Middle East Madness > Abbas breaks promise - continues "Pay-for-Slay" program against Jews

If you are supporting Palestinians, you are supporting terrorists and murderers.

Palestinian Authority continues pay-for-slay program despite what it tells international community

Less than four months ago, Jihad Watch reported that the Palestinian Authority keeps on keeping on with its “Pay For Slay” program (aka the “martyrs’ salary”).

Nothing has changed, even as propaganda continues to build which contributes to the international gang-up against Israel and the exoneration of the jihadists of the Palestinian Authority and Hamas. This is going on despite the fact that Hamas is entirely to blame for the crisis in Gaza. Sites such as Palestinian Media Watch are keeping an eye on the Palestinians and reporting what they are actually up to, versus what they tell the international community. They employ the tactic of taqiyya in the way of jihad. Taqiyya is an Islamic doctrine that encourages dissimulation in the quest to conquer and subjugate infidels.

Palestinian Authority continues to pay salaries to terrorists

by Itamar Marcus, Palestinian Media Watch, September 2, 2025:

The Palestinian Authority (PA) has once again failed to honor the public commitment it made to the United States and European donor countries in January 2025 to end its policy of financially rewarding terrorism. Despite pledging to halt monthly salaries to imprisoned terrorists and stipends to the families of so-called “Martyrs” (killed terrorists), the PA continues these payments.

Palestinian Media Watch can confirm through three different sources that in its most recent monthly payments, the PA once again paid salaries to imprisoned terrorists and allowances to families of “Martyrs.” At the beginning of August 2025, when the PA paid civil-servant salaries for June 2025, it also included these terror-reward payments – the policy internationally recognized as the PA’s “Pay-for-Slay” program.

The following are the reports:

Radio Al-Zaytouna

“Transfer of salaries for prisoners and families of Martyrs and the wounded via the ATMs of the Palestinian Postal Bank – today, Sunday 3/8/2025.”

[Radio Al-Zaytouna 91.6, Salfit, Telegram channel, Aug, 3, 2025]

Free Jenin, Telegram channel

“Please note: Salaries for the wounded, prisoners, and Martyrs can be withdrawn from the Palestinian Postal Bank.”

[Free Jenin, Telegram channel, Aug. 5, 2023]

Green Jenin, Telegram channel

“Please note: Salaries for the wounded, prisoners, and Martyrs can be withdrawn from the Palestinian Postal Bank.”

[Green Jenin, Telegram channel, Hamas-associated channel, Aug. 5, 2023]

Since 2011, when PMW first notified the donor countries that the Palestinian Authority pays over $300 million a year to reward terrorists, the international community has been demanding that the PA stop its Pay-for-Slay program. In January 2025, desperately in need of additional foreign aid and hoping for international recognition of a Palestinian state, Mahmoud Abbas announced that the PA would stop the payments.

In February this year, contradicting what he told the international donors, Mahmoud Abbas told Palestinians that he would never stop or lessen the rewards to the prisoners and Martyrs…..

Palestinians are prolific liars; you cannot believe a word that comes out of their mouths.

Palestinian leader to be investigated for possible incitement to hatred, but would have diplomatic immunity from prosecution.

By Associated Press

Berlin police have opened a preliminary investigation against Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas over his comments this week that Israel had committed “50 Holocausts” against Palestinians.

There are fewer than 6 million people who call themselves Palestinian in the entire world. One holocaust would entirely wipe them out.

The remarks, during a news conference in Berlin alongside German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, sparked outrage in Germany, Israel and beyond. The Palestinian leader walked back his comments without actually apologizing.

Scholz should have walked Abbas back to his plane and sent him home.

Malmo, Sweden is probably the Islamic capital of Europe. Their crime statistics increase in direct proportion to the number of Muslims taking residence in the city. They form gangs and take over parts of Malmo. If the arrested teen isn't the shooter in this apparent gang war, then he was probably one of the targets. At any rate, none of the news reports are mentioning Islamic involvement as Swedish media has learned nothing in the past 7 years.

STOCKHOLM, Aug 19 (Reuters) - Swedish police on Friday arrested a teenage boy for killing one person and injuring another in a shooting at a shopping centre in the southern city of Malmo.

A man died from his injuries and a woman is being treated in the hospital after the incident at the Emporia centre, the police said.

"The immediate danger to the public is judged to be over," the police said in a statement. "At present, the incident is considered to be connected to the criminal environment."

The police were on the scene questioning witnesses and going through material from surveillance cameras.

Murders due to gang violence has been on a rise in Sweden and is topping voters' concerns ahead of elections next month.

So far this year, 44 people have been shot dead in Sweden, almost all of them in connection with suspected gang crime, according to police. That compares to 46 for all of 2021.

Representatives from the police and the city of Malmo will hold a news conference on Saturday morning.

Earlier, police said they had cordoned off the area and asked the public to avoid going to the shopping centre.

The police did not immediately respond to requests for further comment.

Ex-Aide Outs Mahmoud Abbas’ Rampant Theft from International Donors

It's not so much that he is stealing from Int'l donors, but he is stealing from Palestinians. Keeping his people in poverty helps keep them angry at Israel, even as the real villain is among them.

Yasser Jadallah, former senior advisor to PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas, reveals corruption and theft of funds by Abbas himself and other top Palestinian cronies.

By Yakir Benzion, United With Israel

One of the biggest complaints the Palestinians have is actually against the Palestinians.

For years, ordinary Palestinians have complained about official corruption. It started decades ago in Yasser Arafat’s Palestine Liberation Organization, where billions of dollars in donated funds disappeared into the PLO-controlled bank accounts. There was no paper trail. There was no accountability.

After the Oslo Accords in 1993 there was hope that the Palestinian Authority that came into office would finally be responsible with money ostensibly destined for the Palestinians. The Europeans and other donor countries kept pushing for transparency while Palestinian leaders always denied there was any corruption, but the Palestinians themselves always knew there was something fishy.

Tens of billions of dollars in donations over the years seemed to be getting them nowhere, and nobody could say for sure where all that money goes.

Lest you think all Palestinians live in poverty, this is the humble abode of Palestinian businessman
Mohamed Abdel-Hadi

That fishy feeling got a big confirmation recently when a whistleblower in Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas’s office fled to Europe to seek political asylum in Belgium and started revealing what was going on.

The Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs recently published a translation of some of the damning comments from Yasser Jadallah, a senior official in President Mahmoud Abbas’ Political Department, confirming what Palestinians and Israelis have been saying for years: There is major corruption related to the theft of funds given to the PA by international organizations.

In a video released by a Palestinian news agency associated with Hamas, which always loves to poke Abbas in the eye, Jadallah claimed that the funds in the Palestinian Ministry of Finance listed under the heading “EU assistance and Arab states” were mostly transferred to the Palestinian presidency and from there to secret accounts known to only three people: Abbas, his private secretary Mrs. Intesar Abu Amara, and Mahmoud Salameh, Deputy Chief of Staff in the PA chairman’s office.

Jadallah claimed the funds disappeared after entering the PA bank accounts and were transferred to accounts with fictitious names, as well as to accounts with the names of Abbas’s grandchildren.

“We have passed this information onto European MPs,” Jadallah said in the video.

Jadallah said Abbas ordered his office accounts to be destroyed every six months, but in reality, they are destroyed every day for “security reasons.”

Before fleeing to Europe, Jadallah said Palestinian security agents abducted him twice and tried to stop him from revealing the corruption. PA sources denied the allegations and accused Jadallah of being a disgruntled former civil servant trying to settle scores by spreading lies.

Yasser Jadallah’s video was circulated via WhatsApp across the PA-run territories and sparked considerable interest. The PA’s silence on the issue only heightens suspicions that there is substance to the news.

The corruption issue appears to be a key reason why most Palestinians are not interested in a new intifada to fight Israel’s upcoming extension of sovereignty to Jewish communities in Judea and Samaria.

3 Days, 4 Jews Murdered - Palestinians Celebrate

Palestinians are not only hate-filled murderers,
they're downright stupid
Palestinians celebrate the murder of Jewish couple
Throngs of Palestinians took to the streets on Thursday night to celebrate the brutal slaying of an Israeli couple in a shooting attack in the West Bank.

The festivities included the launching of fireworks and the waving of flags in the streets, Ofir Gendelman, a spokesperson for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said.

Gendelman posted on Twitter a photo of the scene. Most of the flying banners were of the Palestinian Fatah faction, the armed wing of which claimed responsibility for the attack that killed Eitam and Naama Henkin. Revelers in Nablus, near the site of the shooting, set off fireworks, he said, adding that Palestinians on social media networks were “ecstatic” about the killings.

The Henkins, who were in their early 30s, were shot dead on Thursday night in northern Samaria while travelling in their vehicle near the Palestinian village of Beit Furik. Paramedics found them at the scene with bullet wounds to their torsos. Their four children, who were in the backseat of the car, were unharmed. The couple was buried on Har Hamenuchot in the Givat Shaul neighborhood of Jerusalem on Friday morning.

Young couple, murdered by Palestinians, leave four children orphans
Leading members of Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas’ Fatah party, Azzam Al-Ahmad and General Sultan Abu Al-Einen, praised the attack, Gendelman said. He added that General Al-Einen, who serves as Abbas’ adviser on NGOs, called for more attacks on Israelis.

Rival Palestinian terror group Hamas also applauded the attack. Spokesman Husam Badran congratulated Palestinians on the killings and referred to the shooting as a “heroic operation.”

Israel Defense Forces spokesman Peter Lerner said on Thursday that the IDF will deploy four battalions in the West Bank to prevent an escalation of violence and to search for the gunmen. He called the incident a “ruthless, heinous barbaric attack.

15 year old Moshe Malka stabbed by Palestinian
A Palestinian man stabbed an Israeli teen outside Jerusalem’s Old City early Sunday morning, in the second such attack in the past day.

The suspected assailant was reportedly shot dead by Israeli security forces.

The 15-year-old victim, later named as Moshe Malka, was moderately injured and received treated on site by paramedics. He was taken to Jerusalem’s Shaare Zedek Hospital in stable condition with wounds to the chest and back.

The attack took place near the Old City’s Damascus Gate.

Israeli Police and the body of Palestinian terrorist
The attacker reportedly fled the scene after stabbing the teen. A video posted online appeared to show him several hundred yards from the site of the attack, on the light rail tracks, where he was shot by police officers.

Hamas media identified the suspected stabber as Fadi Aloon, a resident of the East Jerusalem neighborhood of Issawiya. In a Facebook post from an account attributed to Aloon he expressed his intent to become a martyr (shahid) and entreated God to forgive for his sins.

Good luck with that!!!

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who had just taken off for Israel around the time of the stabbing early Sunday morning, told reporters that Israel would “launch a severe offensive against Palestinian terrorism.”

Palestinians living in Israel have it far, far better than those living in Gaza, Jordan, Syria, Lebanon or anywhere else. But they seem determined to destroy that and make everyone's life miserable.

He was set to travel directly to the IDF headquarters in Tel Aviv upon his arrival in Israel on Sunday, and convene a security cabinet meeting to discuss the spike in terrorist attacks.

Sunday’s early morning stabbing came just hours after Nehemia Lavi and Aharon Bennett were killed in a terrorist attack in the Old City on Saturday night, and Benet’s wife and child were injured.

The Palestinian terrorist was identified as Muhanad Shafeq Halabi, 19, from al-Bireh, near Ramallah in the West Bank. He was shot dead by police.

Benet’s wife was in serious condition and their two-year-old baby was lightly wounded. The mother was taken to Hadassah Hospital Ein Kerem and is undergoing surgery. The toddler was taken to Shaare Zedek Medical Center for treatment where he remains in stable condition.

Just two days earlier on Thursday night, two Israelis were shot dead in their car in the West Bank in a terrorist attack claimed by the Fatah movement’s armed wing.

In response to the attacks, Israel Police limited entrance to the Old City of Jerusalem to Israeli citizens, business owners, residents and tourists for the next two days. Entrance for Muslim worshippers was limited to men over the age of 50, and access was limited the Lion’s Gate, closest to the Temple Mount.
