Michigan: Hamtramck’s majority-Muslim city council bans the Pride Flag on public property

However, the Palestinian flag is allowed, and even encouraged for infidel kids in Michigan:

Michigan’s Muslim population is about 241,000, which accounts for some 2.4% of the state’s total population.

In all of America, this is how Michigan’s Muslim population compares to that of other states: Illinois: 3.7%, New York: 3.6%, New Jersey: 3.5%, Maryland: 3.1%, Michigan: 2.4%, Virginia: 2%, Massachusetts: 1.9%, Arizona: 1.5%, California: 1.3%, North Carolina: 1.3%.

However, Dearborn, Michigan has the highest per capita concentration of Arab Muslims in the country, and Hamtramck, Michigan is the only Muslim-majority city in America.

Christine - please explain the contradiction in that sentence. It makes no sense.

While leftists are the biggest LGBTQ+ activists and yet are pro-Islam, while showing acrimony toward America’s Judeo-Christian roots and heritage, they have been mysteriously quiet about how Islam views LGBTQ and treats gays. In Michigan, were it not for the left, there wouldn’t be a Muslim city council.

As the UK’s Guardian notes in its article “A sense of betrayal’: liberal dismay as Muslim-led US city bans Pride flags”: “In 2015, many liberal residents in Hamtramck, Michigan, celebrated as their city attracted international attention for becoming the first in the United States to elect a Muslim-majority city council.”

It's surprising that it took them 11 years to outlaw the pride flag from public property.
