The extent to which Islamization has progressed in Germany’s justice system and the political desire to make life as pleasant as possible for the “religion of peace” in this country on its unstoppable path to the Sharia caliphate is now being put into practice is shown by the insanity surrounding the prosecution of three Iranian exiles by the Hamburg public prosecutor’s office. They had demonstrated in front of the Islamic Center Hamburg (IZH) against the Mullah state and its agents in Germany and burned pages of the Koran. The Iranian consulate general then called on the Hamburg Senate to take legal action. The left-wing governed appeasement policy of the Hanseatic city dutifully followed suit – and used the case not to clearly position itself on the side of freedom-loving opponents of the regime and opposition to Islamofascism, but to do what Tehran wanted.
The authority, which is bound by instructions, is now accusing the three Iranian dissidents of “collectively insulting religious beliefs” because of the protest action, which took place on August 6, 2022. As the “Welt” newspaper reports, the accused will soon have to answer to the Hamburg-St. Georg district court. There is no doubt that the complainant IZH has always been an outpost of the Iranian regime in Germany, and that the (then still neutral) Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution warned about it more than 30 years ago as an “important propaganda instrument of the Islamic Republic of Iran”. After evidence of support for terrorism by IZH clergy and propaganda agitation emerged, Federal Minister of the Interior Nancy Faeser reluctantly banned the association in July. The ban had long been demanded by the same Iranian regime critics who are now being persecuted by the Hamburg judiciary – because they ultimately denounced exactly what the long overdue ban on the IZH was directed against.
Only critical speakers followedEven more perverse: The people accused by the public prosecutor’s office also include the anti-mullah activist Jasmin Maleki, who has already demonstrated in Iran against the Ayatollah’s oppressive state at the risk of her life and had to flee there in 2016. However, she did not tear up or burn a Koran – “but gave a speech critical of Islam and feminists,” as the 35-year-old swears and as can be seen in the video evidence from an activist group. Although she did exactly what is constitutionally guaranteed in the free West and especially in Germany, which is the essential difference to the terrorist state of Iran, Maleki is now being persecuted by a politically and religiously indoctrinated, cowardly judiciary in the Federal Republic.German legal scholars and Islam-critical associations are equally shocked. The Institute for Ideological Law of the Giordano Bruno Foundation, which advocates secular legal policy and state neutrality, is now making serious allegations in this regard, reports the “Welt” newspaper: “The impression is that the totalitarian Iranian regime has succeeded in exerting influence on the German criminal prosecution of Iranian exiles – this is both shocking and disturbing,” the newspaper quotes the institute’s director Jörg Scheinfeld as saying.
Starmer-Great Britain as a role modelThe professor of criminal law at the University of Mainz is further incensed: “The fact that the Iranian regime, which acts in violation of human rights, can initiate the prosecution of those in Germany who have fled from it and who rightly criticize it for its religious perversion shows very clearly how absurd and misguided the penal norm of Section 166 of the German Criminal Code is.”In the meantime, it can be stated with good reason that British conditions have taken hold in the Federal Republic. On the island – at the latest with the takeover of the government by the Labour Party under Prime Minister Keir Starter, which has been completely infiltrated by Islamists – western liberal tolerance, freedom of religion and freedom of speech have only had a theoretical significance since the slightest criticism of Muslim organizations is enough for draconian prosecution. The witch hunt against undesirable opinions on the Internet, which are criminalized as “hate speech,” is entirely in line with what the local traffic light coalition and Brussels are still working on, and offers a deterrent example of where things are headed. This intimidation and attempt to humiliate the unbeliever is extremely common in Islamic lands, as a means of showing Islam’s dominance and superiority and ensuring that the unbelievers “feel themselves subdued” (Qur’an 9:29).
12-year-old beaten up by girl gang

On October 25, three underage girls badly beat up a 12-year-old student. They ambushed her in the 12th district and dragged her onto the roof of a residential building in Zeleborgasse in the afternoon, reports “Heute”. There, the girls threatened Maria (name changed by the editors) that they would push her off the roof. Later, the following is said to have happened in a garage: The suspects are said to have set Maria’s hair on fire and ripped out her eyelashes. They beat and kicked her. The gang injured their victim’s thumb with a knife and destroyed her smartphone.
The bleeding child had to be taken to a Vienna hospital with bruises, a cut and injuries to the stomach and head – a video of the abuse is currently circulating on social media.
The three-person gang intimidated Maria so that she would not tell her parents about the abuse. Instead, she was asked to “swear by Allah” into a cell phone camera. “I have video as you say, by Allah, I’m not filing a complaint,” a teenager apparently wrote to the victim on Snapchat.
The girls threatened further violent attacks because Maria’s parents filed a complaint. The gang allegedly swears revenge on Snapchat. The parents fear that something will happen to their child again on the way to school or on site. The Vienna police confirmed to “Heute” that they are investigating the case.
