Islam in Canada > Muslima Terrorist promises another attack, police want her to promise not to

Islamic jihadists have never been accused of being very clever.  However, according to Dr. Wafa Sultan, they are all insane.

Canada: Muslima who attacked people in tire store

says if released, she’ll ‘commit a new terrorist attack’

She is considered to be mentally ill, but there is apparently no evidence of that other than she is a committed jihadi. Canadian authorities don’t admit that there is such a thing as jihad, so they have to classify her as something other than a jihadi.

‘I will commit a new terrorist attack’: Woman who attacked Scarborough

Canadian Tire vowed continued support for ISIS in prison

by Jacques Gallant, Toronto Star, January 19, 2024:

Convicted Toronto terrorist Rehab Dughmoshwho attacked a Scarborough Canadian Tire in 2017 with a golf club and a knife, shouting “This is for ISIS” continued to express her solidarity with the Islamic State terror group and a desire to kill people while in prison, and she may commit another terrorism offence now that she’s been released, an RCMP officer told a judge on Wednesday.

The Crown was in court requesting that Dughmosh enter into a terrorism peace bonda legal document in which she would promise to follow conditions and not break any laws for a period of two years, in light of the RCMP’s ongoing concerns. Among other things, court heard that Dughmosh told her parole officer: “If you or your government don’t send me back to Syria, I will commit a new terrorist attack.”

Dughmosh, 39, was convicted by a jury in 2019 of terrorism-related charges for two incidents: leaving Canada in 2016 attempting to join ISIS in Syria, and the attack on the Canadian Tire.

She was sentenced to seven years in prison, with the judge noting at the time that mental illness played a significant role in her criminal activity. She had about four-and-a-half years left to serve after credit for pre-trial custody. Her sentence was completed last July, but she’s back in jail after refusing to sign the paperwork for her release on bail pending the court’s decision on the peace bond….

Dressed in a black niqab and brown jacket, Dughmosh watched Wednesday’s hearing from the prisoner’s box with the assistance of an Arabic interpreter….

While incarcerated at a women’s prison in Ontario, Dughmosh “continued to state her belief and solidarity to ISIS, threatened to kill and maim inmates, and stated her need to fulfill her contract with ISIS,” RCMP officer Kevin Marques, formerly with the integrated national security enforcement team, testified Wednesday as the Crown’s sole witness.

She threatened to kill lesbians and people who had committed offences against children, Marques said, as well as threatening to kill herself and her two children. An ISIS flag and drawings of the flag were also found in her cell.

Marques said Dughmosh — who was diagnosed years ago with schizophrenia — was transferred to a psychiatric facility in Quebec, where doctors had to get a court order to treat her with medication against her will….
