Court Orders Halal Supermarket in Paris to Close Because it Sells No Pork or Wine

A French court has ordered a halal grocery store in Paris to shut down because it did not sell pork and alcohol, and failed to cater for the needs of the customers.

The Court of Nanterre ruled on Monday that the “Good Price” mini-market in Colombes failed to comply with the conditions of its lease, according to which the grocery must act as a "general food store,” La Liberation reported.

The court ordered the termination of the store's lease and the eviction of the tenants. In addition, the owner must pay €4,000 to the local authority in respect of legal costs.

The court ruled that the owner of the store had failed to meet “the needs of all inhabitants of the residential area.” The products that the shop stocked were "restrictive and did not fit the broad concept of general goods,” it added.

Local residents complained that after the halal mini-market replaced a regular supermarket they were not being served properly, with halal products constituting 96 percent of what the grocery shop sold.

The landlord said it was impossible to find bottles of wine or pork on the shelves, even though the lease had been granted for a "general food store." When the owner of the store was questioned at the time, he said, as cited by 20minutes.fr: "It's business. I look around me and I target what I see."

The grocery store’s owner and his lawyer argued that, while being “accused of not selling wine, wine is not part of the general diet." The store has “no obligations to sell it, as it was only a complement to food,” the lawyer said. 

That's almost blasphemy in France! This story fits into Dr. Peter Hammond's scale of effects of an increasingly Muslim society:

A revealing survey by Pew Research Center, ‘Europe’s Growing Muslim Population’, looks at the future of the 25.8 million Muslims currently residing in European countries. Citing a comprehensive swath of data, it is an attempt to see how the size of Europe’s Muslim population may change in the coming decades, depending on levels of migration.

All three scenarios – zero, moderate and high – considered by researchers produced a thought-provoking outcome: the number of Muslims in Europe will rise at any rate of migration, as they are younger and “have higher fertility (one child more per woman, on average) than other Europeans, mirroring a global pattern.”

Under a first, “zero migration” scenario, the Muslim population of Europe still would be expected to rise from the current level of 4.9 percent to 7.4 percent (roughly 36 million) by the year 2050 even “if all migration into Europe were to immediately and permanently stop.”

A second, “medium” migration scenario assumes that the flows of refugees stop, but “regular” migrants continue to come for reasons other than fleeing wars and instability. Under these conditions, Muslims could comprise 11.2 percent (59 million) of Europe’s population in 2050.

In a third, “high” migration scenario, the heavy influx of predominantly Muslim migrants recorded between 2014 and 2016 continues indefinitely. In this case, Muslims could make up 14 percent (75 million) of Europe’s population by 2050 – nearly triple the current figure.

Should that happen, several major European countries are expected to shoulder most of the burden. In Sweden, nearly a third of the population (4.5 million, or 30 percent) would be Muslims, whereas in Austria and Germany Muslims would represent up to 19 percent of the population.

Also, if high migration continues until 2050, Britain’s Muslim share will grow to 17.2 percent, Finland’s to 15 percent and Norway’s to 17 percent.

Interesting! Scenarios 3 and 4 show minor increases in UK and France but huge increases in Germany and Sweden - doubling in Germany and Austria, and a 50% increase in Sweden.

“While Europe’s Muslim population is expected to grow in all three scenarios - and more than double in the medium and high migration scenarios – Europe’s non-Muslims, on the other hand, are projected to decline in total number in each scenario,” says the Pew report.

Interestingly, researchers noted that while Europe’s Muslim population is diverse, comprising Muslims born in Europe and in non-European countries, its self-identification still plays a role. “Levels of religious commitment and belief vary among Europe’s Muslim populations,” the report said.

While some of those Muslims “would not describe Muslim identity as salient in their daily lives,” for others, Islamic identity “profoundly shapes their daily lives.” In the meantime, “not all children born to Muslim women will ultimately identify as Muslims, but children are generally more likely to adopt their parents’ religious identity than any other.”

From mid-2010 to mid-2016 alone, the share of Muslims in Europe rose more than 1 percentage point, from 3.8% to 4.9% (from 19.5M to 25.8M). By 2050, the share of the continent’s population that is Muslim could more than double, rising to 11.2% or more. http://pewrsr.ch/2io75hh 

Researchers said it was difficult – if not impossible – to predict future migration levels. “Although none of these scenarios will play out exactly as projected, each provides a set of rough parameters from which to imagine other possible outcomes,” the study added. 

There has been a heavy influx of migrants to Europe over the past two years, with Germany and Central European nations most affected, along with arrival points such as Italy and Greece.

The crisis gave rise to various far-right parties benefiting from popular fears of mass migration. In a bid to stem the flow of migrants, the EU undertook a major policy change, introducing tougher border controls and stricter eligibility criteria for new arrivals.

Previous polls suggested the majority of Europeans are wary of Muslim immigration. In August this year, Germany’s Bertelsmann Foundation found that every fifth European citizen does not want Muslims as neighbors. A February study by the UK-based think tank Chatham House revealed that an average of 55 percent of people in 10 European countries “agreed that all further migration from mainly Muslim countries should be stopped.”

This is the pattern with Muslim immigration. Dr. Peter Hammond described it this way.

The UK's Muslim population was 2.7 million after the 2011 census, that's about 4.5%. No doubt it has exceeded 3 million and 5% by 2015. 

Turns out, that was a pretty good guess I made 2 years ago, if not a little conservative. 2016 numbers are 6.3%.

For example, they will push for the introduction of halal (clean by Islamic standards) food, thereby securing food preparation jobs for Muslims. They will increase pressure on supermarket chains to feature halal on their shelves — along with threats for failure to comply.

At this point, they will work to get the ruling government to allow them to rule themselves (within their ghettos) under Sharia, the Islamic Law. The ultimate goal of Islamists is to establish Sharia law over the entire world.

When Muslims approach 10% of the population, they tend to increase lawlessness as a means of complaint about their conditions. In Paris , we are already seeing car-burnings. Any non-Muslim action offends Islam, and results in uprisings and threats, such as in Amsterdam , with opposition to Mohammed cartoons and films about Islam. Such tensions are seen daily, particularly in Muslim sections, in: France, Sweden, etc.

After reaching 20%, nations can expect hair-trigger rioting, jihad militia formations, sporadic killings, and the burnings of Christian churches and Jewish synagogues.

At 40%, nations experience widespread massacres, chronic terror attacks, and ongoing militia warfare, such as in Nigeria.

From 60%, nations experience unfettered persecution of non-believers of all other religions (including non-conforming Muslims), sporadic ethnic cleansing (genocide), use of Sharia Law as a weapon, and Jizya, the tax placed on infidels.

After 80%, expect daily intimidation and violent jihad, some State-run ethnic cleansing, and even some genocide, as these nations drive out the infidels, and move toward 100% Muslim.

100% will usher in the peace of ‘Dar-es-Salaam’ — the Islamic House of Peace. Here there’s supposed to be peace, because everybody is a Muslim, the Madrasses are the only schools, and the Koran is the only word.

These are all national numbers - both Dr. Hammond's and PEWs. There are areas, of course, where those percentages are considerably higher than the national numbers; areas which are no-go zones or zones where Muslim criminals run the show.

Dr. Hammond did not include the frequency of rapes and sexual assaults of European girls and young women. Young Muslim men target white girls because they consider them all to be prostitutes and deserving of rape. That's Islam! It should be obvious to most Europeans that this problem is increasing dramatically, but governments and police forces often conspire with liberal news outlets to keep a lid on these things. This is sacrificing European girls on the altar of political correctness and stupidity.

One quick question - are there any countries with more than 10% Muslim population where you would be comfortable raising a family? All those countries listed are either at war or have been at war with Islam in the not very distant past.

Several European countries will probably reach or exceed 10% Muslim population by the end of this decade with two or three times that ratio in most major cities.

If you are a liberal, you probably don't like Geert Wilders or anything he says. But, I would ask you to point out to me any errors in his speech, anything he has exaggerated or gotten wrong. It would be very foolish to ignore what he has to say.

Dear Friends,
Thank you very much for  inviting me.  I come to America with a mission.  All  is not well in the old world.  There is a tremendous danger  looming, and it is very difficult to be optimistic.  
   
We might be in  the final stages of the Islamization of Europe.  This not  only is a clear and present danger to the future of Europe  itself, it is a threat to America and the sheer survival of the  West.  The United States as the last bastion of Western civilization, facing an Islamic Europe.

First I will describe  the situation on the ground in Europe. Then, I will say a few  things about Islam.  To close I will tell you about a  meeting in Jerusalem. The Europe you know is  changing.

You have probably seen the landmarks. But in all of these cities, sometimes a few blocks away from your tourist destination, there is another world. It is the world of the parallel society created by Muslim mass-migration.

All throughout Europe a new reality is  rising: entire Muslim neighborhoods where very few indigenous people reside or are even seen. And if they are, they might regret it. This goes for the police as well. It's the world of head scarves, where women walk around in figureless tents, with baby strollers and a group of children. Their husbands, or slaveholders if you prefer, walk three steps ahead. With mosques on many street corners. The shops have signs you and I cannot  read.  You will be hard-pressed to find any economic activity.  These are Muslim ghettos controlled by religious fanatics.  These are Muslim neighborhoods, and they are  mushrooming in every city across Europe. These are the building-blocks for territorial control of increasingly larger  portions of Europe, street by street, neighborhood by  neighborhood, city by city.

There are now thousands of  mosques throughout Europe with larger congregations than there  are in churches. And in every European city there are plans to build super-mosques that will dwarf every church in the region.  Clearly, the signal is: we rule.

Many European cities are  already one-quarter Muslim: just take Amsterdam, Marseilles and  Malmo in Sweden. In many cities the majority of the under-18  population is Muslim. Paris is now surrounded by a ring of  Muslim neighborhoods.  Mohammad is the most popular name among boys in many cities.

In some elementary schools in Amsterdam the farm can no longer be mentioned, because that would also mean mentioning the pig, and that would be an insult to Muslims.

Many state schools in Belgium and Denmark only serve halal food to all pupils. In once-tolerant Amsterdam gays are beaten up almost exclusively by Muslims. Non-Muslim women routinely hear 'whore, whore'. Satellite dishes are not pointed to local TV stations, but to stations in the country of origin.

In France school teachers are advised to avoid authors deemed offensive to Muslims, including Voltaire and  Diderot; the same is increasingly true of Darwin. The history of the Holocaust can no longer be taught because of Muslim sensitivity.

Muslims had nothing to do with the holocaust, it is just their hatred of Jews, and the idea of showing Jews in a sympathetic light counters the hatred they teach. We are fools if we don't teach the Holocaust to Muslim children, even worse than fools, we're enabling evil to grow in our midst.

In England sharia courts are now officially  part of the British legal system. Many neighborhoods in France  are no-go areas for women without head scarves. Last week a man  almost died after being beaten up by Muslims in Brussels, because he was drinking during the Ramadan.

Jews are fleeing France in record numbers, on the run for the worst wave  of anti-Semitism since World War II.  French is now commonly spoken on the streets of Tel Aviv and Netanya, Israel.  I could go on forever with stories like this. Stories about Islamization.

A total of fifty-four million Muslims now live in Europe. San Diego University recently calculated that a staggering 25 percent of the population in Europe will be Muslim just 12 years from now. Bernhardt Lewis has predicted a Muslim majority by the end of this century.

Now these are just numbers.  And the numbers would not be threatening if  the Muslim-immigrants had a strong desire to assimilate. But there are few signs of that. The Pew Research Center reported that half of French Muslims see their loyalty to Islam as greater than their loyalty to France. One-third of French Muslims do not object to suicide attacks.  The British Centre for Social Cohesion reported that one-third of British Muslim students are in favor of a worldwide caliphate.  Muslims demand what they call 'respect'.  And this is how we give them respect.  We have Muslim official state  holidays.

Islam will be the majority in Europe by the end of the century

The Christian-Democratic attorney general is willing to accept sharia in the Netherlands if there is a Muslim majority.
       
We have cabinet members with passports from Morocco and Turkey.

Muslim demands are supported by unlawful behavior, ranging from petty crimes and random violence, for example against ambulance workers and bus drivers, to small-scale riots. Paris has seen its uprising in the low-income suburbs, the banlieus.  I call the perpetrators settler's. Because that is what they are.  They do not come to integrate into our societies; they come to integrate our society into their Dar-al-Islam.  Therefore, they are settlers.

Much of this street violence I mentioned is directed exclusively against non-Muslims, forcing many native  people to leave their neighborhoods, their cities, their countries.  Moreover, Muslims are now a swing vote not to be ignored.


Mohammed - Prophet, Murderer, Pedophile, Bigamist, Role Model

The second thing you need to know is the  importance of Mohammed the prophet. His behavior is an example to all Muslims and cannot be criticized.  Now, if Mohammed had been a man of peace, let us say like Gandhi and Mother Theresa wrapped in one, there would be no problem. But Mohammed was a warlord, a mass murderer, a pedophile, and had several  marriages - at the same time. Islamic tradition tells us how he fought in battles, how he had his enemies murdered and even had prisoners of war executed. Mohammad himself slaughtered the Jewish tribe of Banu Qurayza.  If it is good for Islam, it is good. If it is bad for Islam, it is bad.

Let no one  fool you about Islam being a religion.  Sure, it has a god, and a here-after, and 72 virgins. But in its essence Islam is a political ideology. It is a system that lays down detailed rules for society and the life of every person. Islam wants to dictate every aspect of life.  Islam means 'submission'.   Islam is not compatible with freedom and democracy, because what it strives for is Sharia.  If you want to compare Islam to anything, compare it to communism or national-socialism, these  are all totalitarian ideologies.

Now you know why Winston Churchill called Islam 'the most retrograde force in the world', and why he compared Mein Kampf to the Quran. The public has wholeheartedly accepted the Palestinian narrative, and sees Israel as the aggressor.  I have lived in this country and visited it dozens of times. I support Israel.  First, because it is the Jewish homeland after two thousand years of exile up to and including Auschwitz.  Second because it is a democracy.  And third because Israel is our first line of defense.

This tiny country is situated on the fault line of jihad, frustrating Islam's territorial advance.  Israel is facing the front lines of jihad, like Kashmir, Kosovo, the Philippines, Southern Thailand, Darfur in Sudan, Lebanon, and  Aceh in Indonesia.  Israel is simply in the way.  The  same way West-Berlin was during the Cold War.

The war  against Israel is not a war against Israel.  It is a war against the West.  It is jihad. Israel is simply receiving the blows that are meant for all of us.  If there  would have been no Israel, Islamic imperialism would have found other venues to release its energy and its desire for conquest.  Thanks to Israeli parents who send their children to the army and lay awake at night, parents in Europe and America can sleep well and dream, unaware of the dangers looming.

I don't agree with him, myself, on this issue. The war in Israel is not a proxy war against the west, it is sheer hatred of Israel that started way back when Abraham kicked Ishmael out of his tribe because he was an illegitimate son and a threat to Isaac, the legitimate son. The deep-seated hatred of Ishmael toward Isaac survives in Arabs and is only aggravated by God's favour on the Jews since May 1948 when a tiny country not 24 hours old survived an all-out assault by 3 huge, Muslim neighbours. The several attempts since to annihilate Israel have failed just as spectacularly. Yet, hatred has blinded their eyes so they don't realize they are fighting against God.

Many in Europe argue in favor of abandoning Israel in order to address the grievances of our Muslim minorities.  But if Israel were, God forbid, to go down, it would not bring any solace to the West.  It would not mean our Muslim minorities would all of a sudden change their behavior, and accept our values.  On the contrary, the end of Israel would give enormous encouragement to the forces of Islam.  They would, and rightly so, see the demise of Israel as proof that the West is weak, and doomed.

The end of Israel would not mean the end of our problems with Islam, but only the beginning. It would mean the start of the final battle for world domination. If they can get Israel, they can get everything.  So-called journalists volunteer to label any and all critics of Islam as a 'right-wing extremists' or 'racists'.  In my country, the Netherlands, 60 percent of the population now sees the mass immigration of Muslims as the number one policy mistake since World War II.  And another 60 percent sees Islam as the biggest threat.

Yet there is a greater danger than terrorist attacks, the scenario of America as the last man standing. The lights may go out in Europe faster than you can imagine.  An Islamic Europe means a Europe without  freedom and democracy, an economic wasteland, an intellectual nightmare, and a loss of military might for America - as its allies will turn into enemies, enemies with atomic bombs.  With an Islamic Europe, it would be up to America alone to  preserve the heritage of Rome, Athens and Jerusalem.

Dr Peter Hammonds research revealed in his book Slavery, Terrorism and Islam, documents the general tendencies of growing Muslim populations in European countries. He writes:

These may lean to the conservative since we are seeing these things happen in France and Belgium already. 24% of the population of Brussels is Muslim, many of whom danced in the streets after the attack that killed 32 and injured many more just one month ago. 

In Paris, the Muslim population on the Ile-de-France is closing in on 15%. It is probably higher in some sectors.

What will Europe be like in 12 years when it is 25% Muslim? It won't be fit to live in. And that's in my life-time. What of your daughters and granddaughters just being born? Will they learn to love being invisible under the veil?

Muslims ‘Practically Impossible’ to Integrate into Europe - Czech President

Existing ghettos and the recent sexual harassment scandals involving Muslim migrants in European cities are evidence the integration of the Muslim community into Europe is next to impossible, Czech President Milos Zeman said in an interview on Sunday.

An established anti-immigration advocate, Zeman has condemned the European Union's migrant policies.

“The experience of Western European countries, where there are ghettos and closed areas, as well as recent events, demonstrate once again that the integration of the Muslim community [into Europe] is practically impossible,” Zeman told tabloid newspaper Blesk in a video interview, as cited by AFP.

“Let them have their culture in their countries and not take it to Europe, otherwise it will end up like Cologne,” the Czech president added, referring to the mass sexual assaults perpetrated by migrants in the German city on New Year's Eve.

Europe is experiencing the worst migrant crisis in decades, Zeman stressed, adding that newcomers should adapt to local culture and traditions while retaining their own distinct identities.

“Integration is possible with cultures that are similar, and the similarities may vary,” Zeman said, holding up the Ukrainian and Vietnamese diasporas living in the Czech Republic as examples of groups that have integrated successfully while maintaining distinct national identities.

The Czech leader promised to challenge EU migrant quotas, which currently demand members to accommodate numbers of migrants proportionate to a nation’s population and national budget.

As a country of 10.5 million people, the Czech Republic is obligated to accommodate part of the 160,000 asylum seekers under an EU quota scheme.

Czech Prime Minister Bohuslav Sobotka expressed the notion, however, that refugees are not likely to agree to stay in the country, and are more determined to finish their journey in countries like Germany which have extensive welfare systems.

Last year Czech President Zeman labeled the ongoing refugee influx “an organized invasion,” urging the young asylum seekers to return to Iraq and Syria to “take up arms” and fight against Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS/ISIL).

Earlier this month Zeman alleged that the influx of migrants into Europe was organized by the Islamist Muslim Brotherhood, which was striving to “gradually control Europe.”

I have felt for some time that there was some sinister force driving the Muslim migration to Europe, especially when you consider that the vast majority of migrants are young, single men. I wish President Zeman had provided some documentation to support his accusation that it is the Muslim Brotherhood.

According to a 2010 Pew Forum survey, there were an estimated 19 million Muslims living in the EU, making up about 3.8 percent of the union’s population.

In 2015, however, well over one million migrants from North Africa and conflict-affected countries in the Middle East arrived to Europe, heading primarily to countries in Western Europe.

It is probably safe to assume that 2 million migrants entered Europe between 2011-2014; so that makes a total of about 22,000,000 Muslims in Europe, or about 4.4%. Considering that most migrants are heading to Germany, Sweden, Denmark and a few other countries, these countries will have a considerably higher concentration of Muslims than countries like the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, etc. These are less wealthy countries and have much more meager welfare systems.

Consequently, the percentage of Muslims in the wealthier EU countries almost certainly exceeds 5% and may well be approaching 10%. And since most migrants are clumped together in large groups, some towns and or states may have, or may soon have Muslim populations exceeding 10%. 

The UK's Muslim population was 2.7 million after the 2011 census, that's about 4.5%. No doubt it has exceeded 3 million and 5% by 2015.

What does this mean?

The following is an excerpt from Dr Peter Hammond's article posted here. His observations imply a settled population not newly arrived migrants, so some of his expectations may take some time to manifest.

At this point, (5%) they will work to get the ruling government to allow them to rule themselves (within their ghettos) under Sharia, the Islamic Law. The ultimate goal of Islamists is to establish Sharia law over the entire world.

When Muslims approach 10% of the population, they tend to increase lawlessness as a means of complaint about their conditions. In Paris , we are already seeing car-burnings. Any non-Muslim action offends Islam, and results in uprisings and threats, such as in Amsterdam, with opposition to Mohammed cartoons and films about Islam. Such tensions are seen daily, particularly in Muslim sections.

After reaching 20%, nations can expect hair-trigger rioting, jihad militia formations, sporadic killings, and the burnings of Christian churches and Jewish synagogues.

1.5 Million IS Supporters in Britain?

Britain’s policy of appeasement and submission has enabled the supporters of jihad to become bolder and bolder. Do British authorities think that by demonizing forces of freedom and banning Robert Spencer and me from the country that they will keep these 1.5 million Muslims (and there are almost certainly more than that) happy and make them good citizens? If so, they’re in for a very rude awakening.

A Mirror poll showing that 1.5 million Brits see themselves as supporters of ISIS has sparked swift responses from Muslim leaders.

Muslim leaders have responded to the Mirror’s disturbing poll showing that 1.5 million Brits identified as supporters of the brutal so-called Islamic State.

One prominent leader has even said Muslims here may be disenfranchised with new Tory policies which are turning them to have sympathies for IS and their belief system.

Pollsters ICM found that opposition to IS has hardened during twelve months of barbaric atrocities, with 80% of British people now having a “very unfavourable” view of them compared with 45% last July.

But, staggeringly, the poll of 2,016 British adults taken over the weekend also found that support for the terror group was up by 2%, to 9%.

It found that 3% have a “very favourable view”, up 1% from a year ago – suggesting that around half of Britain’s three million Muslims could be ISIS sympathisers. Another 6% admitted having a “somewhat favourable” view, up from five per cent last year….

Note the trends identified by Dr Peter Hammond for Muslim influence on European countries by percentage of population. Britain is now at, at least, 5%, and with half of them IS supporters, expect them to behave like a lot more than 5% on Dr Hammond's scale.

Yesterday in Paris a man turned over tables in a restaurant shouting that it was Ramadan, and they shouldn't be eating. Didn't matter that they weren't Muslim. Muslims expect non-Muslims to behave like Muslims. We see that in parts of London where Sharia patrols attempt, peacefully, to convince Brits to dress more modestly and behave more conservatively in their area of town. They are peaceful now but for how long?

Metropolitan France consists of somewhere between 6 and 11% Muslims, so they are a ways ahead of the UK on Hammond's scale. But watch what happens in France, for it will soon follow in the UK. 

Note that the population of France, which just hit 65 million is still growing in spite of a birthrate among ethnic French that is well below 2 children per family. It is because Muslim birthrates are much higher, consequently, the growth in the percentage of France that is Muslim is increasing rapidly.

Now at least one study has shown that about 2/3rds of France's Muslims don't actually practice their faith. That, however, is a meaningless stat. We have seen in Britain that younger generation Muslims are much more religious and militant than their parents. France could very quickly become overrun with militant Muslims. In fact, I would bet on it happening.
