The ‘Holy Month’ of Ramadan Is Ending, and Here’s the Death Toll

It’s the Islamic holy month, when it’s a terrible insult to Muslims who are praying and fasting to bomb a rogue state that threatens the U.S. and its allies, right? Ilhan Omar said that. Yet as Ramadan draws to a close this year, the jihad death toll worldwide is 499 infidels murdered in 133 jihad attacks. No adherents of any other religion, or even any “right-wing extremists,” committed any terror attacks during this period.

Those who are confused as to how all this killing could take place during what is supposed to be a holy month should remember a key fact that the political and media establishment routinely ignores: because Ramadan is the month in which Muslims redouble their efforts to obey Allah, Ramadan is also quintessentially the month of jihad. That doesn’t just mean the month in which Muslims engage in a spiritual struggle to improve their fidelity to Allah’s commands. It means jihad violence.

This is because fighting against and killing infidels is commanded in the Qur’an (cf. 2:191. 4:89, 9:5, 9:289, 47:4, etc.). As a result, killing infidels during Ramadan is, for the killers, a holy and sacred act. A jihad group explained it back in 2012: “The month of Ramadan is a month of holy war and death for Allah. It is a month for fighting the enemies of Allah and Allah’s messenger, the Jews and their American facilitators.”

This is not the prevailing view among non-Muslims in the West. Even President Donald Trump, in his 2026 Ramadan message, stated:

Every Ramadan stands as a reverent season of spiritual renewal, reflective meditation, and appreciation for God’s countless blessings. This sacred time for many Americans emphasizes prayer and fasting, strengthens familial and community ties, and affirms our shared values of compassion, charity, mercy, and humility.

Trump was right. Ramadan is indeed “a reverent season of spiritual renewal, reflective meditation, and appreciation for God’s countless blessings.” Yet for that very reason, given the contents of the Qur’an and Sunnah, Ramadan is also “is a month of holy war and death for Allah.”

During Ramadan, Muslims are exhorted to renew and deepen their devotion to Allah. Hence it is a time when they read commands such as this one, and many look for ways to put them into practice: “Muhammad is the messenger of Allah. Those who follow him are ruthless to unbelievers, and merciful to one another.” (48:29) The imperative during Ramadan is to grow more devout. The Muslim who applies himself diligently to the observance of Ramadan will thus become both more merciful to his fellow Muslims and more ruthless toward non-Muslims.

In an alarming report about a Calgary school in Canada, parents received notices that their children were relegated to “No Food” zones, as they were banned from the cafeteria and lunch room during the Islamic month of Ramadan.

A Canadian school has sparked outrage after it designated ‘No Food’ zones at certain times inside its cafeteria in order to be inclusive to Muslim children who are fasting for Ramadan.

Lunch areas at Fairview School in Calgary have been named ‘food free’ to support students undertaking the religious fast, according to an email sent by administrators.

The email informed parents that the cafeteria was a ‘No Food Space’ during the first half of lunch for younger pupils in grades 4 to 6.

Children in grades 7 to 9 would be banned from eating food inside their lunch room for the full hour-long break, according to the email.

It’s unclear where the non-fasting students would be able to eat as an alternative. As of 2024, Fairview School has 911 students enrolled, up to the ninth grade.

Ramadan started on February 17, and will end on March 18. Practicing Muslims do not eat food or drink water during sunlight hours for the month, and celebrate the end with the festival of Eid.

Calgary’s education board snapped back at the criticism online, and confusingly put out a statement saying that the school had made ‘no changes to these designated lunch areas,’ despite acknowledging the email with the new restrictions was sent out.

The email, dated February 18, stated: ‘To support students who may be fasting, we will be providing designated No Food Spaces during lunch…

Parents everywhere need to wake up and closely pay attention to what is being taught to their children in schools. Once children are indoctrinated, the indoctrination can remain with them for life. Wokeness presents itself as noble to youngsters, as it appears to teach them the importance of tolerance, opposition to racism, and consideration of others. But what it really does is divide Western society into two: Westerners who are deemed to be oppressors and “privileged,” who must practice self-deprecation and make sacrifices for those who are “foreign” and/or “oppressed,” with no real understanding about who or what they are serving. Schools should be educating, not indoctrinating. The administrators of Fairview School in Calgary and the Calgary School Board are proving themselves to be unfit and unsafe to execute their duties to educate children.

Likely without even realizing it, Fairview School is teaching its children to sacrifice their spaces to adherents of a supremacist religion. Islam is a religion of conquest. Ramadan is the month of jihad in Islamic history and tradition, rooted in violent conquests. Muhammad commanded his followers to fast, but also to wage bloody jihad. Islam divides the world in two: dar al harb (the House of War) and dar al Islam (the House of Islam). In this view, the West is dar al harb, and must be conquered using stealth or violent means, or a combination. The Muslim Brotherhood, in its strategic goal for North America, revealed the plan:

The process of settlement is a “Civilization-Jihadist Proecess” with all the word means. The Ikhwan must understand that their work in America is a kind of grand Jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and “sabotaging” its miserable house by their hands and the hands of the believers so that it is eliminated and God’s religion is made victorious over all other religions. Without this level of understanding, we are not up to this challenge and have not prepared ourselves for Jihad yet. It is a Muslim’s destiny to perform Jihad and work wherever he is and wherever he lands until the final hour comes, and there is no escape from that destiny except for those who chose to slack. But, would the slackers and the Mujahedeen be equal.

Are Catholics catered to as they fast for Lent? Is any other religion catered to for their traditions? The woke bow to only one religion: Islam. Mainstream Islam already teaches supremacy to its own children, so when Muslim children see the infidel bow to their traditions, it reinforces the dhimmitude (the state of inferiority and second-class status for non-Muslims) taught and established in the Islamic Sharia. Fairview School and the Calgary School Board likely did not expect to be challenged and exposed for its ignorance:

Without pushback, Sharia supremacy will continue to spread through DEI programs, which have become infamous for bringing disunity and leading to the erosion of Western civilization everywhere they are implemented.

Has the Church of England surrendered to Satan?

 

Can Christianity show unity and peace with the Devil and still be Christianity? The Archbishop of Canterbury must resign and be replaced with someone more familiar with Jesus Christ. Is he not aware of the murderous ways Islam has celebrated Ramadam?

Grand Iftar Takes Place In Bristol Cathedral Nave

Dozens of people gathered in the nave of Bristol Cathedral for Bristol’s annual Grand Iftar.

Following the success of the Grand Iftar on College Green in 2023, the event inside the cathedral was a special collaboration between faith communities in Bristol with the theme of hope.

The evening was organised by Muslims4Bristol in partnership with Bristol Cathedral and Bridges for Communities.

One of the Grand Iftar organisers, Mohamed El Sharif, called the event “unique and historical”.

He said in a Facebook live video: “It’s to show unity and peace and is an interfaith event. This is the first Grand Iftar inside the cathedral, a historical event to happen here with all volunteers…

The Grand Iftar started in Bristol in 2017, shortly after the Manchester Arena bombing.

It has become an opportunity to celebrate Bristol’s diversity, with non-Muslims joining the celebrations to experience the breaking of the fast.

The Grand Iftar on Thursday night was sponsored by Feeding Bristol, Black2Nature, St Peter’s Hospice, IHRM and other community partners.

In recent years, the cathedral has been the location of light shows, concerts and film screenings, as well as a charity fire walk outside.

But none of these attracted the ire of below-the-line commenters, some of who claimed that the Grand Iftar should not have been taking place in a Christian place of worship.

Protesters outside the cathedral carrying Palestine flags also attempted to draw attention to political involvement in the event, with one banner saying: ‘Shame on the Labour Party. While you eat well, children in Gaza are being intentionally starved to death.’…

How wonderfully generous, tolerant, ecumenical, and all that. A few questions: why are Christian services never, ever held in mosques? Why is the “outreach” only one way? Note also that “the Grand Iftar started in Bristol in 2017, shortly after the Manchester Arena bombing.” If a Christian screaming “Jesus is Lord” had committed a massacre in London, would a mosque host a Christian service “to show unity and peace”?

Also, do these Christians really think that this will change what the Qur’an teaches about Christ and Christianity?

Qur’an 98:4-6: “Nor were the people of the book divided until after the clear proof came to them. And they are not ordered to do anything else but serve Allah, keeping religion pure for him, as hanifs, and to establish prayer and to give alms. That is true religion. Indeed, the unbelievers among the people of the book and the idolaters will remain in the fire of Gehenna. They are the most vile of created beings.”

Qur’an 5:14: “And with those who say: Indeed, we are Christians, we made a covenant, but they forgot a part of what they were reminded about. Therefore we have stirred up enmity and hatred among them until the day of resurrection, when Allah will inform them of their handiwork.”

Qur’an 5:17: “They indeed have disbelieved who say, Indeed, Allah is the Messiah, son of Mary. Say, Who then can do anything against Allah, if he had willed to destroy the Messiah son of Mary, and his mother and everyone on earth? To Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them. He creates what he wills. And Allah is able to do all things.”

Qur’an 4:157: “And because of their saying, We killed the Messiah, Jesus son of Mary, the messenger of Allah, they did not kill him nor crucify him, but it seemed so to them, and indeed, those who disagree about this are in doubt about it, they have no knowledge of it except pursuit of a supposition, they did not kill him for certain.

Qur’an 4:171: “O people of the book, do not exaggerate in your religion or say anything about Allah except the truth. The Messiah, Jesus son of Mary, was only a messenger of Allah, and his word that he conveyed to Mary, and a spirit from him. So believe in Allah and his messengers, and do not say Three, Stop, it is better for you. Allah is only one God. It is far removed from his transcendent majesty that he should have a son. Everything that is in the heavens and everything that is on the earth is his. And Allah is sufficient as defender.”

Qur’an 5:116: “And when Allah said, O Jesus, son of Mary, did you say to mankind, Take me and my mother as two gods besides Allah? He said, Be glorified. It was not for me to say what I had no right to say. If I said it, then you know it. You know what is in my mind, and I do not know what is in your mind. Indeed, you, only you, are the knower of hidden things.”

Qur’an 19:35: “It is not fitting for Allah that he should take to himself a son. Glory be to him, when he decrees a thing, he says to it only, Be, and it is.”

Qur’an 9:30-31: “And the Jews say, Ezra is the son of Allah, and the Christians say, The Messiah is the son of Allah. That is their saying with their mouths. They imitate the statements of those who disbelieved before. May Allah curse them. How perverse they are. They have taken as lords besides Allah their rabbis and their monks and the Messiah, the son of Mary, when they were called to worship only one God. There is no God except him. May he be glorified from all that they ascribe as partners.”

Qur’an 9:29: “Fight against those do not believe in Allah or the last day, and do not forbid what Allah and his messenger have forbidden, and do not follow the religion of truth, even if they are among the people of the book, until they pay the jizya with willing submission and feel themselves subdued.”

‘High’ terror threat – Austria increases

And, of course, we can't have symbols of Christianity around Muslims, it's enough to trigger Islamic hysteria. 

The Federal Police Directorate has now ordered special protective measures “in order to best ensure a safe process for all participants,” it is said. This also applies to the Jewish Passover festival from April 22nd to 30th.

“The police work around the clock to ensure the safety of Austrians and are also required at Easter. Everything is being done to ensure the best possible protection for Easter markets and Easter celebrations,” assured Interior Minister Karner.

Due to plans to attack Vienna’s city center, the police had already increased security measures shortly before Christmas and warned of plans to attack Christmas markets and church services. During the Christmas holidays, St. Stephen’s Cathedral was guarded by elite police officers.

 Teen Who Stabbed Jewish Man in Zurich Was Radicalized Online,

Swiss Police Reveal

The teenager who seriously wounded an Orthodox Jewish man in an antisemitic stabbing attack in Zurich earlier this month was radicalized on the internet while living in Tunisia, Swiss police announced on Monday.

The 50-year-old victim, who has not been named, was badly injured during the March 2 attack but survived his ordeal. The attack, described by Swiss Federation of Jewish Communities (SIG) as the most serious antisemitic hate crime in Switzerland in two decades, caused widespread shock and concern among the approximately 18,000 Jews in the country, resulting in enhanced security for Jewish sites in Zurich.

The 15-year-old assailant, who was arrested at the scene of the attack, had already been identified by police as having appeared in a video in which he expressed solidarity with the ISIS terrorist organization and called for a “battle against the Jews.”

Speaking on Monday, Mario Fehr, the head of the police department in the Zurich canton, revealed that the assailant was a Tunisian immigrant who was naturalized in 2011. Between 2017 and 2021, he lived in Tunisia, where, according to Fehr, he became a habitué of Islamist chat rooms online. The teenager remains in pre-trial detention….

3 wounded in terror shooting on school bus

A Palestinian gunman opened fire on a bus carrying students and staff to a local school in the Jordan Valley on Thursday morning, wounding three.

Two of the victims, aged 30 and 21, were shot, while a 13-year-old boy suffered wounds from shrapnel.

One of the men who sustained gunshot wounds is listed as being in serious condition, while the other two victims are in good condition.

A manhunt for the terrorist is currently ongoing, as Israeli security forces search for the perpetrator.

According to police, the assailant also struck two other school buses with gunfire, though miraculously none of the passengers were wounded.

The shooting occurred next to the Palestinian Authority-controlled village of Al-Auja on Route 90, several miles north of Jericho.

“Another attempt to massacre children. This time, a despicable terrorist targeted a school bus in the Jordan Valley. We wish those wounded a speedy recovery and expect the security forces to quickly catch the terrorists and settle the score with them,” said Yesha Council Chairman Shlomo Ne’eman in a media statement.

“We once again demand for the safety of our residents and the residents of the entire State of Israel – it’s time to turn the tide. The Palestinian Authority is waging a war against us, and only action with the same force as in Gaza will eliminate all threats throughout Judea and Samaria,” he added.

“To all those who wish us harm, we say even this morning, we will not give in to terrorism that tries to shed Jewish blood and expel us from our country. We will continue to live and develop without fear or trepidation.”
