The Islamization of the UK > Truth has no place in Starmer's dhimmi Britain

UK: Starmer calls for firing of shadow minister for calling Muslim public prayer an act of domination

Keir Starmer has a problem differentiating. When last did he see this kind of prayer from Christians or Hindus?

This “dominance” took place last year at the corner of Toronto’s Yonge and Bloor Street — a major intersection and key transfer point for the Toronto Transit Commission subway line, with some 220,000 passengers passing through every day. Pro-Hamas demonstrators decided to disrupt the intersection with their Islamic prayers, on loudspeaker, with shouts of  “Free, free, free Palestine,” and “Allahu akbar” in between. But we must not connect Hamas violence and support of it with Islam; that would be “Islamophobic.” Yet the pro-Hamas demonstrators didn’t hesitate to make the connection themselves.

What Keir Starmer should be doing is encouraging free discussion in the UK, especially when it concerns national security and the rights of the British people, but he knows that free speech further shows up his woefully inept leadership. Starmer calls for the firing of Nick Timothy because he made a valid comment that in Starmer’s mind is offensive to Muslims. Meanwhile, Starmer himself has engaged (and continues to) in an egregious neglect of duty by failing to protect British citizens from an invasion of unvetted illegals via the English Channel.

As Giulio Meotti states in the Gatestone Institute, even some Muslim countries have banned public Muslim prayer:

In Tunisia, praying in the street has been banned. And in Egypt, preaching from 20,000 “storefront mosques” was banned throughout Ramadan. “Salafis and Muslim Brotherhood members took control of many of these mosques and have continued to use them as platforms to broadcast their religious misconceptions,” Jaber Taya, spokesman of Egypt’s Ministry of Religious Endowments, said. These Arab countries know better than Europe that to contain extremism, it is crucial to control the street.

Many other Muslim countries also enforce strict rules to limit Muslim street prayers. For instance, the United Arab Emirates has just banned the holding of Eid al-Fitr prayers in open spaces. And Saudi Arabia prohibits public and street prayers. Muslims must use designated spaces.

In the West, France and Quebec have banned street prayer. At best, Islamic street prayer is disruptive; at worst, it is a show of dominance. Given the supremacy of Islam, Nick Timothy is speaking common sense.

Just when Starmer sinks to another low, he rapidly follows it by sinking to a new low.

British premier urges sacking of shadow minister over his comments on Muslims praying in public

by Aysu Bicer, Anadolu News Agency, March 18, 2026:

British Prime Minister Keir Starmer has called on the Conservative Party to sack Shadow Justice Secretary Nick Timothy over comments he made on social media about Muslims praying in public.

During Prime Minister’s Questions (PMQs) on Wednesday, Starmer said Timothy’s post about Muslims praying in Trafalgar Square is unacceptable.

Accompanying a video of Muslims praying at the event, Timothy wrote: “Mass ritual prayer in public places is an act of domination.”

He added: “Perform these rituals in mosques if you wish. But they are not welcome in our public places and shared institutions.”

Starmer told Tory leader Kemi Badenoch she should “denounce his comments and she should sack him.”

“I see religious events in Trafalgar Square when I see Hindus celebrating Diwali, when I see Jews celebrating Chanukah live, and when I see Christians performing the Passion of Christ or Muslims praying; that shows the great strength of our diverse city,” he said.

“I’ve never heard her party call out anything other than the Muslim events, so only when Muslims are praying. The only conclusion is the Tory party has got a problem with Muslims,” he added….
