Middle East Madness > Syria's Emerging Intolerance

Syria: Muslims chant ‘Take us to Suwayda,’

where jihadis slaughtered Druze

The lad brandishing the huge pair of scissors is celebrating the jihadis’ humiliation of Druze elders by forcibly shaving their beards.

Anyway, where is the Vast Majority of Peaceful Muslims, exhorting these people to embrace the true, peaceful teachings of Islam?

Middle East Madness > Palestinian propaganda is so obvious but MSM keeps missing it; Christian murdered for not paying jizya in Syria

Israel Somehow Keeps Killing Exactly ‘81’ Gazans

The magic number that proves the Gaza casualties are fake.

At least 81 Palestinians have been killed” in 24 hours in Gaza, the BBC reported on June 28, 2025, citing the “the Hamas-run health ministry”.

There was nothing extraordinary about this at first glance beyond the way that the media had become comfortable building stories around claims from an Islamic terrorist group.

Why 81 dead? Perhaps that seemingly random number is how many people were really killed.

And yet five months earlier, on January 16, 2025, the New York Times reported that, “Gaza’s health ministry said on Thursday morning that at least eight Israeli attacks in the territory had killed 81 people… over the previous 24 hours.”

What were the odds of exactly 81 people being killed in 24 hours on two different dates in Gaza?

Better than you might think.

In 2024, the United Nations passed on the claim by the Hamas “Ministry of Health in Gaza, 81 Palestinians were killed” in 24 hours between February 28 and 29.

A few weeks later, on Mar 18, 2024, the Daily Telegraph reported that the latest Hamas ‘Ministry of Health’ official “toll includes at least 81 deaths in the previous 24 hours.”

No one seemed all that surprised at the Israeli precision that had managed to kill precisely 81 people in 24 hours on 4 different occasions.

And then two months later it happened again.

“81 Palestinians killed in 8 Israeli massacres in Gaza in 24 hours,” the Palestinian Authority’s Wafa reported on May 26, 2024.

The media was claiming that Israel had killed 81 people in February, March and May.

If you think that’s incredible, consider the odds of Israel killing 81 people exactly a year apart.

“Medical sources told Al Jazeera that at least 81 people have been killed in Israeli attacks on various parts of Gaza,” the Qatari terrorist news agency claimed on May 26, 2025.

CNN backed up that same number and date contending that a “total of 81 people have been killed… in Gaza in the last 24 hours, the health ministry in Gaza reported.”

Israel had killed 81 people on the same dates in 2024 and 2025. Truly unprecedented.

But Israel kills 81 people fairly often on Al Jazeera, which also reported on July 22, 2024  that, “at least 81 Palestinians killed after Israel launched new military operation in Khan Younis.”

Why does Israel keep killing 81 people in 24 hours specifically? Obviously it’s not.

Forensic accountants (and high school teachers) look for the repetition of certain unlikely numbers as evidence of fraud. People faking their ledgers usually try to avoid round numbers and so they pick an odd number. But they often repeat that same number again and again.

People fall into patterns and having cited “81 people in 24 hours”, Hamas fell into the rut of picking the same number on multiple occasions creating the wildly improbable scenario in which Israeli air strikes kept killing 81 people.

But when people think that they’re being random, they’re actually following patterns. Some people have lucky numbers, a former address, a winning score or a wedding date, that naturally comes to mind whenever they’re asked to pick a random number. That’s something mentalists and magicians know how to exploit. And that may have also been the case with Hamas.

Numerology is a major matter in Islam and ‘81’ is seen as one of Islam’s ‘magical’ numbers. Muslims think of ‘81’ as a special number because they believe that they can see the numbers ‘18’ and ’81’ on their hands written in Arabic and that these numbers together form ‘99’ which is the total of names for their deity ‘Allah’. Thus ‘81’ plays an important role in their prayers.

Hamas may not have intentionally planned to cite ‘81’ repeatedly, but as devout Muslims, the number was already on their minds and when picking a figure out of thin air, they chose 81.

They may have been at it longer than anyone realizes because the earliest media mention of 81 in Gaza dates back to July 2014 when a CNN report claimed that, “At least 81 killed in Gaza.”

It’s possible that after this article comes out, they will stop, but also equally possible that they will keep it up because no one in the media had noticed it and no one will comment on it now.

CNN passed on Hamas claims that 81 people had been killed in Gaza beginning in 2014 and, since Oct 7, on Oct 20, 2023May 26, 2024 and Jan 16, 2025 without doing a double take.

And the rest of the media is no better.

What’s at stake here is more than ‘81’, it’s the entire war propaganda narrative of tens of thousands of dead women and children delivered to the media by Hamas. If that narrative collapses, the push for a ‘ceasefire’ that leaves the terrorists in power, a mission that has become the core political activity of both Islamists and the far left, will also fall apart.

The media can’t allow itself to spot even the more obvious ‘tells’ of fraud. Including Israel somehow repeatedly killing precisely 81 people on different dates and operations.

To Muslims, 81 is sacred, but to everyone else it ought to be a measure of the Big Lie.

After Oct 7, Hamas took its hostages, retreated to its tunnels and counted on its Muslim Brotherhood parent group and the MB’s network of allies to launch a propaganda campaign based on fake atrocities and an equally fake civilian death toll. The media continues printing every lie sent by Hamas, sometimes at least citing the ‘Gaza Ministry of Health’ as “Hamas-run” and other times misleadingly calling the genocidal Islamic terrorists “Gaza health officials”.

81 is also the degree to which the media chose not to examine the numbers it was getting from Hamas. Why? Because the media wants the terrorists to win and it wants America, Israel and the rest of the civilized world to lose.

The next time you hear another nonsensical death toll out of Gaza, just reply with “81.”

A report came out just yesterday, 10th of July, that said 80 were killed. I guess the propagandists decided to mix it up a little.

Syria: Muslims murder Christian goldsmith after he refuses to pay ‘protection money’

“Fight against those do not believe in Allah or the last day, and do not forbid what Allah and his messenger have forbidden, and do not follow the religion of truth, even if they are among the people of the book, until they pay the jizya with willing submission and feel themselves subdued.” (Qur’an 9:29)

Syriac Goldsmith killed in Hmoth after refusing to pay protection money

Syriac Press, July 10, 2025:

HMOTH, Syria — George Ishoh, a goldsmith originally from a Syriac family from Hasakah, North and East Syria, is the latest victim of lawlessness and security breakdown in Hmoth (Homs). He was shot dead by masked gunmen outside his home in the al-Mahatta neighborhood on Wednesday evening.

According to various sources, Ishoh, a father of two, had refused to pay protection money to an armed gang, which led to his targeting. He was struck by a bullet in the head before the assailants fled the murder scene. Neighbors rushed him to the University Hospital in an attempt to save his life, but it was too late.

At the time of the killing, Ishoh was alone at home. His wife, originally from the Rûm village of al-Qalatia in Wadi al-Nasara (Valley of Christians), and their son were not in town.

Following the bombing of the Mar Elias Greek (Rûm) Orthodox Church in Daramsuq (Damascus), which resulted in dozens of casualties, the Syrian government and its security forces were expected to increase security presence across Syria, especially in Christian areas. However, security incidents have continued, even escalated, amid the widespread availability of weapons and a lack of accountability….

Syria - What's Next? > Evicting Alawites from Damascus - stealing their homes; Sharia gaining strength in Syria

There Is, in Syria, a Hideous Effort to Reduce Alawites to Poverty

There is, in Syria, a hideous effort to reduce Alawites to poverty and to enrich, at their expense, the very people who have made them abandon their property:

Held at gunpoint, with minutes to leave:

How Syria evicts Alawites from their homes

by Amina Ismail, Jerusalem Post, May 3, 2025:

For more than 50 years, Assad and his father before him crushed any opposition from Syria’s Sunni Muslims, who make up more than 70% of the population. Alawites took many of the top positions in government and the military and ran big businesses.

They now accuse supporters of Sharaa, who once ran an al Qaeda affiliate, of systematically abusing them as payback….

No other conclusion is possible. Despite that reassuring rhetoric, al-Sharaa has done nothing concrete to help the Alawites. When Alawites by the thousands were being murdered in Latakia, al-Sharaa did not send in troops to protect them. Nor has he done anything since about finding and punishing the Sunni Muslims who murdered the Alawites. In Damascus itself, hundreds, if not thousands of Alawite families have seen their houses seized and they are now out on the street, unless they are lucky enough to have relatives, most likely in Latakia, willing to take them in. Al-Sharaa knows all about the evictions, but as with the murders of Alawites in Latakia, has done nothing to stop them.

Two government officials said thousands of people had been kicked out of homes in Damascus since Assad was toppled by Sharaa’s rebel force, with the majority being Alawites.

The officials said most resided in government housing associated with their jobs in state institutions and, since they were no longer employed, they had lost their right to stay….

Why were these people no longer employed by the state? What was their fault? Were they really part of the Assad government’s terror state? Or was it only the fact of their being Alawites that condemned them to such barbarous treatment by Sunnis determined to take over their property?

As long as the Sunnis in Syria continue to wage war on the minorities — so far they have killed more than a thousand Alawites in Latakia and evicted many thousands of them from their homes in Damascus, and attacked the Druze in Jaramana and Sahnaya, two suburbs of the capital city — those minorities will not put any faith in Ahmed al-Sharaa’s assurances about inclusion and equal treatment. To protect the Druze, Israel has hit Sunni Muslims threatening the Druze suburbs, and even managed to conduct airstrikes all around the perimeter of the presidential palace in Damascus, as a way to warn al-Sharaa to protect the Druze. And since those airstrikes, IDF troops on the ground have moved northward from the Golan, providing enhanced protection to more of the Druze villages.

On April 16, STJ filed a complaint with the Damascus Suburbs Directorate, calling for an end to “sectarian-motivated” property violations and the return of looted properties.

It is doubtful that the Sunni Muslims will be stopped by a complaint from the STJ. Al-Sharaa surely knew what has been going on in Damascus ever since January, when the security services first started their evictions of Alawites.

Assad’s father Hafez al-Assad moved Alawites from coastal areas to urban centers to help cement his powerbase. He set up military installations and housing units for troops and their families around Damascus, where Alawites, who were over-represented in the army, made up a significant portion of the population, according to Fabrice Balanche, a Syria expert and associate professor at the University of Lyon 2 in France.

Balanche estimated that half a million Alawites have moved to coastal areas after being evicted from the capital, Homs, as well as Aleppo and other parts of Syria following Assad’s fall.

That’s a huge number of evictions of Alawites from homes all over Syria, that has received no attention in the Western media. Half a million Alawites, within less than four months, have been evicted from their homes, not just in Damascus, but also in Homs, Aleppo, and other cities, and have now sought safety in the Alawite stronghold of Latakia. The total Alawite population in Syria is between two and three million, so a very large percentage of the Alawites have now lost their homes to Sunnis. Nothing will assuage their despair and fury, nor will they ever trust the assurances of Ahmed al-Sharaa, whom they are sure knew about and did nothing to stop — and some think he may even have encouraged — these evictions.

Syria: Masked men in military uniforms attack store selling alcohol, threaten to kill Christian town’s residents

Islamic apologists in the West routinely insist that Sharia applies only to Muslims. This is the reality.

Amid threats to kill Christians | Masked men in military uniform attack alcoholic beverages store in Homs countryside

SOHR, May 5, 2025

(thanks to The Religion of Peace):

…In this context, SOHR activists have reported that a group of masked men in military uniform attacked a store selling alcoholic beverages in Rablah town, which is inhabited mostly by Christian citizens, in Al-Qusayr countryside in Homs. The gunmen assaulted a young man who was in the store at the time of the attack, sabotaged the store’s contents and stole money.

Before leaving the area, the gunmen threatened to kill the town’s residents, called residents as “infidels” and insulted the Christian religion and its symbols.

Last night, gunmen stormed Al-Karawan night club in Al-Hejaz area in Damascus city and opened machinegun fire indiscriminately, killing a female dancer and injuring other persons, before they left the night club. The gunmen did not announce their affiliation, while no bodies or authorities claimed responsibility for the attack….

Sounds like Sharia is gaining strength in Syria as fundamentalist Muslims take over.
