The Home Secretary gets it
She detonated this furore on Wednesday evening with an article (£) in The Times of London. In this she wrote that while marches should almost always be permitted, the weekly pro-Palestinian demonstrations by tens of thousands of people had posed serious threats to public order not just because of violence around the fringes but because of the chants, posters and stickers. Calling them “hate marches”, she wrote:
We have seen with our own eyes that terrorists have been valorised, Israel has been demonised as Nazis and Jews have been threatened with further massacres. Each weekend has been worse than the previous one. Last Saturday, in central London, police were attacked with fireworks, train services were brought to a halt by demonstrators and poppy sellers were mobbed and prevented from raising funds for veterans.
The proposed “hate march” on tomorrow’s Armistice Day was another such promised “show of strength”. She went on:
I do not believe that these marches are merely a cry for help for Gaza. They are an assertion of primacy by certain groups — particularly Islamists — of the kind we are more used to seeing in Northern Ireland. Also disturbingly reminiscent of Ulster are the reports that some of Saturday’s march group organisers have links to terrorist groups, including Hamas.
She then accused the police of double standards by favouring left-wing causes, such as Black Lives Matter to which a number of police officers had themselves taken the knee. She wrote:
Right-wing and nationalist protesters who engage in aggression are rightly met with a stern response yet pro-Palestinian mobs displaying almost identical behaviour are largely ignored, even when clearly breaking the law…Football fans are even more vocal about the tough way they are policed as compared to politically-connected minority groups who are favoured by the left. It may be that senior officers are more concerned with how much flak they are likely to get than whether this perceived unfairness alienates the majority. The government has a duty to take a broader view.
Cue absolute meltdown. Rage and condemnation rained down on her from all sides. The mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, called her remarks “irresponsible”. The former Chief Inspector of Constabulary, Sir Tom Winsor, said she had “crossed the line”. Labour’s shadow Home Secretary Yvette Cooper, who had herself savagely laid into the police for the way they had handled a demonstration about violence against women, tweeted that Braverman’s article was “a highly irresponsible, dangerous attempt to undermine respect for police at a sensitive time, to rip up operational independence and to inflame community tensions. No other Home Secretary of any party would ever do this”.
Braverman’s own Tory party could hardly find enough insults to throw at her, with MPs calling her “unhinged” and “desperate”. She was accused of deliberately making incendiary remarks to get herself sacked in order to position herself for a run as party leader. The idea that she might actually have sincerely believed what she wrote and that she was making a serious and urgent point, that Saturday’s planned demonstration was a threat to public order and safety and that the police were playing a dangerous game in refusing to ban it, was not entertained for a second.
Northern Ireland’s unionists were particularly incandescent and accused Braverman of comparing them to Hamas. Braverman subsequently said she had been referring to dissident republicans.
Be that as it may, most of the marches and parades that were banned during the Northern Ireland “Troubles” for fear they would provoke violence were unionist marches. It’s also true that there were violent unionist groups, although most terrorist activity was on the nationalist side.
However, the anger at the analogy with Hamas is understandable, not least because the unionists of Northern Ireland habitually compare themselves to the Israelis facing attempts to wipe them out. It was unnecessary and unwise for Braverman to drag Northern Ireland into what was otherwise a strong and necessary intervention. For on the main points she was making, she was absolutely right.
Despite the arguments of free-speech fundamentalists, there is no absolute right to say whatever you think in public. Free speech is an important right, but of greater importance is the obligation not to cause, permit or enable harm.
Whatever people may think these demonstrations are about, they’re not just expressing a point of view that some people may find objectionable or offensive. They aren’t expressions of acceptable opinion with a few crazy people mouthing off extremist slogans. They are demanding that Israel stop its war in Gaza, which means a demand to stop defending itself against genocide. The purpose of these demonstrations — whatever some of their participants may think they’re doing — is therefore to demand conditions that would enable more Israeli Jews to be murdered.
This is because central to the demonstrators’ aim is to justify the genocidal Hamas atrocities in Israel as “resistance” and to cast Israel’s true resistance as “genocide”. One typical speaker said the Hamas atrocities showed “what the resistance can do when they take the fight and their self-determination in their own hands”.
The calls for “intifada now”, the genocidal “from the river to the sea”, “jihad”, and references to the 7th century slaughter of the Jews at Khybar are not rogue outbursts on the fringes. They are calls to war against the Jewish people and the west, and they are absolutely central to the purpose of these demonstrations.
The script has been provided by Hamas operatives in Britain or people linked to Hamas who, as the Telegraph has reported, form half the groups which have organised these demonstrations. And as the Commissioner for Countering Extremism said in a speech last month:
The Hamas support network in the UK is entrenched. It includes legacy Muslim Brotherhood organisations. But the wider network is also comprised of those who — wittingly or unwittingly — bolster Hamas’s narratives by framing their acts as merely “resistance”.
Many on these demonstrations are said to be merely pacifists or people wanting an end to the “killing” in “Palestine”. But for more than four weeks now they’ve been marching alongside people justifying the Hamas atrocities and calling for jihad and the murder of Jews. Would they ever march alongside neo-Nazis for four weeks and pretend they had a different agenda? Of course not. And since antisemites lump all the Jewish people together, labelling Zionists as Nazis in this way — let alone the explicit calls for the murder of Jews — puts every Jew in Britain at risk.
The claim being made by some prominent commentators that “free speech” trumps that risk is grotesque. Nor is it borne out by previous events.
In 2011, following a request by the police, the then Home Secretary, Theresa May, banned a march being planned by the English Defence League through east London where many ethnic minorities reside; it was rightly viewed as an attempt to intimidate and provoke violence and disorder.
The issue is that certain forms of speech may cross the line not because they are offensive, nor even that they incite hatred (a slippery concept). It is that they incite violent rage against certain groups — in the case of these massive demonstrations, the Jewish people.
Yesterday, a similar such event outside King’s College London produced further chilling scenes. The mob chanted:
We will honour our martyrs.
That means venerating mass murderers who were killed because they were in the process of butchering, decapitating and raping women, grandmothers and babies in the Hamas pogrom. “Martyrs” is how the Palestinian Arabs and the Muslim world routinely glorify those who murder Jews and other infidels and are then killed by security forces. Glorifying terrorism and supporting murderous attacks abroad are crimes in Britain. Yet the police have been permitting this, with only a tiny number of arrests, and regaling us instead with preposterous disquisitions on the “many different” interpretations of jihad.
The Metropolitan Police Commissioner, Sir Mark Rowley, insists that the legal conditions for banning these demonstrations have not been met. Other lawyers, such as the former Reviewer of Counter-Terrorism, Lord Carlile KC, and the former Director of Public Prosecutions, Lord Macdonald KC, say there are certainly appropriate legal powers which could be used. The former head of MI6, Sir Richard Dearlove, says correctly that this is not a matter of law but of Rowley’s judgment, which is seriously in question.
Rather than Braverman being unhinged, it’s some of her critics who seem detached from reality. The Times reports:
A former minister said that Braverman’s comments might inflame tensions. “She’s polarising the country, causing division within the country and between different ethnic groups in our country,” they said. “It doesn’t bode well for a united country with good community relations if we have a home secretary so willing to whip things up.”
Now that is one spectacularly stupid statement! it should have been spoken of the pro-Palestinian contingent of useless idiots.
“Inflame tensions”? Tell that to the Jewish community which is too frightened to travel into central London when these demonstrators are marauding through the streets. “Causing division" ? Tell that to the the elderly Remembrance Day poppy seller who was punched and shoved by demonstrators. “Good community relations”? Is that how this politician views the screams for jihad and the murder of Jews?
The baleful truth is that most people simply have no idea what has been unleashed in their own western societies by the Hamas pogrom. As Ed Husain observed in his book The Islamist, the goal of Islamic jihadis such as the Muslim Brotherhood and its Hamas offshoot is the “total Islamisation of the public space”.
That is precisely what these demonstrations are doing — which is why they are also taking place on the streets of America, Canada, Australia and other western countries. In Britain, they are becoming more and more brazen, more and more extreme, more and more violent because the main protagonists can see that the police and politicians are paralysed by fear, ignorance and moral confusion. That excites these proponents of jihad against the west and genocide against the Jews because they believe they are now within spitting distance of taking over the country — and the west. That’s why the signature emotion on these demonstrations is warlike triumphalism.
The demonisation of Braverman has exposed once again the deep moral sickness in Britain, already on display in these demonstrations. But she has spoken for millions of decent people (not including the thuggish Tommy Robinson, whose call to his followers to travel to London tomorrow to take on the marchers and by implication the police threatens to muddy the issue in violent confrontation) who understand that a civilised society does not defend the “right” of mobs to march through the streets calling for violent jihad and the death of Jews. A civilised society understands this to be a mortal threat to its deepest values, and fights it accordingly under the law.
Braverman gets this. Tragically, many do not. This is yet another tipping point as civilisation trembles on the edge.

Warns Migrants Will Take Over Germany
Ralf Schuler, the former chief political correspondent of the newspaper Bild, has just warned his countrymen that appeals to migrants — by which everyone in Germany understands is meant “Muslim migrants” — to “respect Western culture” will have no effect. Muslim migrants, he claims, see Germany as a place where, through inexorable demographic change, they will eventually dominate the indigenous Germans who, as Infidels, are “the most vile of created beings.” More on Schuler’s critique of “The Migrant Manifesto” that was published by his own former employer Bild, can be found here:
Migrant majority in Germany is ‘only a matter of time,’
warns Bild’s ex-chief political correspondent

The “Migrant Manifesto” recently published by German newspaper Bild that warns new arrivals to respect Western culture is a “pack of lies” as, in reality, migrants have long appropriated Germany for their own and will soon be in the majority, Ralf Schuler, the tabloid’s former chief political correspondent, has claimed.
In an interview published by the Hungarian newspaper Magyar HÃrlap, Schuler said the first migratory wave of 2015 changed Germany indefinitely, and yet members of the commentariat and political elite continue to bury their heads in the sand as to the consequences.
The political elites throughout Europe do not dare admit to the damage, possibly fatal, they have inflicted on their own countries by admitting into their midst millions of Muslim economic migrants. Instead, they continue to exhibit various states of denial, insisting that the new generation of Muslims, born in Europe, will be less threatening than the older generation of those who first migrated to Europe. But opinion polls of both generations reveal that the reverse is true. There are those who claim that Muslims will eventually be able to integrate into the larger society, something they give not the slightest sign of doing, or that if a complete halt to Muslim migration is enforced, then “somehow” things will be set right, but no one has dared to discuss how to handle the problem of the tens of millions of Muslims already in Europe, who have no intention of leaving.
That is why in April 2021, twenty-five retired French generals, and many serving officers, signed a letter warning that the Muslim influx was likely to lead to a “civil war.”
“The truth is that the uncontrolled migration wave of 2015 and the subsequent attacks, such as the ax and knife atrocities against women on the trains in Berlin’s Breitscheidplatz, the gang rapes, were seen by anyone who wanted to see them,” he [Ralf Schuler] said.
The former Bild political correspondent said his former employer had adopted an “initial, migration-friendly” attitude towards the influx of new arrivals at the time, but had since shifted towards a “more realistic approach.”
“Nowadays, we can hardly close our eyes to the consequences of daily attacks, violent demonstrations, and illegal migration,” he added.
Germany’s best-selling tabloid newspaper published its 50-point migrant manifesto last week which it claimed was a guide for new arrivals into Germany to adhere to.
The publication urged anyone who considers the German constitution or its legal system to be a collection of non-binding advice to “leave Germany as quickly as possible,” and told new arrivals to learn German, insisting “only if we speak the same language will we understand each other.”
How likely is it that any Muslim migrant, who has no respect for any legal system but Sharia, and is now in the promised land of endless benefits, will heed this naïve and impossible request to “leave Germany as quickly as possible” if he cannot obey the constitution and the legal system?
It further reminded new arrivals that “non-believers” don’t exist in Germany, and urged migrants not to marry children or stone women for adultery.
Again, how will the secular German state prevent Muslims from engaging in child marriages in secret, whatever the laws may prohibit, when Muhammad himself, the Perfect Man and the Model of Contact, married little Aisha when she was six, and consummated his marriage to her when she reached the age of nine? And maybe stoning women for adultery won’t take place on German soil, but can the authorities be quite sure no Muslim migrants will want to do the Islamically right thing — that is, death by lapidation for adulteresses — and manage to carry it out within their closed community? Why should Muslims want to obey the laws of Infidels, whom they regard as “the most vile of created beings”?
Schuler told Maygar HÃrlap that while the document may have been well-intentioned, it is simply not borne out of reality, as Germany’s ever-growing migrant population has been free to install its own culture in the country with little resistance.
“It’s a big dose of lies,” Schuler said to expect that migrants will conform to the rules of German culture. He cited the vast numbers of “militant Muslims who march through Berlin every year on the so-called Al-Quds Day” as an example of Muslim disintegration in the country.
This Al-Quds Day March is an outpouring of anti-Israel and antisemitic feeling, with cries of “From the river to the sea/Palestine shall be free,” which means the disappearance of the one, tiny Jewish state and its replacement by a twenty-third Arab one. And others in these marches more directly call for the deaths of Jews with the genocidal war cry: “Khaybar, Khaybar, ya yahud, jaish Muhammad soufa ya’oud.” This translates as “Khaybar Khaybar oh Jews, the army of Muhammad will return.” Khaybar was an oasis where Jewish farmers lived; they were conquered, the men massacred, the women taken as sex slaves, by Mohammed and his warriors in 628 A.D. This cry is a violation of Germany’s strict laws prohibiting the expression of genocidal antisemitism, but no one has dared try to arrest those Muslims chanting these slogans.
A point in the Bild manifesto says that people shake hands in Germany. Orthodox Muslims have never done this — especially not with women — and will not do so in the future.
“It is simply logical that the more Muslims immigrate, the more Muslim a country becomes,” he added.
The German journalist highlighted the growing percentage of those aged under 16 being foreign-born in the country and warned that “at best, the awakening has only just begun.”
“It’s only a matter of time before the first generation grows up as majority migrants. So an exciting question is who integrates whom?” he asked.
Every year that passes, the percentage of the German population that is Muslim increases by between 1-2%. So eventually there will be more Muslims than non-Muslims being born. And at some point, if nothing drastic is done to halt and then reverse Muslim migration, it is the Muslims who will outnumber the indigenous Germans. Then whose laws and customs will prevail?
Schuler criticized the German Green Party, which he claimed remains opposed to immigration restrictions and is committed to labeling anyone who disagrees with its liberal agenda as racist.
The Green Party, which is part of the government coalition, is still unwilling to face reality. They see the difficulties of illegal immigration as simply a problem of infrastructure and costs but refuse to limit illegal migration itself,” he said.
Costs are certainly a problem associated with Muslim migrants, but only a part of the problem. The federal government in Germany now spends 36 billion euros a year on benefits for Muslim migrants; it’s a huge sum. But that is not the only problem. These migrants, both legal and illegal (Schuler addresses only the illegals), are transforming German society. Their levels of criminality have changed the behavior of German women, who no longer go out at night alone, for fear of sexual assault and rape, and of Jews, who now must avoid wearing identifying garb, including kippahs, in public. Public pools have had to introduce women-only hours, so that Muslim women can take part. In German schools, Muslim students have walked out of classes where they are taught about German history, which holds no interest for them, nor does the history of Christianity. And they have prevented classes on the Holocaust from taking place, because that subject can only increase sympathy for “the Jews,” and that would never do.
“The left and the Green camp are quick to classify those who raise the issue of the presence of illegal migrants in Germany as right-wing extremists and accuse them of anti-Muslim racism, or even general xenophobia.”…
Islam is not a race. To be horrified by the texts and tenets of Islam, or by the observable behavior of Muslims, including violence against non-Muslims, is not racism. One need not be a “right-wing extremist” to deplore the increasing presence of Muslims in Europe. Think of that most famous of left-wing journalists, Oriana Fallaci, who fulminated against the “sons of Allah” living in Europe.
Germans are finally rejecting the “welcome culture” policy toward Muslim migrants, made famous by Angela Merkel. No more of this “Wir schaffen das” — “We Can Do It” — nonsense. The large-scale presence of Muslims in Germany has led to a situation that increasing numbers of Germans now recognize as more unpleasant, expensive, and physically dangerous, than it would be without that large-scale presence. The AfD, which wants to end all Muslim migration, legal and illegal, is now the second largest party in Germany. The scales have fallen from German eyes; they recognize what they have done to themselves, and now wish to undo. It takes someone like the mediagenic Alice Weider, a co-founder of the AfD, to ride that recognition all the way to a majority in the Bundestag.

It was a home visit that paid off. According to information from Actu17, a 29-year-old man, listed as S for his Islamist radicalization, was indicted on September 26 by an investigating judge from the Paris anti-terrorism center of the leaders of “prominent criminal associations of the preparation of crimes of harm to persons” and of “violation of the legislation on weapons in relation to a terrorist enterprise”. He was then placed in pre-trial detention. Information confirmed by the National Anti-Terrorism Prosecutor’s Office (PNAT) to Actu17.
The arrest of this suspect, on September 22 at his home in Cannet (Alpes-Maritimes), during a home visit ordered by a judge of freedoms and detention (JLD), at the request of the prefect of the department, had been revealed by BFMTV.
Still according to our information, investigators from the judicial police of Nice (Alpes-Maritimes), in charge of carrying out this home visit, discovered at the home of this S file, monitored for several years by the intelligence services, a submachine gun as well as 9mm caliber ammunition. A knife, a balaclava, three mobile phones and two computers were also seized from his home.

After these discoveries, the suspect was immediately placed in police custody and his computer equipment as well as his laptops were subject to technical exploitation by investigators from the General Directorate of Internal Security (DGSI).
Still according to our information, this home visit was decided upon after the discovery of “very dense digital activity” of this S file, which would have notably carried out numerous research on different types of attacks and different operating methods. “On the other hand, no clear or successful project has been established,” confides a source close to the matter. “But this man was very steeped in ideology.”
This man had appeared on the radars of the intelligence services during plans to leave the Iraqi-Syrian zone in the years 2017-2018.

Hungary built a wall at its border with Serbia and Croatia in 2015. The numbers of illegals has been rising, as the route through the Western Balkans into the EU becomes ever more well traveled. Many migrants are trying to get into Hungary. Gang wars have been raging along the Serbian border that saw three migrants recently killed, “believed to be Afghans….Police blame growing violence on a turf war between Moroccan, Afghan and Syrian gangs.” Europe as a whole is at grave risk from these gangs, not to mention the fact that jihadists may be among them.
Serbian police “found some 3,400 migrants and seized weapons and ammunition during a days-long crackdown on irregular migration,” yet the news went largely unnoticed as the world focuses upon Israel’s defense against Hamas.
As the EU continues to be invaded by unvetted Muslim migrants, some of whom are extremely violent, Western civilization is hanging by a thread. Even Muslim countries such as Egypt, Turkey and Jordan refused Gazans, yet the West is deemed “Islamophobic” whenever citizens and politicians call for responsible immigration policies.
Serbian police say some 3,400 migrants, weapons, ammunition
found in week-long raids

BELGRADE, Serbia (AP) — Serbian police said Friday they have found some 3,400 migrants and seized weapons and ammunition during a days-long crackdown on irregular migration in the wake of a shooting last week near the border with Hungary that killed three migrants and wounded one.
Earlier on Friday, police also said they arrested seven people smugglers in the capital Belgrade and in Subotica, a city near the border with Hungary.
Reports of violence and gun battles between people smuggling gangs have become common in the border zone between Serbia and Hungary, a European Union member state. Migrants have been camping in the area while looking for ways to cross into Hungary.
After the shooting last Saturday, police dispatched hundreds of officers to the forested border zone while pledging to curb irregular migration and restore security. Serbia’s President Aleksandar Vucic even warned authorities could send in the military to deal with the problem…..
