The Hamas War > Fatah confirms Hamas steals food aid; Palestinian jihadis ram car then open fire in Jerusalem; UN abandons any effort to retain credibility

Fatah Confirms Israeli Claim That

Hamas Steals Food Aid

For months, the IDF has been telling the world that the problem in Gaza is not so much the absence of food, but the inability of the aid workers to distribute it to those people it was intended to reach. Instead, said the IDF, armed Hamas operatives steal much of the aid at gunpoint, taking whatever they want for themselves, their families, and their tribes.

Much of the world has dismissed this claim, seeing it as a way for Israel to shift responsibility for the “food security crisis” in Gaza to Hamas. Now Fatah has come out with a charge that not only confirms that from Israel, but adds a new and damning claim: Hamas has actually been murdering aid workers who tried to resist its theft of humanitarian aid.

More on this can be found here:

Fatah: Hamas kills aid workers and steals food for itself

by Ephraim D. Tepler and Itamar Marcus, Palestinian Media Watch, April 21, 2024:

In an incredible and rare admission, Fatah has corroborated what Israel has been saying all along: that Hamas is responsible for turmoil connected to distribution of the humanitarian aid sent into Gaza. A Fatah TV anchor reported that throughout the war, Hamas has been committing what is essentially a triple crime—it has attacked and killed aid workers in order to control aid distribution, stolen the food and water for itself, and caused food prices to skyrocket.

Fatah-run Awdah TV host: “Hamas’ persecution of any party who is a source for distributing the [humanitarian] aid or securing it began from the start of the war (i.e., 2023 Gaza war), as Hamas persecuted well-known figures and teams of volunteers on the ground in mid-October [2023]. It attacked them and killed some of them for two reasons: Firstly, preventing any activity by any [other] party in the Gaza Strip; and secondly, ensuring Hamas control over the aid and its storage, which of course leads to these crazy and unreal prices that no one can pay in the shadow of this destruction. After the occupation (i.e., Israel) bombed storehouses controlled by Hamas, the accumulation of tons of various food and aid products that Hamas had taken exclusivity over became clear, at a time when the Gaza Strip is suffering from hunger.”

Part of an interview on Al-Jazeera TV from the Gaza Strip is shown:

Woman from the Gaza Strip: “The aid isn’t reaching all the people.”

Al-Jazeera TV reporter: “Few things are arriving and they [Hamas] claim they are distributing them.”

Woman: “It is all to their [own] homes. Let Hamas catch me and shoot me and do what they want to me.”

[Fatah Commission of Information and Culture, Facebook page, April 1, 2024]…

There you have it, from the Palestinians themselves. Hamas operatives have from the very beginning of the war been stealing much of the humanitarian aid sent to Gaza, taking it for themselves and their extended families, thus diminishing significantly what is left for ordinary Gazans. And worse, they have murdered aid workers trying to prevent their thefts. Now that Fatah has confirmed Israel’s claim about the theft of such aid, will the world admit it was wrong to doubt it? Of course not.

‘Palestinian’ jihadis ram car into Orthodox Jewish

pedestrians, then get out and open fire, three injured

Vehicular jihad is popular among “Palestinian” jihadis. A billboard in Nazareth actually called for attacks of this kind. “Moderate” Fatah also called for such attacks.

Horrifying moment car rams into ultra-Orthodox Jewish pedestrians

in ‘terror attack’ leaving 3 injured before suspects go on the run in Jerusalem

by Taryn Pedler, Daily Mail, April 22, 2024:

This is the horrifying moment a car rammed into ultra-Orthodox Jewish pedestrians in a ‘terror attack’ that left at least three injured before the suspects fled the scene in Jerusalem.

Footage of the shocking Monday attack shows two suspected ‘terrorists’ speeding around the bend of Techelet Mordechai Street, Romema, as three Jewish people stood chatting on the corner of the road.

A white car can be seen driving at a steady pace before it begins veering onto the pavement where the pedestrians are standing, unaware of what is about to take place.

Before the three individuals have an opportunity to move from their spot, the car accelerates and ploughs into them, where they are sent flying through the air.

Two of the Jewish pedestrians are flung over the dashboard of the car, while the third is thrown off to the side towards a brick wall.

After the terrifying hit, the footage posted to X, formerly Twitter, shows the vehicle crashing into a bollard and ripping it from the ground as the front of the car is left falling apart.

The drivers then swerve into another parked car before climbing out and attempting to open fire at the injured group.

One of the suspected ‘Palestinian terrorists’ can be seen wielding a makeshift ‘Carlo’ submachine gun which appears to become jammed, police reported.

They two assailants duck behind a wall and slam the firearm onto the ground, giving two of the Jewish pedestrians extra time to flee the scene….

How astonishingly corrupt can the UN be?

UN Secretary-General excludes Hamas from

conflict-related sexual violence list

by Itamar Eichner, Ynet News, April 23, 2024:

Despite a damning report that included evidence and testimony from the UN Secretary-General’s representative on sexual violence during conflicts regarding Hamas crimes, UN Secretary-General António Guterres decided not to include Hamas on the UN’s blacklist of suspects involved in conflict-related sexual violence list.

Guterres ought to be able to retire in the style of a king after this blasphemy against all decency.

In the report, Guterres refrained from attributing responsibility to Hamas, despite the representative Pramila Patten’s explicit acknowledgment of the clear link between Hamas’ October 7 terrorist attack and systematic, targeted sexual violence.

Unlike Patten’s report, which expressed genuine concern for continued sexual violence against Israeli hostages and demanded their immediate release, Guterres avoided explicit condemnation.

The blacklist includes several terrorist organizations operating in various countries, including the Central African Republic, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Iraq (ISIS), Mali, Somalia, Syria, Sudan, South Sudan, Myanmar, Syria, Haiti, and Nigeria. The report states that the list “does not aspire to be exhaustive and includes organizations with credible information against them.”

Note: Haiti is the only country on that list that is not either predominantly Muslim or is being invaded by Muslims.

In response, the Israeli Foreign Ministry expressed deep concern about the publication of the report by UN Secretary-General Guterres on sexual violence during conflicts. They criticized the UN for failing to condemn Hamas publicly and add it to the list of terrorist organizations responsible for crimes, refusing to acknowledge Hamas as a terrorist organization despite its atrocities committed on October 7 and thereafter….

And, therefore, the UN is complicit in the rape of women and girls in Israel. Guterres needs to be fired if the UN is to have any semblance of credibility.

UN's credibility, already shaky when it comes to Israel, takes another hit with outright lies

Has the UN ever had any credibility when it comes to Israel. When they believe the constant stream of lies and exaggerations pouring forth from Hamas, they reveal their disregard for anything resembling the truth.

Gaza ‘journalist’ whom the UN reported killed by Israel

is no longer dead, false claim remains on UN site

The UN appears to have no problem with lies if they can be used against Israel.

UN credibility on Israel, Palestinians ‘in serious doubt,’

after error about Gazan ‘journalist'

by Mike Wagenheim, JNS, April 9, 2024 (thanks to The Religion of Peace):

A U.N. office stands corrected after having “verified” the death of someone it referred to as a Gazan journalist. But despite the U.N. Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights assuring JNS that it issued a correction after the United Nations found out the person in question was still alive, the error remains on several pages on the U.N. website.

The OHCHR issued a Dec. 14 press release expressing its “alarm” by “an unprecedented rate of journalists and media workers who have been killed in Gaza since Oct. 7.” The U.N. agency claimed to have “verified the killing of 50 journalists and media workers, and has received information that 30 more may have died, amounting to approximately 6% of all those registered with the Journalists’ Syndicate in Gaza.”

In the fifth of the release’s 18 paragraphs, OHCHR noted that “Mr. Mustafa Ayyash, the founder and director of the Gaza Now News Agency, was killed along with at least eight members of his family, including children, in an apparent airstrike on his house in Al Nuseirat Camp on Nov. 22.”

That claim remains in a document that appears several times on the U.N. website.

Among those whom the U.S. Treasury Department sanctioned on March 27, for “having materially assisted, sponsored or provided financial, material or technological support for, or goods or services to or in support of, Hamas,” was Gaza Now and its founder Mustafa Ayash,” apparently very much alive. (The United Kingdom took similar actions.)

The publican Gaza Now announced the next day that Austrian authorities had arrested Ayyash. It was not clear publicly how Austrian authorities tracked Ayyash, but Vienna gave no indication it had arrested a dead man….

The incorrect information published about Mustafa Ayyash’s death remains active on the U.N.’s webpage for information about the organization’s Palestinian advocacy and on the same site’s monthly bulletin from December.

“This incident and many others indicate the urgent need for significant organizational reforms,” Truzman told JNS. “At present, the U.N.’s credibility in matters concerning Israel and the Palestinians is in serious doubt.”

There is absolutely no doubt in my mind!
