Islamic Hysteria > Hysterical Muslim mob beats Ahmadi man to death in Karachi (It's a disagreement about the false Messiah - the antichrist)

A mob, which included many members from the anti-blasphemy political group Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP), on Friday lynched a member of Pakistan's persecuted Ahmadiyya minority in the port city of Karachi. Hundreds of radical Islamists stormed the streets chanting slogans, enraged that Ahmadis were allegedly offering Friday prayers.

A mob beat to death a member of Pakistan's persecuted Ahmadiyya minority on Friday after hundreds of radical Islamists surrounded their place of worship in the port city of Karachi, police said.

A mob, many from the anti-blasphemy political group Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP), stormed through the narrow streets of Saddar neighbourhood chanting slogans, enraged that Ahmadis were allegedly offering Friday prayers.

"One member of the community was killed after the mob identified him as an Ahmadi. They attacked him with sticks and bricks," Muhammad Safdar, a senior local police official in the port city of Karachi where the incident happened.

"The mob included members of several religious parties," he told AFP.

Safdar said police took around 25 Ahmadis into custody for their safety.

An AFP journalist at the scene saw a prison van escorted by police vehicles take the Ahmadi men away, after negotiating with the 600-strong chanting mob.

The Ahmadiyya community are considered heretics by the Pakistani government and have been persecuted for decades, but threats and intimidation have intensified in recent years.

A local resident among the crowd, Abdul Qadir Ashrafi, told AFP he joined the mob to pressure police to arrest the Ahmadis.

"We requested that the place be sealed and that those conducting the Friday prayers be arrested, with criminal proceedings initiated against them," Abdul Qadir Ashrafi, a 52-year-old businessman said.

The Human Rights Commission of Pakistan said it was "appalled by the orchestrated attack by a far-right religious party on a colonial-era Ahmadi place of worship".

"This failure of law and order is a stark reminder of the continued complicity of the state in the systematic persecution of a beleaguered community," it said on X.

Deadly mob violence

Ahmadis, who number around 10 million worldwide, consider themselves Muslims, and their faith is identical to mainstream Islam in almost every way, but their belief in another messiah has marked them blasphemous non-believers.

In the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, the Promised Messiah is Mirza Ghulam Ahmad of Qadian. Ahmadis believe he is the Messiah and Mahdi, the figure prophesied to appear at the end of times to establish righteousness. This is a distinct belief from mainstream Islam, where the Messiah is also expected, but not identified with a specific individual.

Except, Shia Islam believes the 12th Imam is the Messiah

In Twelver Shia Islam, the 12th Imam is Muhammad al-Mahdi, who is believed to be in occultation and will eventually return to bring justice. This belief is a central tenet of Twelver Shia theology, with the Twelvers believing that he is currently alive and will reappear at the end of time.

The Bible clears up this confusion as it describes this "Messiah" as being the AntiChrist, who brings destruction upon the earth, and judgment by the real Messiah - Jesus Christ!

Pakistan's constitution has branded them non-Muslims since 1974, and a 1984 law forbids them from claiming their faith as Islamic.

Unlike in other countries, they cannot refer to their places of worship as mosques, make the call to prayer, or travel on the Hajj pilgrimage to Mecca.

Hardline TLP supporters regularly monitor Ahmadi places of worship and file police complaints against them for identifying as Muslims and conducting prayers in a manner similar to Islamic practices – illegal in Pakistan.

According to a tally kept by the community, six Ahmadis were killed in 2024, and more than 280 since 1984.

In the same period, more than 4,100 Ahmadis have faced criminal charges including 335 under blasphemy laws which carry the death penalty.

Mob violence is common in Pakistan, where blasphemy is an incendiary issue that carries the death penalty.

Dozens of churches were ransacked in the city of Jaranwala in 2023 when clerics used mosque loudspeakers to claim that a Christian man had committed blasphemy, sparking a crowd of hundreds of Muslim rioters.

Last August, the Supreme Court was pressured into backtracking on a landmark ruling that would have allowed Ahmadis to practise their faith as long as they do not use Muslim terms, after weeks of protests by fundamentalist groups, including death threats to the chief justice.

Islam Hates Christians > Muslims murder Christian evangelist in Uganda; Pakistani Christians flee for fear of Islamic hysteria; Muslim women fleeing Libya's hardline crackdown

Uganda: Muslims murder evangelist after he and

another Christian refuse to convert to Islam

The Qur’an says “There is no compulsion in religion” (2:256). However, what constitutes “compulsion” is in the eye of the beholder. The institutionalized subjugation of the dhimma, with its regular humiliation and harassment, from which one can be freed for the simple price of converting to Islam, is not considered compulsion.

Christian Slain after Helping to Lead 18 Muslims to Christ

Morning Star News, November 11, 2024:

NAIROBI, Kenya (Morning Star News)A local group of Muslim extremists on Oct. 30 killed an evangelist in eastern Uganda after he and another Christian refused to convert to Islam, the other Christian said.

After three days of a scheduled six-day evangelistic event at Nawaikoke trading center in Kaliro District at which 18 Muslims put their faith in Christ, area Islamists surrounded Emmanuel Dikusooka, a 29-year-old father of three children, and a fellow church member, Jack Mbulante, at about 6:30 p.m. as they returned to their hotel in Kaliro town, Mbulante said.

The six Muslim youths stopped the motorcycle the two Christians had rented just before crossing Lumbuye bridge, Mbulante said. Wearing traditional Islamic dress of tunics and capes and armed with long Somali swords (pangas), sticks and iron bars, the assailants forced them to surrender their bags, which contained Bibles and other Christian books, he said.

“They threw them all into the River Lumbuye, then ordered us to hold the Quran up that they had and told us to recite and swear in the name of Allah,” Mbulante told Morning Star News. “They tried to force us to renounce Jesus Christ and our faith and then embrace the Islamic faith. We openly refused, which angered them, and they hit Dikusooka with an iron bar on the head, and he fell down.”

Mbulante said he jumped into the river and started swimming as Dikusooka wailed and screamed for help. After crossing to the other side of the river, he recruited some Christians to try to rescue the evangelist.

“But unfortunately, when we arrived at the scene of the incident, Dikusooka was dead in a pool of blood,” Mbulante said. “He had deep head injuries, cuts at the neck and back and an injured mouth.”

Dikusooka leaves behind a wife and children ages 9, 6 and 4.

The Christians have reported the attack to police, who were said to be searching for the killers. Some of the former Muslims whom Dikusooka led to Christ know the assailants and fear for their lives, Mbulante said. They have taken refuge at an undisclosed location….

Pakistan: Fearing Muslim rage, residents flee

their homes after Christian accused of blasphemy

“When your Lord inspired the angels, I am with you. So make those who believe stand firm. I will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve. Then strike the necks and strike their fingertips.” (Qur’an 8:12)

Christian in Pakistan Jailed under Controversial Blasphemy Law

Morning Star News, November 11, 2024:

LAHORE, Pakistan (Christian Daily International–Morning Star News)Fearing Islamist rage, residents in an area of Lahore on Nov. 3 fled their homes after a Christian was arrested under Pakistan’s blasphemy laws, sources said.

Panic spread in Ward No. 12 of Kahna in Lahore, Punjab Province, after area Muslims accused Zafar Iqbal of setting fire to quranic pages in the courtyard of his house, said rights activist Napolean Qayyum.

“As news spread, many Christian families locked their homes and left for safer places, fearing a Jaranwala-type attack on their homes,” he said.

The complainant in the First Information Report (FIR) registered by Kahna police, Qari Mujahid Abbas Fareedi, imam of the Noorani Mosque in Kahna, said he was at the mosque after leading the afternoon prayers when two local Muslims told him Iqbal was burning pages of the Quran in the courtyard of his house, according to the FIR.

“According to the complainant, when he and the other Muslims went to Iqbal’s house, they found him standing next to the burning papers,” Qayyum said. “He claimed that when they sifted through the burnt pages, they found that they were from the Quran.”

The FIR states that the complainant and other Muslims immediately took Iqbal into custody and called police, Qayyum said.

Many Christian residents fled their homes as news of the alleged blasphemy spread, and members of Islamist outfits, including the extremist Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP), started gathering there, he said.

“The residents feared that the situation could turn violent, so they left as a precaution,” Qayyum said. “However, timely intervention by senior officials and arrest of the suspect helped in placating the religious activists and thwarting any violence against other Christians.”…

Add Libya to the list of countries becoming more devoutly Muslim. Sin is progressive!

Libya introduces morality police to enforce ‘modesty’

for women, those seeking freedom ‘should go to Europe’

And people are heeding al-Trabelsi’s advice in massive numbers.

Libya introduces morality police to crack down on women’s dress and ‘strange’ haircuts

by Lilia Sebouai, Telegraph, November 11, 2024:

Libya will introduce morality police in the capital to enforce “modesty” and clamp down on “strange” haircuts, the country’s interior minister has said.

Girls from the age of nine will have to wear veils, and women will be forbidden from travelling without a male companion or sitting “inappropriately” with men in public after the crackdown begins next month.

The sweeping attack on personal freedom is also intended to reverse the influence of “imported” European fashion and social media trends, such as clothing and popular hairstyles including quiffs or skin-fades.

The morality police will have the power to shut down barbershops and shisha bars that do not comply with the new regulations.

Emad Al-Trabelsi, the interior minister of Libya’s Tripoli-based, UN-backed Government of National Unity (GNU), warned the morality police would ensure strict adherence to the country’s Islamic “social values”.

“Personal freedom does not exist here in Libya,” said Mr Al-Trabelsi, adding that those seeking it “should go to Europe”….

And therein lies one of the big differences between Christianity and Islam - personal freedom.
