Did you ever call a walk-in-clinic a "doc-in-the-box"? I did for years...albeit an unfair term because I very much appreciated those doctors that were there as I was walking in on the weekends and their expertise healed me...SO grateful.

I was thinking though that California has now made the term "doc in the box" mean something completely different.

Doctors there can no longer truly practice medicine. Their state has now created the real "doc in the box" who can only regurgitate what the government tells them to.

Treat patients? Not if it isn't on the government protocol. Have a medical opinion that doesn't jive with the narrative? Decide to NOT recommend the \/ to a college kid who has a greater risk of myocarditis than compromises from C-19 which the \/ does not prevent them from getting?

You may have your license revoked.

Welcome to California, the state of the doc-in-the-box. Despite over 20% of medications being prescribed off-label in America as doctors have used their training in the past to determine what's right for patients...now they might as well be robots dispersing meds by the federal government protocol led by the NIH. The same NIH that after an investigated LAB LEAK (that led to millions of deaths), was just granted another $650K for bat coronavirus research in Vietnam....with the same players involved...Fauci & Peter Dasnak.
