Knife attack in Oggersheim with 2 dead – perpetrator (25)

already committed a stabbing in 2021

Translated from “Messerattacke in Oggersheim mit 2 Toten – Täter (25) hat 2021

schon einmal zugestochen,”

Ludwigshafen – After the knife attack in Oggersheim, new details about the alleged double murderer leaked. Accordingly, the 25-year-old had already stabbed a man in 2021.

Even around two weeks after the brutal knife attack in Ludwigshafen-Oggersheim with two dead, the shock among the population and especially the families of the victims is still deep! Now new alarming details about the alleged perpetrator (25), who is in custody for double murder, attempted murder and dangerous bodily harm, have become known.

The young Somali is said to have killed two tradesmen (20/35) at two crime scenes in the Philipp-Scheidemann-Straße/Comeniusstraße area on October 18 at around 12:20 p.m. and to have seriously injured a 27-year-old in a Rossmann drugstore with a knife.

This was not the first time that the 25-year-old suspect has committed a stabbing! Back in May 2021, he attacked and injured another man with a screwdriver. However, his proceedings for bodily harm before the Neustadt district court were initially suspended subject to conditions, as reported by SWR.

In addition, the Somali was known to the police. He came to Germany as a recognized refugee in 2015 and most recently lived in a shelter in Neustadt. He apparently did not do the community service imposed on him. According to a court spokeswoman for the SWR, he violated the conditions of the court.

And it would appear that there were no consequences for him ignoring the law. What did that teach him?

Remarkable: His renewed hearing was planned for Thursday (October 20) or Friday (October 21), two to three days after the knife attack in Oggersheim. But as is well known, this did not happen, because the 25-year-old had to be rendered harmless by a police officer with four shots from the service weapon in the Rossmann branch and was in the hospital under guard for days.

Around 1,200 deeply moved people took part in a large funeral procession to commemorate the victims of the bloody deed – including the survivors of the dead men.

200 people have gathered for a prayer service in Christ the King Church – in the baptistery of the victim Jonas (20). According to the current state of knowledge, the investigators still rule out a terrorist background for the insane act. (pek).

Man screams in U8: ‘I will kill all Germans'

Translated from “Mann schreit in U8: Ich werde alle Deutschen töten”

B.Z., November 10, 2022

He shouted: “Allahu Akbar” and “I will kill all Germans”! With the publication of images from a surveillance camera, the Berlin police are looking for a man who made loud threats in the U8.

According to the police, the previously unknown man shouted loudly on February 19, 2022 at around 11 a.m. in a U8 subway and repeated his threat. Police are now publicly searching for him on charges of disturbing the public peace by threatening to commit a crime.

According to the police, the stranger left the train at Hermannstraße underground station and moved to the S-Bahn platform, where he boarded the S42 in the direction of Südkreuz.

The police describe the wanted man as a 30- to 40-year-old man with a slim build. He is said to have been wearing a black jacket, sneakers and a patterned hood on a jacket or sweater at the time of the crime.

The police ask:

Who can provide information on the identity and/or whereabouts of the man depicted?
Who saw the suspect before, during or after the statements and can provide information about the crime?
Who can provide further relevant information?

Is there a point? For disturbing the peace he will get a few hours of community service for which he won't bother showing up, and the next time we hear of him he will have killed two more Germans.

Germany deports only 5 of 317 Islamist threats (1.5%)

Translated from “Deutschland schiebt weniger islamistische Gefährder ab”

Welt, November 6, 2022

It was believed that after Corona the illegal migration problem was over, but the opposite happened, says CDU domestic politician Philipp Amthor. Where deportations are legally required, they must also be carried out.

In the first nine months of the current year, only 17 people who belong to the Islamist spectrum were deported from Germany. According to the federal government, 317 Islamist threats were in Germany at the end of September.

The German authorities are less and less successful in getting Islamist threats out of the country who are obliged to leave the country. According to a response from the federal government to a query from the AfD parliamentary group, a total of 17 people who belong to the Islamist spectrum and whose cases were discussed in the joint federal and state counter-terrorism center were deported in the first nine months of this year.

Five of them were so-called threats. Two of the deportees were classified by the police as relevant persons. For comparison: In 2021, with the support of the federal government, the federal states deported 22 perpetrators and 6 other Islamists who were considered relevant persons – mostly to their countries of origin.

“Dangerous” is what the police call people who they believe are capable of serious, politically motivated acts of violence, including terrorist attacks. The circle of “relevant people” includes those who belong to the scene as “leaders,” “actors” or as logisticians and supporters.

“We are still waiting for a repatriation offensive”

In addition to the blocking and delaying tactics of some countries of origin, there are also practical, legal and political problems. A deportation freeze applies to Syria due to the situation in the country. There have been no returns to Afghanistan since the Taliban took power in August 2021.

They are not women, for the most part, so they should have little to fear from the Taliban.

With the start of the Russian war of aggression in Ukraine on February 24 and its consequences, Russia has now become another state with a view to deporting those who are dangerous, where there are problems. Last year, most of the Islamist threats were deported to Turkey and – especially Chechens – to Russia.

“The entire asylum system is being taken ad absurdum”

One each of the five perpetrators who were returned from Germany between the beginning of January and the end of September this year were taken to Morocco, Tunisia, Turkey and Lebanon. The authorities sent another one back to Italy, which is responsible for his asylum case under the so-called Dublin rules. According to the federal government, 317 Islamist threats were in Germany at the end of September, including 132 threats without German citizenship.

The AfD sees the responsibility for the small number of dangerous deportations in the hands of Federal Interior Minister Nancy Faeser (SPD) (See photo at top). “The widely announced deportation offensive by Interior Minister Faeser has not materialized,” criticized interior politician Martin Hess.
