Islamic Group Issues Fatwa Against Hamas for Oppressing Gazans
Gazans blame Hamas for their difficult lives, not Israel!

JNS.org – A major Islamic organization has issued a legal ruling against the Gaza-based terrorist group Hamas, saying that its treatment of the millions of Palestinians under its rule goes against the religion.
The Iraqi-based Islamic Fatwa Council issued the fatwa, or legal opinion, last Thursday. The non-governmental body of Sunni, Shi’ite and Sufi clerics said that the fatwa was issued in response to testimonies from Gaza residents published last month in a series of video clips by the U.S.-based Center for Peace Communications.
In the video series, titled “Whispered in Gaza,” Palestinians (whose identities are protected) are shown blaming not neighboring Israel for their plight, but their autocratic rulers Hamas, who have been in power in the Strip since 2007 following a violent takeover.
The Center for Peace Communications says that it “works through media, schools, and centers of spiritual and moral leadership in the Middle East and North Africa to roll back divisive ideologies and foster a mindset of inclusion and engagement.”
Hamas is charged by the Islamic Fatwa Council with violating the laws of the Koran and the prophet Mohammad for its “reign of corruption and terror against Palestinian citizens within Gaza,” more than 2 million of whom are crammed into an area of some 141 square miles surrounded by Israel, Egypt and the Mediterranean Sea.
“It is prohibited to pray for, join, support, finance, or fight on behalf of Hamas—an entity that adheres to the ideology of the Muslim Brotherhood movement,” the fatwa continues. The Islamic Fatwa Council also said that it joins the UAE Fatwa Council and the Council of Senior Scholars of Saudi Arabia in “declaring the Muslim Brotherhood and all of its branches as terrorist organizations that defame Islam and operate in opposition to mainstream Islamic unity, theology and jurisprudence.”
While the ruling is non-binding, the Islamic Fatwa Council is considered to be highly influential in the Muslim world as this is the first fatwa against Hamas from an Islamic legislative body.

The online newspaper Document was denied access to the courtroom when two men stood trial this week for the rape of a 13-year-old girl and sexual intercourse with a 14-year-old girl.
A 29-year-old man from Eritrea and a 21-year-old man from Somalia allegedly came into contact with the girls on Snapchat and gave them alcohol before committing the rapes. The details of the case are confusingly similar to the details of the extensive grooming scandals in England.
What's so confusing about it?
Who is protected in practice when the Oslo District Court closes its doors to the only journalist who has found his way to the courtroom to cover the rape case can certainly be debated. Are the little girls who were sexually exploited by adult immigrant men protected or is the general public “protected” from the gruesome facts of the case?
Or, are Muslims protected from the anger of Norwegians who might somehow learn of the unspeakable atrocity.
What is beyond any doubt is that openness is the foundation of the rule of law and that open court hearings are the rule, as is also laid down in §100 of the Constitution. Although the law states that restrictions can be placed on the presence of the public and the press during court hearings if there are compelling reasons or a special need for privacy, it will take a lot for the court to close its doors completely. Journalist Øyvind Thuestad, who has worked with criminal cases for a number of years, describes the court’s practice.
Sometimes the court’s administrator has closed the court to the public, but allowed the press to attend the court proceedings, sometimes with an admonition not to identify minor victims and/or defendants. In rarer cases, the press is banned from reporting, but can therefore also be present in court in those cases.
The Norwegian press does not identify victims of violence and rape who do not want to come forward themselves. There is probably not a single example in modern times where the press has identified a minor victim of violence or sexual abuse in a court report.
Grooming
There are thus no descriptions of what has been said behind the closed doors of the district court, but there are still a few details, and those details are worth some general considerations. In a short paragraph Document summarizes the actual conditions:
After getting in touch on Snapchat, the two girls are said to have sought out the two men in the 29-year-old’s apartment in the district of Vestre Aker on 11 October 2021. A great deal of alcohol is said to have been consumed there. According to the indictment, the rape and sexual assault must have taken place in the apartment at 3 o’clock in the morning.
It is not specified who contacted whom, but it is completely subordinate when it comes to children and adults who have contact. In any case, the responsibility rests with the adults, and here there is no doubt that the two young girls, aged 13 and 14 respectively, have been invited into the older man’s apartment, after which alcohol has been drunk before the abuse took place.
Anyone who thinks they have heard similar stories before is absolutely right. The only difference between the case going to the district court and the thousands of cases that were rolled up in England is that the latter has been given a descriptive word: grooming.
The so-called grooming scandals in Great Britain shocked the whole of Europe, not least because of the specter of racism that hung over the British aid apparatus and paralyzed everything from the police to child protection and teachers. When the British Home Office investigated what had actually happened, it turned out that the specter of racism had also taken up residence in the ministry; they concluded that, in general, white men commit the most abuse, and found no connection between Muslim origin and grooming.
Which is 100% BS.
Again the children, typically vulnerable British girl children, had to pay the price, as the supposed professional actors failed them in the worst way.
The fear of being labeled racist meant that thousands of English girls, often already in public care or from low-resource homes, fell victim to typically Muslim gangs. HRS has mentioned the scandal in several cases, here for example from 2016:
The phenomenon of grooming, where gangs of abusers go after vulnerable girl children, is referred to by former top politician Jack Straw as English “easy meat” girls for men with a “Pakistani background”, precisely because the men typically go after girls from unstable families or who have already been taken care of by the authorities.
Calculations have been made that show that there is a very high probability that the abuser has a Muslim background, and that the phenomenon cannot be turned on its head: That white British non-Muslim men in gangs deliberately go after British Muslim girls:

This is when some shout ‘racism,’ but here are the facts: calculations based on convictions show that a British Muslim male is 170 times more likely to be a part of a sex grooming gang than a non-Muslim. And there are no recorded instances of non-Muslims doing this to Muslim girls as part of a criminal enterprise.
In addition, there is this shocking information: In one local area, it is estimated that six out of seven Muslim men either knew about the abuses, or were themselves involved in them….

It was just after 10:30 a.m. when the police intervened at the Saint-Louis cemetery in the city center, after witnesses reported several damages. The man in his thirties had just unscrewed, even torn off, crucifixes on around 30 tombstones.
The alleged perpetrator is a 39-year-old Senegalese national, homeless, in an irregular situation. He was arrested and taken into custody. The police could not hear the man in his thirties. His custody was lifted due to his mental health condition. The individual was hospitalized. He should be heard later, when his condition allows it.
Crosses and crucifixes are particularly onerous to Muslims. Perhaps because when they compare Mohammed to Jesus they realize the truth about Who is the Son of God. At any rate, devout Muslims are most likely to be mentally unwell to begin with.
Knife attacks and rapes in Berlin: majority of suspects are foreigners

The number of gang rapes in the capital has increased dramatically: In the last three years, a total of 300 cases with 299 victims have been reported, 94 of whom were minors and the majority of the 302 suspected perpetrators from abroad.
The number of rapes involving multiple perpetrators has also multiplied. In 2018 there were only 38 of them.
17 Christians Killed by Militants in Nigeria’s Southern Kaduna

– Muslim militants recently killed 17 unarmed Christians in the Ungwan Wakili community in the Zangon Kataf LGA of Nigeria’s Kaduna State. Kaduna is in the country’s dangerous Middle Belt region, where militants have attacked Christian communities for years. Though there are several reasons for the violence, one major motivation for the militants appears to be religious animosity, given its grossly disproportional targeting of Christian communities over the years.
In the most recent attack, the militants came at night using sophisticated weapons. A local ICC staffer reviewed pictures of 14 lifeless victims on the ground in Ungwan Wakili. Three more died of their wounds in the hospital, a community leader told ICC.
Local government officials said they will investigate the attack, accusing the military of allowing the attack despite the presence of military checkpoints nearby. Policing in Nigeria is directed by federal rather than local authorities. The militants have been attacking Christians in southern Kaduna and destroying their crops in recent months.
The governor of Kaduna, Nasir El-Rufai, has a long history of allowing attacks on Christian communities and punishing Christian communities who protest the security situation in the area. Since taking office as Governor of Kaduna State in May 2015, El-Rufai has repeatedly endangered Christian communities by ordering them into strict lockdowns. These lockdown orders, which trap villagers in their homes, prevent villagers from organizing early warning systems and make militant attacks even more deadly as villagers no longer have the warning they need to flee impending attacks.
Despite international condemnation of these lockdown orders, El-Rufai has continued to punish Christians through this technique. In 2020, he locked down a Christian-majority agricultural area for over two months during planting season. Militants, taking advantage of his lockdown orders, killed more than 100 Christian villagers during that time.
