Leftist Angry Over Gaza Stabs Elderly Jewish Woman in Canada

A Jewish woman in her seventies wearing a ‘star-of-david’ was shopping in a supermarket with a large Kosher section was stabbed by a leftist who had written virulent antisemitic messages accusing Israel and Jews of genocide.

“I am under no obligation whatsoever, legal, moral, or otherwise, to like jews and I do not,” Joseph Rooke tweeted. “If that means I meet the Jewish definition of an anti-semite, so be it. In actual fact, I own an obligation to humanity to speak out against Israel’s ongoing attempt of a genocide of the Palestinian people in Gaza.”

Much of Rooke’s hatred came from the media’s Hamas propaganda which falsely accused Israel of genocide and of starving and killing the Arab Muslim population in Gaza. All of this was mixed together with claims that “Judaism is the world’s oldest cult”, militant atheism and claims that Jews had invented the idea of god and declaring that the Holocaust disproved Judaism.

This is at least the second non-Muslim leftist terrorist attack against Jews in recent times (not counting the much older attacks by the Japanese Red Army or Red Army Faction/Baader Meinhoff Gang operating out of Germany) and shows how the propaganda being distributed by the media is operationalizing attacks on Jews in the Western world.

Certainly Canada's antisemitic news coverage contributes to this far-left madness. But also, the left's godlessness contributes greatly to their antisemitism. Truth is a difficult commodity for the godless to find.

Antisemitic Attacks Skyrocket in Denmark

Denmark had a good World War II. It managed to save almost all of its Jews, smuggling them in small boats to safety in Sweden before the Nazis could murder them. King Christian X, when he was in residence at his castle at Amalianborg, continued his prewar custom of riding his horse through the streets of Copenhagen, an act widely interpreted as defiance of the German occupiers. Although the story of the King wearing a yellow star in solidarity with Jews is likely apocryphal, there is no doubt that Denmark did more to rescue its Jews than any other country save, possibly, Bulgaria.

Denmark sees highest ever number of antisemitic incidents in 2024, including nine violent attacks

The number of antisemitic incidents in Denmark in 2024 was the highest ever recorded, the Department for Mapping and Knowledge Sharing of Antisemitic Incidents (AKVAH) revealed in a 174-page report earlier this year. AKVAH was established in 2011 as part of the security branch of the Jewish Community in Denmark.

A total of 207 antisemitic incidents were recorded in 2024, an increase of 71% on the previous year (121 incidents) and over eight times higher than 10 years ago. One of the 2024 incidents – the arson attack on a Jewish woman’s home – was an “extreme and life-threatening form of antisemitism, of a kind that AKVAH has not recorded since the 2015 terrorist attack on the synagogue, in which volunteer guard Dan Uzan was killed.”

Of the 207 incidents last year, 60% of them were related to either Israel, the war in Gaza, or other events in the Middle East, said AKVAH. References to the Holocaust, World War II, Hitler, or incidents of explicit Nazi symbolism made up 47% of last year’s antisemitic incidents.

Nine of the instances involved violence, assault, or other physical harassment of Jews, including a stabbing attack on a Jewish boy in Slagelse.

There were also five incidents of concrete and explicit death threats and 20 incidents involving calls for the killing of Jews in general or expressions of a desire for the death of Jews. The report provides examples of a Jewish man being told “All Jews must die” in a pub in Copenhagen.

It’s used far too often, that famous line of iambic pentameter, but here, as never before, it fits: Something really is rotten in the state of Denmark.

The anti-Israel stance has fast become a left vs. right issue. At the core of it is the red-green axis that opposes the interests of the West, which is established on Judeo-Christian foundations. These activists are quick to point out the past sins of the West and of Israel, but fully exonerate the human rights abuses of Hamas and the ongoing abuses by Islamic countries, as well as the history of Islamic conquest.

Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese also proceeded to scold Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu, accusing him “of being ‘in denial’ over the consequences of the war in Gaza.” It is Albanese who is in denial about the threat to Israel’s existence from its the jihadist enemies that surround it. He is also in denial about the fact that Hamas is to blame for the humanitarian crisis in Gaza. From using human shields to stealing aid, no amount of abuse against Palestinians suffices for Hamas. Dead Palestinians to Hamas constitute numbers to be manipulated for propaganda against Israel.

Australia will recognise a Palestinian state in September, Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has announced, drawing condemnation from Israel.

Albanese said on Monday that his government would formally announce the move when the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) meets in New York.

“A two-state solution is humanity’s best hope to break the cycle of violence in the Middle East and to bring an end to the conflict, suffering and starvation in Gaza,” Albanese said at a news conference in Canberra.

That is sooooo utterly stupid! It reveals the fact that Albanese knows absolutely nothing about Muslims or Palestinians. Gaza has had its own state since 2005, and all it accomplished was a massacre in 2023. They don't want peace; they never wanted peace; they only want the genocide of Jews.

Australia’s announcement comes as Canada, France and the United Kingdom are also preparing to formally recognise Palestine at the meeting next month, joining the vast majority of UN member states that already do so.

Meaning, the vast majority of UN member states are also godless, including Islam, which celebrates a false god. Surely, the Biblical "Last Days" are upon us. God have mercy!

Israeli Ambassador to Australia Amir Maimon said recognition of a Palestinian state will do nothing to end the war in Gaza, telling the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC): “We reject the recognition, unilateral recognition.”

Israeli President Isaac Herzog also slammed the Australian announcement as a reward for Hamas for its October 7, 2023, attack on southern Israel, repeating the Israeli government’s stance on all recognition announcements thus far……

US ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee bashed UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer’s Friday statement condemning Israel’s new Gaza occupation plan.

Starmer said that the expanded operations “will do nothing to bring an end to this conflict”, adding that it would result in more bloodshed on both sides.

He continued to say that what the war needed was “a ceasefire, a surge in humanitarian aid, the release of all hostages held by Hamas and a negotiated solution.”

There has been a surge in humanitarian aid. Has Starmer not noticed that the Israel-backed Gaza Humanitarian Foundation has already delivered 100 million meals to Gazans? Does he know about the hundreds of trucks, loaded with aid, that are now inside Gaza, but are still waiting to be delivered? As for Starmer’s calling for a “negotiated solution,” what does he think Israel has been trying to achieve these last few months, and just as it seems that a ceasefire is within reach, Hamas makes new demands? It is because of that bad-faith conduct that the Americans joined the Israelis in walking away from the negotiations that, thanks entirely to Hamas, were going nowhere.

Does Starmer not know that since May 19, when Israel renewed its aid into Gaza, and August 5, more than 2,600 trucks carrying humanitarian aid crossed from Israel into Gaza? However, only 300 of these trucks reached their intended destinations in Gaza during that period, with some 2,309 trucks were seized and looted along their delivery routes. It is Hamas, not Israel, that has prevented so much aid from reaching their intended recipients.

Huckabee responded: “So Israel is expected to surrender to Hamas & feed them even though Israeli hostages are being starved? Did UK surrender to Nazis and drop food to them? Ever heard of Dresden, PM Starmer? That wasn’t food you dropped. If you had been PM then, the UK would be speaking German!”

No country at war is expected to make sure its enemy is suitably fed — except for Israel. In World War II, Churchill and FDR would have laughed to scorn anyone who suggested dropping aid packages to “innocent German civilians.” No Americans thought their country should be feeding the civilians, as fanatical in their faith as kamikaze pilots, of Imperial Japan.

The American ambassador was referencing the US and UK’s bombing of Dresden, during which nearly 7 km of the city was destroyed and at least 25,000 people were killed. Nazi propagandists at the time called it a mass murder.

Of course, Huckabee might also have mentioned the firebombing of many other German cities, in a relentless air campaign conducted by Air Marshal Arthur “Bomber” Harris, chief of Bomber Command. The British cabinet had ordered “area bombing” rather than “precision bombing,” and among the cities that suffered great damage were, in addition to Dresden, Cologne and Hamburg. Has Keir Starmer forgotten about “Bomber” Harris, who helped shorten the war in Europe?

Did it really shorten the war? Or did it just use up a large surplus of bombs in the war machine industry before the war ended?

Huckabee then challenged Starmer on how much food his government had sent to Gaza.

“How much food has Starmer and the UK sent to Gaza? @IsraeliPM has already sent 2 MILLION TONS into Gaza & none of it even getting to hostages. Maybe UK PM ought to sit this one out & follow Arab League who said Hamas should disarm & release ALL hostages immediately.”…

The UK has so far sent 2,000 tons of food to Gaza; Israel has sent two million tons — that is, one thousand times as much. Under the circumstances, one might have thought Starmer would hold his tongue. But like so many others, at the UN, in France, Canada, Spain, Norway, Australia, and many other countries, he has chosen to join the anti-Israel juggernaut.

Mike Huckabee is “undiplomatic.” That’s what makes him America’s best diplomat.
