as they foil Paris Olympics terror plots

French intelligence agents have arrested would-be ISIS suicide bombers after they thwarted two terror plots targeting the Paris Olympics.
The French government’s interior minister Gérald Darmanin said police carried out ‘several arrests’ in the two separate cases.
He told a news channel the government had not made it public because of the ongoing election campaign, but said the arrests involved people who may have planned and put terrorist attacks into place.
There should be a lawsuit there for National Rally! Hiding the truth until after the election tells you a lot about the government of Macron.
Mr Darmanin did not reveal the nature of the plots or who was behind them, however he said they are being handed over to the justice services ‘at this very moment’.
But today, an investigating source said those arrested were said to be connected to Khorasan, an Afghanistan-based offshoot of ISIS.

The murderous terrorist group sent three suicide bombers to the Stade de France – focal point of this year’s Olympics – as recently as 2015….
ISIS-Khorasan is a branch of Islamic State which takes its name from an old Persian term for the region that included parts of Iran, Turkmenistan and Afghanistan, as well as areas of Tajikistan and Uzbekistan….
