The Worst Olympics Ever and they are only 5 days old > "La Cene Sur La Scene Sur La Seine"

OK '72 were the worst Olympics ever, but '24 is a very close second. Not only did they start it off with a parody of the Last Supper (it was actually named "The scene on the Last Supper on the Seine" -  "La Cene Sur La Scene Sur La Seine"), but the hateful actions of antisemites, and the disgusting boxing display of a man beating up a woman are just intolerable.

Slovakia to boycott ‘degenerate’ Olympics which

‘abused the beauty of sport’

The cowardly, “degenerate” elements among the woke would never risk mocking Islam before the world at an Olympic event, as they did Christianity. They went over the top to smear Christianity in a foul parody of the Last Supper, featuring a salacious display of a scantily dressed man with drag queens prancing about around him. World leaders slammed Paris for the gross indiscretion. Among them was Slovakia’s Deputy Prime Minister Tomas Taraba, who was to represent Slovakia at the closing ceremony, but has now declined to do so.

The abomination was a full exhibit of unvarnished wokeism that Christians are expected to tolerate, since Christians are safe targets.

’Disgraceful’: Slovakia’s deputy premier to boycott

Olympics closing ceremony over Last Supper parody

by Talha Ozturk, Anadolu Agency, July 29, 2024:

Slovakia’s deputy prime minister said he will not participate in the closing ceremony of the Paris 2024 Olympics over the controversial Last Supper parody during the opening of the games last week.

The organizers of the Olympics in Paris prepared the abomination for the world a performance full of LGBT ideology and an insult to the symbols of Christianity, Tomas Taraba said in a Facebook post on Sunday.

“I was supposed to represent Slovakia at the closing ceremony, but for the normal world, this Olympics will forever remain a symbol of degenerate decadence, which abused the beauty of sport and turned it into progressive political theater. Therefore, I decided not to participate in the closing ceremony,” he added.

The performance on Friday, led by drag queens and dancers, drew significant backlash from the Christian world, who said it was disrespectful to religious beliefs. Organizers have apologized for the performance.…

The Theater of the Absurd

It was also disturbing to me that as the drag queens and other characters danced lustily around the stage, there was a child in their midst.

They also showed the beginning of the torch relay in Athens when a woman prayed to Zeus and other deceased demigods. The real God is a jealous God and will not easily forget the blasphemy.

Then there was the matter of a Muslim judo wrestler who refused to shake the hand of a Jew. He should have been disqualified if the games had any integrity left.

The next day, as the Israeli national anthem was played, hundreds of people yelled out "Heil Hitler" and waved Palestinian flags.

Then today, a vicious man, almost certainly Muslim, beat up a young Italian woman in an absurd boxing match.

While I feel sorry for the athletes, most of them, I cannot for the life of me bring myself to watch these games. I catch the odd highlight, other than that, I stay away from them.

‘Insane & Cheating’: Navratilova Reignites Criticism over Transgender Women in Sports

Tennis legend Martina Navratilova has again come under fire for comments about transgender women in sport, reiterating her belief that some of the rules currently in place are “insane and cheating,” and unfair to other women.

Navratilova drew anger back in December when she tweeted: “You can't just proclaim yourself a female and be able to compete against women.

“There must be some standards, and having a penis and competing as a woman would not fit that standard.”

The 18-time Grand Slam  winner was accused of  “bullying” and being “discriminatory” with the comments, and was involved in a particularly bitter spat with Canadian transgender cyclist Rachel McKinnon.

Navratilova, 62, later apologized if her comments had been construed as transphobic, and vowed to “educate myself better on this issue [and] meantime I will be quiet about it.”

But the tennis great has now waded back into the row with an article in The Sunday Times.

In it, the Czech-born legend says she has looked further into the issue, and that her views “have strengthened.”

“To put the argument at its most basic: a man can decide to be female, take hormones if required by whatever sporting organisation is concerned, win everything in sight and perhaps earn a small fortune, and then reverse his decision and go back to making babies if he so desires,” wrote Navratilova, who is a prominent gay rights campaigner.

“It’s insane and it’s cheating. I am happy to address a transgender woman in whatever form she prefers, but I would not be happy to compete against her. It would not be fair,” she added.

“Simply reducing hormone levels – the prescription most sports have adopted – does not solve the problem.

“A man builds up muscle and bone density, as well as a greater number of oxygen-carrying red blood cells, from childhood,” Navratilova wrote.

"...Hundreds of athletes who have changed gender by declaration and limited hormone treatment have already achieved honours as women that were beyond their capabilities as men, especially sports in which power rather than skill is paramount. McKinnon is just one example," she added.

Navratilova said she had felt “put out” by the initial anger leveled at her, including from McKinnon, and cited her friendship with transgender former tennis player Renee Richards.

The tennis ace said she made “a critical distinction” between transgender and transsexual athletes.

"Transsexuals have decided to change their gender and have had the deed done, surgically. They have made the full commitment. They are few in number and rarely enjoy a competitive advantage,” Navratilova wrote.

She also said she backed South African runner Caster Semenya in her battle with the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) for her right to compete freely amid the debate over increased testosterone levels.

But Navratilova’s renewed scathing criticism of “cheating” transgender women has caused more anger from various groups, including activists at Trans Actual.

We’re pretty devastated to discover that Martina Navratilova is transphobic. If trans women had an advantage in sport, why aren’t  trans women winning gold medals left, right & centre? Coz trans women don’t have an advantage. Look up the changes that oestrogen makes to the body.

McKinnon shared a link to the article and wrote: “Martina Navratilova has removed all doubt: she is absolutely transphobic.”

Navratilova seemed to preempt the anger in her Sunday Times piece, saying that while there was “no excuse for prejudice and nastiness” towards transgender athletes, “I also deplore what seems to be a growing tendency among transgender activists to denounce anyone who argues against them and to label them as ‘transphobes.’ That’s just another form of tyranny.”

With neither side looking like backing down, the debate is set to rumble on.

15 Arrested as Spanish Police Move in on Tennis Match-Fixing Ring

Corruption is Everywhere - even in European tennis

As many as 28 professional tennis players are being investigated for possible match-fixing offenses, with one player thought to be a Grand Slam star.

Spanish police are leading an investigation into match-fixing in tennis, with 83 people suspected of being involved in the ring.

That number includes 28 professional tennis players, including one who played in last year's US Open in New York.

No names were released by the authorities, who uncovered an Armenian betting ring which they believe bribed athletes to fix matches for gambling purposes after an investigation was launched in 2017 following concerns about irregular activities in tournaments.

Spanish police conducted 11 raids on houses as part of the operation, leading to 15 arrests, including a number of players.

A total of €167,000 ($192,000) in cash was seized during the raids, along with credit cards, luxury vehicles and a shotgun. Bank accounts have also been frozen.

Europol, the European Union law enforcement agency, played a supporting role in the operation and said that at least 97 matches from "Futures" and "Challenger" tournaments were fixed.

A statement from Europol said: "A criminal group of Armenian individuals used a professional tennis player, who acted as the link between the gang and the rest of the criminal group.

"Once they bribed the players, the Armenian network members attended the matches to ensure that the tennis players complied with what was previously agreed, and gave orders to other members of the group to go ahead with the bets placed at national and international level."

‘Not Fair’: World Cycling Bronze Medalist Criticizes Transgender Athlete’s Victory

US rider Jennifer Wagner, who finished third at the UCI Masters Track Cycling World Championships, has expressed fury that the race was won by Canadian transgender woman Rachel McKinnon.

McKinnon, who was born a male, dominated the women’s 35-44 age bracket at the event in Los Angeles at the weekend, setting off debate over her eligibility to compete against female rivals.

“First transgender woman world champion…ever,” the Canadian wrote on Twitter while also sharing a picture of her standing on the podium with the two other medalists.

Along with the praise that flooded into McKinnon’s account, her victory was met with stinging criticism, with many fans insisting she had an unfair advantage over the other competitors.

One of those to wade into the row was bronze medalist Wagner, who called her third place finish an “unfair” result.

“I was the 3rd place rider. It’s definitely NOT fair,” Wagner wrote in response to a controversial tweet by commentator Katie Hopkins, who also spoke against the transgender athlete’s participation in female events.

Some internet users suggested creating a separate category for transgender athletes instead of allowing them to compete against women.

Do you think it's fair? How long be for xgenders own all female records and female athletes just stop competing?
