In confessing he conspired with Tony Fauci to hide the Wuhan lab origin of the COVID-19 virus from President Trump and the American people, Dr. Robert Kadlec has called for “accountability.”  Congress and the Department of Justice should take Kadlec up on that offer while every presidential candidate should promise to bring Fauci and his co-conspirators to a quick and rough justice. Kadlec is no slouch, no Cassidy Hutchinson-type secretary offering salacious gossip for 15 minutes of fame.  As Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response at Health and Human Services, Kadlec played a key role in developing the COVID-19 vaccine through Operation Warp Speed. 

I met Bob Kadlec in February of 2020 at the dawn of the pandemic as I began intense efforts at the White House to ready our country for the Chinese Communist whirlwind that might engulf us.  In my first interaction, Bob was uncooperative.  However, he quickly changed his tune after a “don’t mess with Trump’s White House” terse exchange. 

Bob was one of the few in our health care bureaucracy taking the threat seriously early in the pandemic.  I, along with POTUS himself, were among the very few in the White House who grasped COVID-19’s potential seriousness.   Together, Bob and I would do some very good work shoring up our personal protective equipment supply chains and advancing initiatives like those involving COVID-19 treatments, e.g.,  monoclonal antibodies.   

I’m not shocked by Kadlec’s confession that Fauci lied and Americans died – I have documented Fauci’s serial treacheries in my White House memoirs In Trump Time and Taking Back Trump’s America.  However, I am shocked that Kadlec, a former Air Force physician, would conspire with Fauci in the most deadly cover-up in American history.

Here’s how I explained the catastrophic consequences in my memoirs: “If Fauci had simply come clean, President Trump would have demanded that President Xi Jinping and the Chinese Communist Party immediately reveal the truth about the virus and, most importantly, release the original genome of the virus China’s scientists had genetically engineered.

I cannot overstate how important this single act of transparency on the part of Communist China would have been. The quasi-vaccines that have been developed to fight the Wuhan virus have turned out to be both primitive and dangerous instruments.  These mRNA quasi-vaccines are not true and safe vaccines like those for small pox and polio but, as Dr. [Robert] Malone and I have explained [in the Washington Times], they are merely leaky and non-durable gene-therapy technologies with a wide range of very dangerous side effects.

If, on the other hand, with the benefit of the original genome, we had known from the beginning what we were up against, our vaccine strategy would have been far more complex, effective, and safe. Millions of lives around the world could have been saved.” 

As Kadlec tells it to Sky News’ Sharri Markson, Fauci engineered his murderous cover-up to protect his reputation.  He wanted to hide at all costs that he had funded the Wuhan Institute of Virology to conduct its bioweapons research.  Fauci also wanted to bury the fact he had transferred cutting edge “gain of function” technologies to Communist Chinese researchers like the infamous Shi Zhengli.  This so-called “bat lady” would use Fauci’s  Frankenstein tools to turn benign viruses from nature into microscopic monsters capable of killing humans in the most agonizing of ways.

Yet, there is more to this story than Kadlec lets on.  Fauci, together with his NIH boss Francis Collins, no doubt engineered his cover-up as part of his broader push to develop a vaccine that would earn billions of dollars for Fauci’s Big Pharma benefactors. 

As for Kadlec, Bob would always agree with me in private that hydroxychloroquine – a Trump favorite -- was one of our cheapest and most effective COVID-19 treatments.  Yet, Kadlec, would never go public with that view, much less pressure the FDA’s Stephen Hahn or Fauci to stand down on their hydroxy opposition. 

In the meantime, legacy media pundits, led by CNN’s anchor John Berman, shamelessly peddled Fauci’s hydroxy hysteria.   Hundreds of thousands of Americans denied hydroxychloroquine by their own government, and afraid of the medicine, would needlessly die. 

In the end, hydroxy hysteria was just one more way for Fauci, Big Pharma and Kadlec himself to advance their broader vaccine agenda.  For once the FDA pulled the Emergency Use Authorization for hydroxychloroquine – against the direct orders of President Trump – the FDA could then issue an EUA for the vaccine.  

In closing, lest anyone question the claim that the vaccine itself has, on net, harmed far more people than it has helped, let me point you to the excellent work of analysts like Ed Dowd, the aforementioned Dr. Malone, Dr. Peter McCullough, and Dr. Steven Hatfill who collectively have documented the carnage.

WASHINGTON — House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer identified nine members of President Biden’s family Wednesday who allegedly received foreign income after teasing the bombshell for weeks.

“Since you asked, I’ll tell you,” Comer (R-Ky.) told a rapt room of reporters at the Capitol after laying out new bank record evidence showing first son Hunter Biden received $1 million from a corrupt Romanian businessman while his dad was vice president.

“Joe Biden’s son [Hunter], Joe Biden’s brother [James], Joe Biden’s brother’s wife [Sara], Hunter Biden’s girlfriend or Beau Biden’s widow [Hallie], however, you want to write that, Hunter Biden’s ex-wife [Kathleen Buhle], Hunter Biden’s current wife [Melissa Cohen], and three children of the president’s son and the president’s brother,” Comer said.

The chairman seemed to indicate that only one of Biden’s grandchildren and two of his brother’s children got the foreign funds.

“We’re talking about grandchil — a grandchild,” Comer said at the press conference. “That’s odd, most people that work hard every day’s grandchild doesn’t get a wire from a foreign national.” 

James Biden has three children, including daughter Caroline, who pleaded guilty in 2018 to making over $100,000 in charges on a stolen credit card.

Emails from Hunter’s abandoned laptop show Caroline turned up her nose at an $85,000 job offer that would have allowed her to serve her probationary period near her beloved cousin in California.

The president’s other brother, Frank Biden, has two children, but Comer did not mention him and it’s unclear why Frank’s daughters, who reportedly work for NBC and as a nurse practitioner, would be involved.

A Comer aide told The Post it is possible that additional Biden relatives received foreign money. 

Bank records indicate $80,000 transferred from Romanian businessman Gabriel Popoviciu from 2015 to 2017 went to accounts identified only by the name “Biden,” for example — and a March memo from the committee indicated $70,000 from Chinese company CEFC China Energy did as well.

Hunter Biden and first brother James Biden were well-known for years for seeking millions from nations including China, Mexico, Romania, Russia and Ukraine — but the involvement of other family members was only more recently alleged by Comer.

The Oversight Committee issued a memo on Wednesday morning saying that Hallie Biden appears to have received $10,000 in early 2017 from Popoviciu — before receiving another $25,000 later that year as part of Hunter and James Biden’s partnership with CEFC China Energy.

The White House did not immediately respond to The Post’s request for comment.

Rep. George Santos charged with fraud, money laundering,

using donor funds on designer duds

Lying Long Island Rep. George Santos surrendered Wednesday as federal prosecutors revealed the charges against him — including that he embezzled $50,000 in campaign money to buy designer clothing and pay personal expenses.

Santos, 34, is also accused of cheating his way to COVID unemployment benefits and lying to Congress on financial disclosure forms in which he claimed to be a millionaire, according to the 13-count indictment against him.

He pleaded not guilty at his first appearance in Central Islip federal court and was released on $500,000 bond.

The openly gay GOP lawmaker — who was elected Nov. 8 to represent New York’s 3rd District in Long Island and Queens — made headlines last year after copping to elaborate lies about his education, work experience, and family history before he was voted in. Santos has since been deemed a pariah by other New York Republicans — many of whom have called for him to step down.

He was arraigned Wednesday afternoon on a 13-count indictment charging him with seven counts of wire fraud, three counts of money laundering, one count of theft of public funds and two counts of making materially false statements to the House of Representatives.

“This indictment seeks to hold Santos accountable for various alleged fraudulent schemes and brazen misrepresentations,” said US Attorney Breon Peace in a statement.

Prosecutors accuse Santos of “relying on repeated dishonesty and deception to ascend to the halls of Congress and enrich himself,” Peace said.

“He used political contributions to line his pockets, unlawfully applied for unemployment benefits that should have gone to New Yorkers who had lost their jobs due to the pandemic and lied to the House of Representatives,” Peace continued.

According to the indictment, Santos allegedly solicited two separate payments of $25,000 from two people under the pretense that the money would be used for TV advertisements and for other campaign costs in the 2022 race.

But instead, Santos used the funds, which were donated in October 2022, “for his personal benefit, including to make cash withdrawals, personal purchases of luxury designer clothing, credit card payments, a car payment, payments on personal debts, and one or more bank transfers to [Santos’] personal associates,” the filing charges.

Santos allegedly tricked a Queens-based political consultant, “Person 1,” into helping him secure the campaign contributions from the two donors. He told the consultant in a Sept. 12, 2022, text message that “Company 1” — which received the contributions — “existed ‘just to help this race’ and there were ‘no limits'” to the number of contributions he was allowed to receive, the indictment states.

So “Person 1” told “Contributor 1” on Oct. 20 that the money would be spent “to get our advertising up on TV,” the court papers claim.

On Oct. 26, “in reliance upon these emails and text messages, ‘Contributor 1′” transferred $25,000 to be wired to “Company 1,” the indictment states.

LOCALS have been left baffled after an enormous sinkhole mysteriously appeared in northern Chile - that is still growing.

The 650ft deep and 82ft wide pit bizarrely emerged on Saturday in the commune of Tierra Amarilla in the Atacama Region.

The terrifying sinkhole is thought to be more than 650ft deep and is still swelling - leaving authorities "very worried".

Staggering aerial images released by Chilean media show the vastness of the strange phenomenon which has left experts stumped.

The extraordinary sinkhole has formed on an area of land about 413 miles north of the capital Santiago, operated by Canadian mining firm, Lundin Mining.

Specialists have been sent to the site to survey the area after the National Service of Geology and Mining, Sernageomin, were alerted.

The agency's director David Montenegro explained: "There is a considerable distance, approximately 200 metres (656ft), to the bottom.

"We haven’t detected any material down there, but we have seen the presence of a lot of water."

Chileans living nearby have been left horrified by the expanding sinkhole after officials confirmed it is still growing.

Local mayor Cristobal Zuniga said: "Yesterday [Saturday, 30th July] we received a citizen complaint regarding a sinkhole that occurred here in our community near the Alcaparrosa mine. 

"We are concerned, since it is a fear that we have always had as a community, the fact we are surrounded by mining deposits and subterranean works under our community.

"It is still active, it is still growing and it is something that has not previously been seen in our community."

However, there is no official confirmation yet that the sinkhole was caused by activities related to mining.

No injuries have been reported and officials are continuing to monitor the hole as mining work in the area was suspended.

In a statement on Monday, Lundin Mining insisted the sinkhole did not affect any workers or community members.

They said it had "remained stable" since it was first detected on Saturday.

The statement added: "The closest home is more than 600 meters away while any populated area or public service are almost a kilometer away from the affected zone."

The company are also reportedly conducting a technical analysis to determine the cause of the colossal hole.

Lundin Mining owns 80 percent of the property, while the rest is held by Japan's Sumitomo Corporation.

The deepest sinkhole ever recorded was in the Chongqing district of China, that measured a whopping 2,171 feet deep and 6735 metres wide.

Alex Jones ordered to pay $45.2M more over Sandy Hook lies

AUSTIN, Texas (AP) — A Texas jury on Friday ordered conspiracy theorist Alex Jones to pay $45.2 million in punitive damages to the parents of a child who was killed in the Sandy Hook Elementary School massacre, adding to the $4.1 million he must pay for the suffering he put them through by claiming for years that the nation’s deadliest school shooting was a hoax.

The total — $49.3 million — is less than the $150 million sought by Neil Heslin and Scarlett Lewis, whose 6-year-old son Jesse Lewis was among the 20 children and six educators killed in the 2012 attack in Newtown, Connecticut. But the trial marks the first time Jones has been held financially liable for peddling lies about the massacre, claiming it was faked by the government to tighten gun laws.

That was just for one child! What if the remaining 25 victim's families sue Jones? He must be more than a little anxious right now, as he should be.

It is good to see the jurors hold broadcasters responsible for telling flat-out lies. Perhaps it will put the fear-of-God into other journalists who have little regard for the truth or the feelings of the families of victims of horrible crimes.

Afterward, Lewis said that Jones — who wasn’t in the courtroom to hear the verdict — has been held accountable. She said when she took the stand and looked Jones in the eye, she thought of her son, who was credited with saving lives by yelling “run” when the killer paused in his rampage.

“He stood up to the bully Adam Lanza and saved nine of his classmates’ lives,” Lewis said. “I hope that I did that incredible courage justice when I was able to confront Alex Jones, who is also a bully. I hope that inspires other people to do the same.”

It could be a while before the plaintiffs collect anything. Jones’ lead attorney, Andino Reynal, told the judge he will appeal and ask the courts to drastically reduce the size of the verdict.

After the hearing, Reynal said he thinks the punitive amount will be reduced to as little as $1.5 million.

’We think the verdict was too high. ... Alex Jones will be on the air today, he’ll be on the air tomorrow, he’ll be on the air next week. He’s going to keep doing his job holding the power structure accountable.”

Jones’ companies and personal wealth could also get carved up by other lawsuits and bankruptcy. Another defamation lawsuit against Jones by a Sandy Hook family is set to start pretrial hearings in the same Austin court on Sept. 14. He faces yet another defamation lawsuit in Connecticut.

Plaintiffs’ attorney Mark Bankston said he believes he can challenge any attempt to reduce the damages. But he said even if the award is drastically cut, it’s just as important to take the big verdict into the bankruptcy court for the family to claim against Jones’ estate and company.

Jones testified this week that any award over $2 million would “sink us.” His company Free Speech Systems, which is Infowars’ Austin-based parent company, filed for bankruptcy protection during the first week of the trial.

Punitive damages are meant to punish defendants for particularly egregious conduct, beyond monetary compensation awarded to the individuals they hurt. A high punitive award is also seen as a chance for jurors to send a wider societal message and a way to deter others from the same abhorrent conduct in the future.

Barry Covert, a Buffalo, New York, First Amendment lawyer with no connection to the Jones case, said the total damages awarded amount to “a stunning loss for Jones.”

“With $50 million in all, the jury has sent a huge, loud message that this behavior will not be tolerated,” Covert said. “Everyone with a show like this who knowingly tells lies — juries will not tolerate it.”

If self-confessed ISIL killer is not held accountable, who will be?

OTTAWA — Listening to the New York Times Caliphate podcast is a harrowing experience. The most recent episodes feature a Canadian ISIL fighter, recounting in graphic detail how he executed two men in cold blood.

Abu Huzaifa al-Kanadi, his nom de guerre, talked in a disconcertingly bland North American accent about being taught how to behead people. “You had to know how to slice a head off,” he said.

He then depicted a group execution, in which he shot a middle-aged Muslim man in the back of the head. “It’s justified – you’re not going to be held accountable,” he said he told himself.

On another occasion, he took part in a community killing, stabbing a drug dealer in the heart. “The blood was warm and it sprayed everywhere,” he said. “I had to stab him multiple times.”

He said the second killing left him feeling “disgusted” and determined to return to his parents in Canada. He escaped to Turkey, and then on to his grandparents’ home in Pakistan. He eventually made his way home to Canada, telling immigration authorities at the airport that he’d spent the past 10 months at university in Pakistan. “I said it in a way so that it didn’t seem I was lying,” he said.

The only positive in all this is that he said he would never return to a life of violence. “No, I’ve come too far from it,” he said.

But, regardless of his conversion to a more harmonious world-view, it should not be overlooked that there is a self-confessed killer on the loose in Canada’s biggest city – one who lied to immigration officials to get into the country.

Actually, most murderers don't plan on repeating the act. That doesn't absolve them of responsibility for what they've done.

The case was raised in the House of Commons on Friday, the day after the podcast was released. Conservative MP Candice Bergen wondered how the government is not doing something about an individual who speaks so freely to the media.

Ralph Goodale, the Public Safety Minister, said he couldn’t discuss operational matters on the floor of the House but that the Canadian Security Intelligence Service and the RCMP are “taking all the necessary steps to ensure that justice is enforced”.

Let’s hope that Huzaifa has said enough to incriminate himself and that he is made to answer for his crimes.

Not all cases are as open and shut. As Global News’ Stewart Bell revealed Monday, Canada’s strategy for managing returning jihadis is fraught with problems.

Documents released to Bell under the Access to Information Act suggest that criminal charges are unlikely to be brought against returning ISIL fighters because they require evidence of the individual’s activity in the war-zone, or because they rely on information provided by partners that the RCMP is not authorized to disclose in court.

This is the “intelligence to evidence” conundrum that has meant only a couple of prosecutions have proceeded in recent years.

The government says around 60 Canadian extremists have returned from Syria and Iraq, although academic Amarnath Amarasingam claims the figure is much lower – “no more than 10 at most”.

And yet, why would the government exaggerate the number? That makes no sense.

The United Kingdom has revoked the citizenship of ISIL fighters so they can’t return, while other countries like France and the U.S. have tried to make sure that any foreign fighters who joined ISIL die on the battlefield. But Canadians have a “right to return”, according to the briefing note provided for Goodale.

“Therefore, even if a Canadian engaged in terrorist activity abroad, the government must facilitate their return to Canada,” the document says.

The returning terrorists are managed by a group within government called the High Risk Returnee Interdepartmental Taskforce, which tries to mitigate the threat.

The RCMP document obtained by Bell suggests officers may travel overseas to collect evidence, or undercover officers could engage with the returnee to collect evidence and monitor them. The RCMP can send intervention teams to engage with the returnee and their family, to help them disengage from their past behaviour.

The hope is that, like Huzaifa, they have become disillusioned with their cause. But the documents offer a stark assessment – some terrorists do not fear prosecution or death.

And consequently, they do not fear or respect Canadian laws or codes of moral conduct!

The Charter changes everything in Canada. British defence secretary Gavin Williamson sparked a debate in the U.K. after he said a “dead terrorist can’t cause any harm to Britain”. Opinion polls suggested that 35 per cent of Britons felt jihadis should be treated as enemy combatants, making them legitimate targets, 42 per cent favoured stripping them of citizenship and only 11 per cent said they should be brought home to face sentencing and rehabilitation.

With the first two options off the table for the Canadian government, prosecution, monitoring and rehabilitation are the only tools left in the kit.

And, of course, Canadians will have no say in it because Justin knows best what is good for Canadians. And no-one in Justin's Canada is going to have their feelings hurt by the government, except Christians.

The vast majority of Canadians favour prosecution but cautious intelligence agencies and wary prosecutors mean the Public Prosecution Service has only charged two individuals to date.

The Huzaifa case is surely an opportunity to improve that strike rate.

Contrary to his own assertion as he pulled the trigger, the law demands he is held accountable.

If the justice system won’t prosecute in such an apparent slam-dunk case, what chance convictions in more contentious litigation?
