Another school shooting in the USA by a lunatic with three guns > 19 shot, mostly children, two kids dead; Shooter ID'd as trans, former student

Is it just too easy for a nut job to get a gun, or three, in the USA?

19 Shot at Catholic Church in Minnesota: Officials

Two children were killed and 17 other people were injured at a Catholic church and school in Minneapolis on Aug. 27, officials said.
A man opened fire from outside the building as children attended Mass at Annunciation Church and School just before 8:30 a.m., Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O'Hara told reporters during a briefing.
Bullets struck 19 people, including 14 children. Two children, ages 8 and 10, were killed. Two other children are in critical condition.
The shooter killed himself in the rear of the church, O'Hara said. All or most of the shots were fired from outside, he added.
“This was a deliberate act of violence against innocent children, and other people worshipping. The sheer cruelty and cowardice of firing into a church full of children is absolutely incomprehensible,” the police chief said.
O'Hara declined to release details about the man beyond saying he was in his early 20s and used a rifle, shotgun, and pistol.
Officers are searching the man’s vehicle and plan additional searches related to the incident, officials said.

Annunciation Church runs a school for students from pre-kindergarten through eighth grade. The school year started on Monday.
Officers on the scene included personnel from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives.
President Donald Trump wrote on Truth Social that he was briefed on the shooting.
“The FBI quickly responded and they are on the scene,” he said. “The White House will continue to monitor this terrible situation. Please join me in praying for everyone involved!”
Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz said on X that he was briefed on the shooting.
Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey said during the briefing: “There are no words that can capture the horror and the evil of this unspeakable act. Children are dead. There are families that have a deceased child. You cannot put into words the gravity, the tragedy, or the absolute pain of this situation.”
The shooting took place after a series of others in the city this week, including one on Tuesday afternoon that left one person dead and six injured. The shooting on Wednesday appeared unrelated to the other shootings, according to the police.

The madness of transgenderism leads to a massacre in Minneapolis

Minneapolis shooting suspect identified as Robin Westman who was former student at Catholic school:

The Epoch Times

The shooter who opened fire at a church on the south side of Minneapolis on Wednesday morning has been identified.

Law enforcement sources told the Associated Press that Robin Westman attacked the church, adjacent to Annunciation Catholic School, as school children were celebrating Mass at the start of the academic year. Westman once attended the school.

The assailant, Robin Westman, formerly Robert, whose name was legally changed after identifying as a woman, opened fire from outside the church, using a rifle, shotgun, and pistol, to fire through the stained-glass windows after barricading some of the doors. - The Independent

Authorities have confirmed that two children were killed and 17 others were injured, 14 of them children, two of whom are in critical condition. A witness from inside the church said the shooter “pepper-sprayed through the stained-glass windows into the building, 50 to 100 shots.”

The shooter was described as a man in his early twenties, dressed all in black and armed with a rifle, a shotgun, and a pistol. No motive is known at this time, and he took his own life.

President Donald Trump has offered condolences to Minnesota Governor Tim Walz.

A distraught Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey rejected offers of “thoughts and prayers,” saying at a press conference: “You cannot put into words the gravity, tragedy or absolute pain of the situation.”

FBI Director Kash Patel says the attack is being investigated as domestic terrorism and a hate crime against Catholics.

Canada's Pathetic Justice System > Your home is not your castle in Canada - Intruders have rights too

A man from Lindsay, Ont., has been arrested and charged for defending himself against a home intruder, according to Kawartha Lakes police.

The 44-year-old homeowner, who remains unnamed, is facing assault charges for allegedly injuring the intruder.

According to police, on August 18, at approximately 3:20 am, the Kawartha Lakes Police Service responded to an apartment on Kent Street for a report of an altercation between two males.

Officers arrived on scene and learned that the resident of the apartment had awoken to find an intruder inside his apartment.

Kawartha police then said there was an altercation inside the apartment—presumably between the accused and the intruder—resulting in the intruder suffering serious, life-threatening injuries.

The intruder was transported to Ross Memorial Hospital and later air-lifted to a Toronto hospital.

Police added that there is no risk to public safety and that the investigation has resulted in the homeowner being charged with aggravated assault and assault with a weapon.

He was released with a future court date.

The intruder, meanwhile, was already wanted by police at the time of the incident for unrelated offences.

He has since been additionally charged with possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, break and enter, failure to comply with his probation orders and mischief.

When released from the hospital, the intruder will be held in custody pending a bail hearing.

As previously reported, unlike in the United States, Canada's criminal justice system does not have a “castle doctrine” legal framework—often colloquially referred to as a “stand your ground” law.

The castle doctrine is a legal principle in some U.S. states that allows a homeowner to use self-defence, including lethal force, against an intruder without any obligation to retreat, provided they reasonably believe they or others are in danger of serious harm or death.

In Canada courts weigh the “reasonableness” of force in self-defence, a legal standard that has led to contentious cases when intruders end up seriously injured.

Canada's Pathetic Justice System - Juno News > Three idiotic stories of Canadian 'Justice'

Killer to be freed in 4.5 years + judge goes soft on sexual predator to help citizenship application

Every Friday, retired career police officer Ron Chhinzer takes viewers through some of the most shocking stories from coast to coast, explaining how the criminal ‘justice’ system is failing Canadians.

WATCH THE FULL EPISODE BELOW

First, an innocent father of 7 was stabbed to death at an Edmonton transit station in what police said was an unprovoked attack. The killer, who already had a prior violent history, was sentenced to just SEVEN years in jail - and will be out of jail in just 4.5 years! The judge went easy on the killer because he had a tough childhood. And what about the victim and the lives of his 7 children (not to mention potential future victims of this killer)?

Next, a man tried to buy sex from a 15-year-old, and was sentenced to just 3 months of house arrest (plus 12 months of probation). No jail time at all! The judge went soft on this predator because he didn’t want to negatively affect his application for Canadian citizenship! Why would anyone want to help such an individual get Canadian citizenship?

Then, a massive bust of an organized home invasion operation in Greater Toronto. Why are these gangsters increasingly using underage males to do their crimes?

In our next outrageous case, an innocent woman was killed, allegedly by her estranged husband. The accused killer was actually CONVICTED of attacking the very same woman earlier the same day - but he was released back on to the streets while awaiting sentencing. Why does our so-called ‘justice’ system repeatedly fail Canadians like this, and what can we do to change things?

Finally, earlier in the week, when Prime Minister Mark Carney was asked about a recent string of shootings in Hamilton, the PM acknowledged that the guns used were almost certainly illegally smuggled in from the United States. So why is Carney’s Liberal Government still so focussed on targeting Canadian law-abiding, licensed firearms owners who purchased their property legally? Billions of dollars will be spent seizing property from Canadians who have committed no crimes, while illegal gangster guns continue to sneak across our border.
