replicate Eid al-Fitr, the Muslim festivities marking the end of compulsory fasting.

Local authorities confirmed the report, with an education official in Emmaboda – a serene southern county where the school is located – telling the news outlet that the class did take place.

When confronted by angry parents, the school management defended the activity, referring to it as “role play.” But the awkward explanation didn’t sit well with Markus who wants the school to apologize and its principal to be suspended.

Except, the teacher wasn't role-playing; he was almost certainly a real Islamic teacher and only God knows what he said, what prayers he recited over those children. They certainly have no idea.

“Calling this a role play is not OK as it hits me as a parent,” he told the paper. “It’s me, not the school, that raises my children ... they go there to learn things that will stay with them for the rest of their lives.”

The story sparked uproar on social media.

“Of course, the continuation of it will be Muslim students learning the Lord’s Prayer and attending a Catholic mass,” one person suggested.

Or, John 3:16. That would cause a real uproar!

“Forcing minors into submission is disastrous. One should choose a religion on their own,” another one wrote.

However, the Emmaboda municipality tried to cool down tempers, saying that, while “his lesson was about Islam and Muslim rituals and traditions,” there are other classes teaching about other world religions.

The class in question involved “so-called role-play pedagogy where the students have different roles in order to gain a better understanding” of the subject, it explained. During the lesson, no student expressed concern or felt insecure, the authorities said, adding that taking part in the role play wasn’t compulsory.

Allahu Akbar!

A similar scandal broke out in neighboring Denmark this summer, when a boy of African descent was filmed teaching his third-grade classmates a daily prayer ritual, with the exercise ending with the class kneeling and chanting ‘Allahu Akbar’ (Allah is great). The school, however, defended the teaching methods used to integrate children of different cultures.

Countries that were once Christian ought to be concerned about how Jesus Christ feels about teaching children false religions, especially those that are violently anti-Christian and anti-Semitic. But then, those once-Christian countries don't really believe Jesus Christ is real, or, for that matter, any religion. God have mercy on them.

Scuffle Breaks Out as First Woman Fined for Flaunting Denmark’s ‘Burqa Ban’

A 28-year-old woman wearing a niqab has become the first person to be fined for flaunting Denmark’s contentious face-covering ban, which came into effect on Wednesday.

The incident happened in a shopping center in the Danish city of Horsholm on Friday, after police were called to a public disturbance upon the outbreak of a scuffle after another woman attempted to forcefully remove the woman’s niqab, according to local media.

“During the fight her niqab came off, but by the time we arrived she had put it back on again,” police officer David Borchersen told the Ritzau news agency. They took a photograph of the woman and obtained security camera footage of the incident.

Borchersen added that the woman was informed she would receive a fine of 1,000 kroner ($156) in the post for wearing the facial covering, and that she would need to remove the veil or leave the public space.

"She chose the latter," Borchersen said.

Coming into force on August 1, Denmark’s ban prohibits the wearing of facial coverings such a balaclavas, masks and false beards. While the law does not mention Islamic facial coverings such as burqas or niqabs by name, Human Rights Watch has labelled the ban as "discriminatory" and said it was the "latest in a harmful trend."

The law is definitely aimed at Muslims, but only those Muslims who are very devout or even radical. Devout or radical Islam is a much more harmful 'trend' than discriminating against them, unless you like the idea of Sharia Law, child brides, Danish girls being raped, etc., etc.

Having said that, the woman who attacked her had no right to do that and should also be fined for her violent behaviour.

Supporters of the law, meanwhile, claim the law will better integrate Muslims into Danish society.

Those caught wearing such coverings face a fine of 1,000 kroner, while repeat offenders can face fines of 10,000 kroner.

On Wednesday, hundreds of people took to the streets of Copenhagen in protest with demonstrators openly wearing facial coverings in opposition to the new law.

The New Normal - The Islamization of Sweden

Sweden in Free Fall
by Judith Bergman
Gatestone Institute

If it is considered 'objectionable' in the West to talk about the factual consequences of migration, in Sweden it is now viewed as a crime.

The kind of 'integration' that the mosque in Växjö is reportedly spreading to the local Muslim inhabitants is that Muslims are urged not to participate in the Christmas celebration of "kuffars" [a derogatory term for 'disbelievers'], and Jews are, of course, mentioned as the enemies of Allah. The mosque's school uses Saudi Arabian school curricula, and encourages women not to dress in 'Western clothes'.

"Silence has become an established norm in certain groups of inhabitants" in these areas.... there is pressure from relatives and religious communities, not to contact authorities, but to use the local alternative systems, such as the mosque, instead. Sometimes, the local criminal gangs even tell the residents to call them, instead of the police, to minimize the presence of police in the area. — BRÅ, the Swedish Crime Prevention Council

It increasingly appears that it will be Sweden that integrates into Islamic culture.

In 2017, a Swedish police report, "Utsatta områden 2017", ("Vulnerable Areas 2017", commonly known as "no-go zones" or lawless areas) showed that there are 61 such areas in Sweden. They encompass 200 criminal networks, consisting of an estimated 5,000 criminals. Twenty-three of those areas were especially critical: children as young as 10 had been involved in serious crimes there, including ones involving weapons and drugs. Most of the inhabitants were non-Western, mainly Muslim, immigrants.

A new report "The Relationship with the Judiciary in Socially Vulnerable Areas" from BRÅ (Brottsförebyggande Rådet), the Swedish Crime Prevention Council, shows that more than half of the inhabitants of these areas -- around 500,000 people -- think that criminals affect people in the areas by scaring people from appearing as witnesses, from calling the police, from moving freely, and from intervening when witnessing vandalism. Residents fear repercussions from the local criminals, not only against themselves but also against family members.

According to BRÅ, "Silence has become an established norm in certain groups of inhabitants" in these areas. The new report also notes the existence of parallel legal systems. 12% of the people living in these areas said that there is pressure from relatives and religious communities not to contact authorities, but to use instead local alternative systems, such as the mosque. Sometimes, the local criminal gangs even tell the residents to call them, instead of the police, to minimize the presence of police in the area. These alternative systems appear to handle all crimes that have to do with "reputation" and "honor" but also deal with other crimes, such as blackmail and theft. Relationship issues, including divorce and child custody, are also often handled by the local mosque. BRÅ points out that these alternative systems are often "markedly patriarchal", disadvantaging the rights of women and children.

Since 2005, when the last such document was published, BRÅ, which is responsible for crime statistics in Sweden, has refused to release data about the ethnic identity of criminals. Nonetheless, Swedish newspaper Expressen recently published a report that out of 32 gang rape cases adjudicated in 2016 and 2017, 42 of the 43 of the rapists were migrants or descendants of migrants; 32 had been born abroad. 10 were born in Sweden, with one or both parents born abroad. The men were on average 21 years old at the time of the crime, and 13 of them under 18.

According to Stina Holmberg, the investigative and research counsel at BRÅ, there is no urgent need for a new study on migrant crime, although the last such study that BRÅ did was in 2005. What is needed now, according to Holmberg, is the "integration" of migrants, which she believes will end the crimes. According to her, the 42 migrants guilty of gang rape are a negligible part of all migrants, in relation to the 163,000 migrants who applied for asylum in 2015.

In February, Peter Springare, a Swedish police officer, said that gang rapes were a new cultural phenomenon in Sweden -- a consequence of the last 10 to 15 years of immigration policy.

"There are also ethnic Swedes engaged in gang rape , but not in the same numbers as foreign-born offenders," Springare said. For those comments, Springare was reported to the police, who announced that they would conduct an internal investigation into his remarks. The Secretary General of Sweden's Law Society, Anne Ramberg, said that Springare's comments were "almost racist". If it is considered 'objectionable' in the West to talk about about the factual consequences of migration, in Sweden it is now viewed as a crime.

The Swedish government, however, seems undeterred by the risks of more potential gang rapes and migrant crimes. It has proposed legislation that will allow 9,000 unaccompanied and mainly male minors -- approximately 7,000 of whom have reportedly turned out to be older than 18 and are thus not minors at all -- who have had their asylum applications rejected, and who should have been deported, to get temporary residence permits in Sweden, if they plan to attend high school or are already enrolled in one. Notably, even those among the 9,000 whose identities are unverified -- presumably because they have no papers -- will be allowed to stay.

Both the police and the Swedish migration courts have heavily criticized the legislation, especially as it breaks with Swedish law, which requires people who want to stay in the country to be able clearly to identify themselves. Lowering this requirement reduces the ability of the Swedish authorities to know who is living in the country.

In response, the government has argued that the proposal is about allowing the 9,000 migrants to finish or apply for a high school education and not about asylum. So, it suddenly turns out that the 9,000 male migrants did not come to seek asylum, but to acquire a Swedish high school education. Who knew? Why grown men of unverifiable identity and from foreign countries should be allowed into Swedish high schools remains unanswered. Allowing the 9,000 'minors' to stay is expected to cost the Swedish state nearly two billion kroner [$238 million; almost 200 million euros] in 2019 alone.

Bishop Fredrik Modeus of the city of Växjö has argued that Sweden should "reintroduce the possibility of residence permits in special and particularly devastating circumstances", and that Sweden should view itself as a "humanitarian superpower": "Allow the unaccompanied youth to stay. Not temporarily but permanently," he said.

The mosque in Bishop Modeus's city recently applied for permission publicly to broadcast its calls to prayer from a loudspeaker for three minutes, twice on Fridays. There are already two mosques in Sweden that publicly broadcast their prayers on Fridays, one in Botkyrka -- where permission was granted in 2013 -- and one in Karlskrona. The local Muslim leader, Imam Ismail Abu Helal, has said the call to prayer would enable Muslims to integrate better into Swedish society. "I welcome the application and look forward to hearing both church bells and prayer announcements in our city", Bishop Modeus said.

Prime Minister Stefan Löfven refused to state an opinion on the matter of the Muslim call to prayer. He said that it "depends on the location of the mosque" and that it is up to the local municipality. In May, Växjö police decided that the mosque will be allowed to call to prayer every Friday for three minutes. In its decision, the police stated that the assessment had been based on traffic considerations, public order and safety. "No other aspects had been taken into account, such as the content of the call for prayer. Bishop Modeus said that the police's decision was wise and would benefit integration".

The mosque's school uses Saudi Arabian school curricula, and encourages women not to dress in 'Western clothes' but to teach their daughters to 'dress decently from childhood'.

It increasingly appears, therefore, that it will be Sweden that integrates into Islamic culture. Recently, a Swedish court ruled in accordance with principles aligned with sharia law, when the jury -- which had two Muslim members -- found that a woman who had been violently abused by her husband could not be trusted because she came from a 'lesser family' than her husband and that it was "common" for women to lie about abuse. The jury also berated her for having involved the police, instead of solving the issue by consulting her abusive husband's family. The case caused a scandal in Sweden and the two jury members were subsequently dismissed.

In another recent case, a 12-year-old Swedish Muslim girl was forcibly taken to Iraq and forced to marry her 22-year-old cousin, who reportedly raped her; after she returned to Sweden, she gave birth to twins. Her family forced her to return to Iraq to live with her 'husband.' His family then forcibly took her children away after finally agreeing to let her have a divorce. The children are still in Iraq. The Swedish court gave this man, an Iraqi citizen, custody of their now 10-year old twins.
