The producers of halal meat are subject to Sharia law, which is supremacist, regarded as above all Western laws and any other laws.

Alberta Health Services (AHS) said the RCMP investigation prompted the closure of seven halal meat outlets.

The Trudeau government, meanwhile, has also included in its recent budget (which has yet to gain approval in Parliament) “plans to introduce halal mortgages as a way to increase access to home ownership.”

Goods and services based on Sharia law (as demonstrated with the halal meat outlets) could mean discrepancies in rules and regulations that govern everyone else, and thus the presence of a two-tier system of  governance, with inevitable uncertainties. 

Sharia mortgages are being pushed in Canada since Trudeau seeks to boost a sinking housing market in an economy that his policies have destroyed. As Sharia mortgages and finance become more readily available, more money and uncertainty are wrapped up in them. At this rate, in the near future, more economic power will shift into the domain of Sharia-controlled assets.

A expansion of Sharia goods and services in essence boosts the legitimacy and reach of the Sharia, which encompasses all aspects of life.

With open-door immigration policies, an increasing Muslim population and the expansion of Sharia goods and services, combined with declining Western birth rates, it doesn’t take a genius to see where the West is headed.

The list of Calgary halal meat outlets forced to close due to public health orders grew to seven on Monday, as the RCMP announced an investigation into unlawful livestock dealing and illegal slaughter operations in Southern Alberta.

Five retail outlets and a food wholesaler and distribution warehouse were served with closure orders on Friday. A catering business associated with one of the retailers was forced to close on Monday.

Alberta Health Services says the closure orders were prompted by the RCMP investigation. In response to questions from CBC News, a spokesperson wrote that the sale of illegal meat prompted the closures “to ensure the public is protected until a thorough investigation can be completed.”…

As the RCMP continues its criminal probe into the meat sales, AHS is carrying out its own investigation and may consider public health charges….

An Australian court has ordered billionaire Elon Musk’s social media platform to block every user from seeing violent footage related to a Sydney church stabbing, not just block it for Australian audiences.

Amid political unity against X Corp’s defiant stance to keep potentially harmful content online, the nation’s internet cop launched the matter in the Federal Court on Monday evening.

During a hastily arranged hearing, a barrister for the eSafety Commissioner said the “graphic and violent” video remained online on X, formerly known as Twitter.

A 16-year-old boy has since been charged with a terrorism offence over the stabbings of Assyrian bishop Mar Mari Emmanuel and Father Isaac Royel during a live-streamed service last Monday night.

The stabbing attack led to a riot outside Christ the Good Shepherd Church in Wakeley.

In a video that has been circulating, the alleged attacker referred to insults against “my Prophet” before the stabbing.

It would cause “irreparable harm” if it continued to circulate, lawyer Christopher Tran said.

Of course, it would cause irreparable harm if it was not allowed to circulate. Christians would not be aware of just how violently insane some Muslims are. 

The commissioner had ordered the removal of the footage but X’s response was to block the video to Australian IP addresses, the court was told.

That left it accessible to international users or Australians using an overseas-based virtual private network.

“That was a choice, they could have done more,” Christopher Tran said.

He submitted that X should shield the footage from all users, not just Australians….

Global X should not be subject to the sensitivities of a far left politician from Australia.

Stabbed bishop backs Elon Musk, says video should not be censored

Bishop Mar Mari Emanuel has thrown his support behind X boss Elon Musk as the Australian government pressures the social media owner to censor the global platform.

Despite X geo-blocking the videos in Australia, the bishop has slammed censorship actions by Australia’s eSafety Commissioner, urging Musk to keep the video online.

“He’s strongly of the view that the material should be available,” as revealed by X lawyer Marcus Hoyne during a Federal Court hearing.

The development unfolds as X ramps up its legal battle, enlisting the expertise of top Sydney barrister Bret Walker, SC, to challenge the eSafety commission’s controversial ruling.

Hoyne, representing X, disclosed ongoing discussions with Walker regarding the representation of the social media platform in the upcoming court hearing, scheduled for May 10.

Federal Court Justice Geoffrey Kennett has scheduled the hearing to address the dispute over the removal of videos depicting the western Sydney church stabbing.

Marcus Hoyne highlighted the potentially prolonged nature of the proceedings, stressing the global ramifications of the Australian government’s attempt to control online content….

A beauty queen who has been serving on the front lines of the Israel-Hamas war since the Oct. 7 massacre was assaulted during a pro-Hamas protest in Times Square, The Post has learned.

Noa Cochva, who was crowned Miss Israel in 2021, was smashed in the face with the butt of a protest placard during the March 30 rally, video showed.

Cochva, 25, had been in the Big Apple for several weeks speaking and doing advocacy work for Israel and was in Times Square that day with fellow Israel advocates — who had come to demonstrate as well.

“We just saw a huge pro-Palestinian rally, and we wanted to go and do our own thing . . . And then they recognized us when they saw our flag and they threw down our flag . . . and they came down and one of the guys hit me.

“I had a black eye, I have never had a black eye before,” she said.

Cochva, who is a combat medic in her homeland, received treatment in an ambulance after the assault.

Police on the scene told the beauty queen “we can’t do anything,” she said.

“I feel like if you’re a police officer, and you see a woman get hit in the face, you should probably find the guy because that’s your job.”…

Apparently, that's not their job anymore. Their job is to make sure Muslims and Hamas-friendly idiots don't get arrested while they assault Jews and Jew-friendly people. The scene was captured on video so there is no excuse to not make an arrest. Cochva should sue NYC and the NYPD.

Muslim girl horrified after finding bacon in McDonald’s Filet-O-Fish burger

A Muslim girl was left ‘horrified’ after finding bacon in her McDonald’s meal. The youngster ordered a Filet-O-Fish burger from Maccies in Daw End Lane, Walsall, earlier this week.

But after taking several bites out of the burger she noticed a large piece of bacon inside the burger. Pork is forbidden under Islamic law.

McDonald’s has apologised to the customer and her father. The fast-food giant said it was “extremely disappointed” that it had fallen short “on this occasion”.

The girl’s dad told BlackCountryLive: “My daughter found bacon in her Filet-O-Fish burger. Due to her religious beliefs and values, we want this to be known so it doesn’t happen again.”

A McDonald’s spokesperson said: “We’d like to apologise to the customer in question for their experience. We take order accuracy very seriously and have a number of procedures in place to avoid inaccurate orders….

Muslim man sues Little Caesars over ‘halal’ pepperoni

A Muslim man is suing Little Caesars Pizza for $100 million after he said he was given and accidentally ate a pizza containing pork pepperoni, despite ordering halal pepperoni.

Islamic law prohibits Muslims from eating pork.

It's a pity Muslims are under The Law. It's so much nicer being under grace.

The class action lawsuit filed in Wayne County Circuit Court on Thursday claims the restaurant violated Michigan State Law 750.297f, which it referred to as the “Wayne County Halal and Kosher Anti-Fraud and Truth-in-labeling ordinance.”

“They have no regard for people’s religious beliefs,” said attorney Majed Moughni, representing plaintiff Mohamad Bazzi. “This is a violation of the Muslim faith. You can’t be handing out pork, mislabeling it as halal and get away with it. This isn’t how America operates. A billion dollar corporation can’t get away with it.”

Named as defendants in the suit are Little Caesars Pizza, Little Caesar Enterprises Inc., a manager named Denise and two unnamed employees.

Bazzi, 32, claims that in two separate incidents — in March and May — he received pizzas with pork pepperoni when he had ordered halal pepperoni.

Jill Proctor, a Little Caesars spokeswoman, said the company believes the claim is without merit.

“Little Caesars cherishes our customers from all religions and cultures, and the communities we serve are very important to us,” Proctor said in a statement. “While we can’t comment on pending litigation, we take this claim very seriously.”

In the lawsuit, Bazzi said that on March 20 he went to the Little Caesars at 7315 Schaefer which has a sign in the window advertising that halal pepperoni was served at the location.

He alleges that he ordered a large pizza with halal pepperoni and received a box that was labeled as such. Bazzi said that he and his wife began eating the pizza and realized that they were eating pork pepperoni.

Bazzi and his wife became sick to their stomach, said his attorney, Majed Moughni.

“His wife is a Catholic convert (to Islam) who had eaten pork all her life,” Moughni said. “She knows the taste of pork. He was very angry, upset.”

Moughni said his client wondered how many others had unknowingly eaten pork pepperoni from the restaurant. Three days later, Bazzi filed a police report with the Dearborn Police Department, according to the lawsuit.

The lawsuit notes Bazzi went back to the restaurant on Wednesday to order another pizza and specifically asked for halal pepperoni. The lawsuit alleges that Bazzi received a pork pepperoni.

At the advice of his attorney, Bazzi returned to the restaurant to question the workers and to record the conversation. Moughni said the manager claims that Bazzi requested a Hot-n-Ready pepperoni pizza and that he requested a halal sticker be placed on the box. That’s a claim he denies….

“These people were unknowingly assaulted,” he said. “None of these employees seem to care.”

(WJBK) - Attorney for Little Caesars said on Friday that a lawsuit that claimed a Detroit-area Muslim man had been served pepperoni pizza instead of halal pepperoni was being dropped. However, the man's attorneys are disputing that assertion.

A judge dismissed a $100 million lawsuit against Little Caesars Pizza that alleged that pork was sold as “halal pepperoni” at a restaurant in a Detroit suburb that has a large Muslim population.

Wayne County Circuit Court Judge Susan Hubbard threw out the lawsuit filed by Dearborn resident Mohamad Bazzi against Little Caesars Pizza, the Detroit Free Press reported. But the judge allowed a second lawsuit against the pizza chain over the pepperoni to move forward.

Belgium Outlaws Muslim and Jewish Animal Slaughtering Practices

A ban on the Muslim and Jewish methods of ritually slaughtering animals has come into force in Belgium. Supporters of the move herald it as a humane development while critics have slammed it as an attack on religious freedom.

The ban brings Belgium in line with European Union regulations that require animals to be stunned, so they can’t feel pain, before slaughter. However, Jewish and Muslim religious laws require that animals are conscious when they are killed.

Kosher and Halal methods of slaughter involve the animal being killed with a single cut to the neck which severs critical blood vessels. Advocates claim the animal loses consciousness in seconds and it doesn’t suffer during the process.

Approximately 500,000 Muslims and over 30,000 Jews live in the small European country, which has a population of 11.3 million. Leaders of both communities have railed against the new law and are challenging it in Belgium’s Constitutional Court.

Rabbi Pinchas Goldschmidt, the president of the Conference of European Rabbis, said the ban is proof that “radical Islam has won.”

“We are in the midst of an attack on the freedom of religion. The European capital has, with its laws and lack of tolerance for minorities, proven that radical Islam has won,” he said, as cited by Israel National News.

“We managed to block many [similar pieces] of legislation in other countries in Europe and attempts to pass bills in the European Parliament and initiatives in the the EU’s agencies.”

 Today is the last day that kosher meat can be prepared in Belgium's Jewish communities - that's approx. 40,000 Jews.

"A sad day for the Jews of Europe, a sad day for religious freedom in Europe," @europeanrabbis president Rabbi Pinchas Goldschmidt (my father-in-law) wrote.

However, that stance was dismissed by animal rights activists. Ann De Greef, director of Global Action in the Interest of Animals, said that in Belgium “the law is above religion.”

“They want to keep living in the Middle Ages and continue to slaughter without stunning – as the technique didn’t yet exist back then – without having to answer to the law,” she said to the New York Times. “Well, I’m sorry, in Belgium the law is above religion and that will stay like that.”

Most EU countries have religious exceptions to the EU’s stunning requirement. However, Belgium is joining Sweden, Denmark and Slovenia among the nations that do not make allowances; while in Germany and the Netherlands, the exceptions are very limited.

The new law applies to the country’s Flanders region and a similar ruling will come into force in the Wallonia region in August, meaning the religious slaughtering practices will be outlawed across the country.

This is one of the first occasions that comes to mind where 'New Age activists', in this case animal rights activists, have come out against Muslim practices. I'm certain acting against Jewish practices was no big step for them, but against Islam, that's another matter.

Court Orders Halal Supermarket in Paris to Close Because it Sells No Pork or Wine

A French court has ordered a halal grocery store in Paris to shut down because it did not sell pork and alcohol, and failed to cater for the needs of the customers.

The Court of Nanterre ruled on Monday that the “Good Price” mini-market in Colombes failed to comply with the conditions of its lease, according to which the grocery must act as a "general food store,” La Liberation reported.

The court ordered the termination of the store's lease and the eviction of the tenants. In addition, the owner must pay €4,000 to the local authority in respect of legal costs.

The court ruled that the owner of the store had failed to meet “the needs of all inhabitants of the residential area.” The products that the shop stocked were "restrictive and did not fit the broad concept of general goods,” it added.

Local residents complained that after the halal mini-market replaced a regular supermarket they were not being served properly, with halal products constituting 96 percent of what the grocery shop sold.

The landlord said it was impossible to find bottles of wine or pork on the shelves, even though the lease had been granted for a "general food store." When the owner of the store was questioned at the time, he said, as cited by 20minutes.fr: "It's business. I look around me and I target what I see."

The grocery store’s owner and his lawyer argued that, while being “accused of not selling wine, wine is not part of the general diet." The store has “no obligations to sell it, as it was only a complement to food,” the lawyer said. 

That's almost blasphemy in France! This story fits into Dr. Peter Hammond's scale of effects of an increasingly Muslim society: 

From 5% on, they exercise an inordinate influence in proportion to their percentage of the population. For example, they will push for the introduction of halal (clean by Islamic standards) food, thereby securing food preparation jobs for Muslims. They will increase pressure on supermarket chains to feature halal on their shelves — along with threats for failure to comply.
