Hundreds of German cops targeted every day – data
More than 300 police officers in Germany become victims of criminals every day, Bild has reported, citing data provided by the country’s government.
Presenting the latest official statistical data on Wednesday, German Interior Minister Nancy Faeser revealed that 117,548 police, rescue and emergency workers in the country were victims of crimes last year. Law enforcement officers were the most affected group, involved in 109,545 incidents.
Offenses ranged from resisting law enforcement and physical assault to attempted murder and manslaughter.
Faeser called the numbers “shocking” and stressed the urgent need to better protect those who put themselves at risk to help others. In 2024, a total of 19,542 officers suffered minor injuries, while 102 were seriously injured or killed in the line of duty.
Among the fatalities was Rouven Laur, a 29-year-old police officer who was stabbed to death on May 31, 2024 at a rally organized by the anti-Islam movement Pax Europa in the city of Mannheim which left several other people wounded. The primary suspect, an Afghan asylum seeker, was detained following the attack.

“Violence on our streets is exploding; women and the elderly live in constant fear of crime, and the threat of terrorism has never been higher,” the outlet quoted the German Police Union’s Federal Chairman Rainer Wendt as saying. “Police forces are attacked thousands of times every day. The state has lost all authority.”
Benjamin Jendro from the GdP police trade union attributed the situation to “political frustration” and contempt toward the state and its institutions.
“In Berlin, a police officer is attacked every hour!” The attacks on police officers are a sign “of the brutalization of society,” Jendro told the outlet. “People are hitting, kicking, and stabbing.”

According to him, last year, for the first time, more foreigners were suspects in Berlin than German citizens. Jendro said that violent offenders come “from all walks of life, all ages, and all demographic groups.”

A PROMOTER of Islamic terrorism is being allowed to stay in Britain despite posting execution videos on Facebook.
An immigration judge ruled the Syrian man, 43, does not pose a public threat and granted his appeal against a Home Office bid to scrap his refugee status.
The unnamed married dad of three won it after seeking asylum in 2014.
But he was jailed for two years for circulating a terrorist publication.
Tribunal judges deemed his crimes serious enough to axe refugee status but decided not to, claiming he was not a threat to the public.
The Home Secretary lost an appeal after senior Judge Gemma Loughran backed the lower court.
Tory MP Sir Alec Shelbrooke said: “If the judge doesn’t think this man’s a threat maybe it’s the judge that’s the threat.
“How bad do these cases have to get before judges begin protecting the public? This madness has to stop.”…
You’re right, Shelbrooke, but you’ll be tarred as a “racist” and “Islamophobe,” and likely back down as a result.

And what will happen after Barac serves a few months of his sentence? He will likely be released into Britain, free to plot jihad mass murder as he pleases. Any other course of action would be “Islamophobic.” If you assume he will be deported, you are being naive.
Maybe he'll get lucky and get Judge Gemma to overturn this decision.

A ‘dangerous’ Islamic terrorist has been jailed for plotting against the UK.
Hakan Barac, a 29-year-old man from the Newport was jailed for nearly four years at Bristol Crown Court following an investigation led by Counter Terrorism Policing Wales.
The defendant pleaded guilty to five offences relating to dissemination of terrorist publications and one offence relating to supporting a proscribed organisation.
Detective Chief Inspector Leanne Williams, from Counter Terrorism Policing Wales, said: “I welcome the outcome at court today….
“Barac clearly expressed his support for the Islamic State, and it was our absolute priority to ensure the public were protected from him and the abhorrent rhetoric he espoused”….
The similarities between these two cases are profound, but the outcomes are wildly disparate.
