Attacks In Israel: Two Individuals Referred For Immediate Appearance For Glorification of Terrorism and Death Threats In Paris

translated from “Attaques en Israël: Deux Individus Déférés en Comparution Immédiate pour Apologie du Terrorisme et Menaces de Mort à Paris,”

by Mathias Tesson with Martin Regley, BFM, October 11, 2023

Following the Hamas attack in Israel on Saturday October 7, two individuals were brought in immediate court for “apology of terrorism” and “repeated death threats made because of religion”, BFMTV learned from the public prosecutor’s office in Paris.

The first individual was arrested on Sunday October 8 in the 19th arrondissement of Paris. The man who said he was Syrian shouted “Allahu Akbar” in front of a synagogue school around 1:50 p.m.

This Tuesday, October 10, he was brought in for immediate appearance for “repeated death threats made because of religion” and “violence against a person holding public authority which did not result in incapacity for work.” The case was postponed until November 20, and the defendant was remanded in custody.

The same day, in the 16th arrondissement of the capital, another individual was arrested near the ACIP synagogue. He is accused of having shouted “dirty Jews, 150 dead is not a lot. More would have been needed” in front of the place of worship, around 1:55 p.m.

Four individuals released

He was brought in for immediate appearance on October 10, 2023 for “glorification of terrorism” and “repeated death threats made because of religion.” The case was postponed until November 20 and the defendant placed under judicial supervision.

Furthermore, during the night from Sunday to Monday, around 1 a.m., four individuals were arrested on the Iéna bridge, in the 7th arrondissement. The police spotted them while an individual, drunk, was wearing a Palestinian flag and a keffiyeh.

According to a witness present, they shouted “Long live Palestine, death to the Jews, death to Israel.” Placed in police custody, they were released without prosecution because there was no evidence allowing investigators to corroborate possible contentious statements.

In all in France, “more than 20 arrests” have taken place since Saturday October 7, announced Gérald Darmanin this Wednesday October 11 from a Jewish school in Sarcelles (Val d’Oise).

In France, Immediate Deportation of Non-Citizens

For Antisemitic Acts

OCT 13, 2023 4:00 PM BY HUGH FITZGERALD

In France, the Muslim migrants who have done so much to make the country less pleasant, more expensive, and more physically dangerous for the indigenous French than was the case before they arrived in such large numbers, have unsurprisingly celebrated Hamas’ great deed of mass murder by unleashing their own wave of attacks on Jews in France. More than 1,000 antisemitic acts have been reported just in the period from Oct. 9 to Oct. 11. Synagogues, Jewish schools, and Jewish government officials have had to be placed under police guard. And the Minister of the Interior has just announced that non-citizens who commit antisemitic acts will be promptly deported. More on this welcome and much-needed policy can be found here:

‘Immediate Expulsion’: France Working to Deport Foreigners Arrested

in Antisemitic Incidents Following Hamas Attack

by Andrew Bernard, Algemeiner, October 11, 2023:

Speaking outside a Jewish school in a suburb of Paris on Wednesday, France’s Interior Minister Gérald Darmanin announced that at least two individuals are in the process of being deported from France over antisemitic incidents following the Hamas terrorist attack in Israel on Saturday.

Le Parisien reports that, according to the Interior Minister’s office, one incident involved a Syrian man speaking English who tried to enter a synagogue school in Paris, was stopped by the school’s guards, and began talking about bombs and shouting “Allahu Akbar” before he was arrested.

Another involved a man who was stopped by police driving in front of a synagogue in Cannes and was found to be in possession of a tear gas canister….

Darmanin added that there have been more than 1,000 reports of antisemitic incidents reported since Monday, including crowds shouting threats at synagogues, vandalism, and drones entering school yards….

Given those 1,000 reports of antisemitic incidents, that means there are a great many more people who have committed antisemitic acts, and who, once they are tracked down, should be summarily expelled under this new policy. To judge by the first two men who Darmanin has said will soon be expelled, the definition of “antisemitic act” is also going to be quite broad.

The first man to be apprehended had tried, but failed, to enter a synagogue, where he spoke to the guards who stopped him about “bombs” — though he apparently had no weapons on him. And of course, he shouted that claim that both asserts Muslim superiority and constitutes an Islamic war cry — “Allahu akbar” (Our God is greater than yours). That was enough for him to be arrested, and soon he will be sent back to Syria, his country of origin. The second man charged had been driving on a road just outside a synagogue, in what the police obviously saw as a threatening manner, presumably slowing down his car to a menacing crawl outside the building, and when the police pulled him over to check him out, they found inside his car a tear gas canister. Clearly, this was someone up to no good just outside a synagogue. That was enough to charge him with an antisemitic act. The bar for what constitutes an antisemitic act has obviously been set low, and all those foreign nationals who have been gathering in recent days to shout outside synagogues will find themselves being expelled by the hundreds and even thousands from France, and it won’t only be the Jews of France who will be much relieved.

Any foreign nationals who make antisemitic threats or comments, of any kind, or who in person, or by telephone, or on social media, including X (formerly known as Twitter) and Facebook, or whose behavior is deemed threatening to Jews, are going to find themselves in the coils of French justice, and they will almost immediately be removed from France. At last the French government is beginning to fight against those migrants — overwhelmingly Muslim, who have made the lives of French Jews — 91% of whom said in a recent poll that they have personally experienced antisemitism — so fraught with fear. It’s about time.

Has the quick action by the French police prevented a mass protest in Paris, or is it too early to say that? Such action was not followed by London's Muslim Mayor and the consequences are an astonishing march of mass madness.

Tens of thousands of protesters across UK call for a free Palestine

Fifteen arrested at march in London, while demonstrations also take place in

Manchester, Liverpool, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen

It looks closer to hundreds of thousands marching in London alone. If that doesn't scare the living daylights out of Westminster I don't know what will.

Tens of thousands of people have marched through cities across the UK calling for a free Palestine as tensions grew over an impending Israeli ground offensive in Gaza.

Protesters gathered in Manchester, Liverpool, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen and London, carrying flags and flares and calling for world leaders to condemn the actions of the Israeli army.

Fifteen people were arrested at the protest in central London, after warnings from police that action would be taken against anyone showing support for Hamas or deviating from the agreed route.

So this march was approved by Met police!

One man, who allegedly launched a wooden stick at a passing Met van next to Nelson’s Column in Trafalgar Square, was chased by officers and arrested after reportedly jumping into a fountain at the landmark.

Nearby protesters then shoved police and threw objects, including bottles, at them, the PA agency reported.

The Metropolitan Police said on Saturday evening that there had been “small pockets of disorder and unacceptable criminality towards our officers in Trafalgar Square” and that eight of the arrests related to suspected assaults on emergency workers, as well as allegedly setting off fireworks in public places. There were also some suspected public order offences.

Nine officers were treated for minor injuries and a dispersal order was imposed on an area of central London that included Trafalgar Square, Green Park and St James’ Park, to tackle “incidents of antisocial behaviour, crime and disorder”, the Met said. It added that the area around Trafalgar Square was “now clear”.

In Edinburgh, thousands staged an impromptu march to the Scottish parliament, chanting “Free, free Palestine!” and “From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free” as they made their way up The Mound and along Edinburgh’s famous Royal Mile.

Upon arrival, some activists “took the knee” and held a minute’s silence in solidarity with the Palestinian people.

Demonstrations were also held in Aberdeen, Dundee and Glasgow, where Bath Street had to be closed due to the number of people attending. Shaaista Bhutta and Muzaffar Yousaf, the parents of the Scottish first minister, Humza Yousaf, are understood to be among those who attended the rally.

In London, a pronounced police presence reflected sensitivities surrounding the march, and minutes before protesters set off, Scotland Yard announced that its counter-terrorism police were looking into more than 50 cases of “potential terrorist content online” in the period since Hamas launched its attack against Israel last Saturday.

The home secretary, Suella Braverman, had said earlier in the week that waving a Palestinian flag might be a criminal offence. Few at the march in London seemed to take such a threat seriously, with a sea of Palestinian flags visible as the crowd moved slowly down Regent Street towards Whitehall.

Waving hers proudly was Ruth Bennett, 72, and her daughter Tammy, who was attending her first demonstration at the age of 50.

“I’ve never been so offended in my entire life,” said Tammy. “Normally I’m pretty lazy politically but I’m so angry. How can a small child cowering in a tower block be considered a terrorist?

“Everybody seems to be turning a blind eye to what’s going on in Gaza. I had to be here.”

Born in Zimbabwe, Tammy said growing up in southern Africa had taught her much about the toxicity of apartheid.

Her mother said: “This is personal for me. In South Africa people were pushed into townships and rural areas against their will. In Palestine they actually want to wipe people from the face of the earth.”

Where are they getting this garbage from? Everyone seems to have turned a blind eye toward what happened in Israel. It appears they learned nothing about apartheid or they would realize that it is the Palestinians who practice apartheid, not the Israelis.

Close by stood Ruaiya, a 16-year-old London student, energetically waving her flag and eager to send a message to the home secretary. “For me the flag is a symbol of peace, of human rights. A criminal offence? Genocide, ethnic cleansing are criminal offences.”

How utterly stupid! She has turned the truth completely up-side-down.

In a letter sent to chief constables in England and Wales earlier this week, Braverman also told senior officers to consider whether chants such as “from the river to the sea, Palestine will be free” should be understood as an expression of violence and if, in certain situations, they amounted to a racially aggravated section 5 public order offence.

“From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free” - means free of Jews. That's genocide they are chanting. That is no different than the Holocaust and all these people are thereby Holocaust supporters.

Again, much of the crowd appeared willing to ignore such threats, with the chant frequently ringing around London’s West End.

The former Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn addressed the rally, calling on political leaders to condemn the assault on Gaza.

Did Jeremy condemn the assault on Israel?

“It is a day of solidarity and it is a day of hope,” said Corbyn, who now sits as the independent MP for Islington North. “There are many who say that nobody should be here today because they’ll be condoning terrible things. None of us are here to condone killing. None of us are here to condone occupation.

“If you believe in international law, if you believe in human rights, then you must condemn what is happening now in Gaza by the Israeli army.”

What an absurd man!

Elsewhere among the crowd, Shansul, 41, from east London said he had brought along his two children, aged nine and 13, to learn “the values of solidarity and the importance of standing up for the oppressed”.

He said: “It’s important for my kids to understand these values but also how lucky they are, that they can go home and play computer games in safety while kids in Gaza face being wiped out.”

Like the kids in Kfar Aza, Israel. There is nothing remotely close to the atrocity Hamas committed in this Kibbutz, in Gaza.

Others had attended in the hope a strong turnout might precipitate a new political approach to the Israel-Palestine conflict. Tailor Shikha, 23, was not over confident. “If not, just please stop the siege of Gaza. Please.”

It was a sentiment repeated widely among those present in London. Selbi Durdiyeva, 34, a lawyer from Turkmenistan, said: “Civilians should never be targeted. The siege needs to finish. I don’t have an easy solution, but I do know that Palestine has the right to resist.”

But apparently, Israel does not!

In Edinburgh, where police on motorbikes redirected traffic to help facilitate the peaceful march, Iman, a Palestinian woman, said people in Gaza “need a right to freedom, and refugees need the right to return”.

And Israelis need the right to exist!

She added: “We want justice, we want peace and we want freedom.

You don't want peace, Iman, or you wouldn't elect Hamas to be your government. And you don't want freedom, you want the annihilation of all Jews in the Holy Land and nothing less.

“I thank Scotland for not raising the Israeli flag. I thank Scotland for standing in solidarity, unconditional solidarity with my people. I thank Scotland for its strength to find a safe haven for refugees.

“We need corridors for people to receive medical aid, food and water.”

Another attender, a Labour party member who did not wish to give his name for fear of ramifications from the party, told PA: “I’m here because there are voices in the mainstream of UK politics that are on Palestine’s side – not the UK government and unfortunately not the opposition.

“I’m happy that other people are here too because I want to show that there are people in the UK who care.”

Six activists with Israel flags attended the demonstration as a counter-protest but they were outnumbered by pro-Palestine activists, PA reported.

In Manchester, hundreds of protesters waving “freedom for Palestine” banners marched through the city centre to the beating of drums and chants of “free, free Palestine”. Speeches were made at Platt Fields park before people marched through Rusholme to St Peter’s Square.

In Liverpool, several hundred people waved Palestinian flags as they made their way to the offices of BBC Radio Merseyside. Earlier, the pro-Palestinian group Palestine Action splattered the national headquarters of the BBC with red paint in protest over the broadcaster’s coverage of the Israel-Hamas war, which it said was “manufacturing consent for Israel’s war crimes”.

Speaking to the Echo at the protest, one protester said: “It’s just not fair and just. Everyone’s life should be the same. Everyone’s life should be equal.”

Another, attending with her family, said: “I would like to see that we’re able to come to a dialogue. We need to get to the point where we come to a real positive solution for the Palestinians.”

There is no dialogue with Hamas, their one and only goal, other than making themselves filthy rich, is the annihilation of Jews from the river to the sea. There is no possibility of peace in Gaza as long as Hamas and PIJ are running things.

Berlin: At a pro-Israel demonstration: Syrian migrants kick passers-by!

translated from “Bei Pro-Israel-Demo: Syrische Migranten treten auf Passanten ein!,”

Exxpress, October 12, 2023

500 terror fans besieged Vienna’s Stephansplatz on Wednesday. Unbelievable scenes also took place in Berlin: Syrians kicked a German at a peaceful pro-Israel demonstration. The migrants had previously attacked a 72-year-old woman.

At the end of the peaceful demonstration, the situation in Berlin escalated completely. A horde of anti-Semitic terror fans formed around the pro-Israel demonstrators. They attacked the participants with Palestine flags and chants. Until it even came to physical attacks.

Investigations into grievous bodily harm

“Initially around 70 to 100 people appeared in small groups and chanted non-German chants,” explained police spokeswoman Jana Ulbricht. “After that, about 40 of them joined together to form a larger group and shouted more chants.”

The emergency services were able to push the mob back towards the Stadthallenpark and arrest them there, writes “Bild.” Particularly violent: Three young men snatched a small Israeli flag from a 72-year-old woman and fled with their loot. They knocked over a 55-year-old man. When the German was on the ground, the trio kicked the completely uninvolved man. Shortly afterwards, the attackers were caught: they were two Syrians (17, 20) and a 15-year-old suspect whose nationality was still unknown, as the police announced. They still had the stolen flag with them. Theft and grievous bodily harm are now being investigated.
